Namaste everyone,
Welcome to the meditation class with me.
Today I will share with you the techniques of breathing meditation.
Everyone's life is inseparable from the breathing,
But almost everyone ignore the existence of the breathing and breath unconsciously.
The first step in practicing breathing meditation today is to develop awareness of breathing.
Beware of every breath in and out.
Beware of the length of the breath.
Beware of the strength of the breath.
And beware of the speed of the breath.
Breath is like the bridge,
Linking our bodies and emotions.
When we are angry,
Our breathing becomes rapid.
If we want to regulate our emotions,
We need to consciously slow and deepen our breathing.
Then our emotions will gradually calm down.
When we are very depressed,
We consciously speed up our breathing,
Activate our inner energy through breathing,
And enhance our emotional energy which in turn can help us get rid of depressed emotions.
There are many practice techniques for breathing meditation.
Today we mainly practice counting breaths,
Taking 7 and the bounding ring from 1 to 7 and then from backwards 7 to 1,
Count number when we do the exhalation.
Let's practice now.
Choose a comfortable sitting position with the palms of your hands placing naturally on your knees.
Close your eyes gently.
Focus our attention on our breath.
Don't control our breath,
But consciously slow down it,
Make the breath become long and gentle,
And even unable to hear our own breath.
We count inhale,
Exhale 1,
Inhale,
Exhale 2.
Every time we count our exhalation as one number.
Ok,
Let us start the practice.
Inhale,
Exhale 1,
Inhale,
Exhale 2,
Inhale,
Exhale 3.
Inhale,
Exhale 4,
Inhale,
Exhale 5.
Inhale,
Exhale 6,
Inhale,
Exhale 7.
Inhale,
Exhale 6,
Inhale,
Exhale 5.
Inhale,
Exhale 4,
Inhale,
Exhale 3.
Inhale,
Exhale 2,
Inhale,
Exhale 1.
Now base on your own pace of breath.
And keep the breath slow.
Now we back to the normal breath.
Inhale and exhale.
Relax.
That is all for today's sharing.
See you tomorrow.
May everyone be filled with joy at all times.
Hah-ree-oh,
Tah,
Sah.
See you tomorrow.
