Relaxing Your Whole Being Into Deep Sleep will guide you through a process of relaxing your whole self, mentally, physically and emotionally. It will also help you to move closer to the peace of your own higher consciousness and let go of all that distracts you from vital, refreshing and healing sleep. We will be combining elements from mindfulness, basic hypnotherapy, and a whole-being relaxation scan. It is likely that sometime during this sleep meditation you will actually fall asleep. Or you may drift in and out of a semi-sleep state for a while before drifting into a deeper sleep. Whatever happens is ok. If you are still awake when this is concluded you can repeat the program as needed. This method has been successfully tried and tested in comfortable beds, couches, lounge chairs, automobiles, airplanes, and trains.
