Settle into your chair.
Breathe deeply into your low belly and sigh out through your mouth.
Allow each breath to spiral and build warmth,
A small sun,
A gentle sun in your belly.
Sink into your seat.
Each breath that flows into your belly relaxes you more deeply.
Your seat becomes softer.
Your gentle sun responds to your quieting breaths,
Pulsing in time with your life force.
Follow my voice.
I'm holding you now.
Close your eyes,
Softly,
Completely.
Your eyes are shut.
Comfortably shut.
Completely shut.
Sealed shut.
Your breathing is soft and closed easily in and out through your nose.
It has its own rhythm.
Occasionally you sigh deeply.
As your being responds to your intention to go inward,
Expand into that feeling of release.
Hear my voice curving around you,
Holding you safe.
Now focus your awareness at the very centre of the top of your head,
Your crown point.
Feel the soft pressure of my hand there.
Where I place my palm on your crown,
Sparks kindle.
The sparks fly up,
Swirl in the air above your head.
They spin together and settle back at your crown.
They melt together like thick golden honey.
The golden honey flows into the bones of your skull.
It drips down through the tiny bones of your middle ear,
Flowing into your jaw or teeth.
The golden flow of warmth feels delicious.
It gathers at the top of your spine,
Spilling over and soaking into one vertebrae after the other,
Down your spine.
The sunny warmth spreads out through your shoulder blades,
Into your shoulders.
It soaks into the marrow at the centre of your bones,
In your arms,
Through your wrists,
Into your fingers.
It continues its flow through your spine.
The golden warmth spreads out into your ribs.
It seeps into the muscles,
Into your lungs.
Your breath is full of possibility.
Sweet relaxation melts into your hips and pelvis.
The sun in your belly pulses gently with your breath.
This is the spark of life.
Feel the golden warmth enter the tops of your thighs.
It flows down through your legs,
Through all the muscles and tiny bones of your ankles and feet and toes.
You are entirely peaceful.
The honey warmth flows through the soles of your feet,
Connecting you with the abundant earth.
This magic is wild and renewing your breath,
Steep and smooth.
Imagine you are standing at the edge of a field of wild flowers.
There is colour everywhere you look.
There are long stalks of amber and red coloured grasses waving their flags of seed in the breeze.
Your feet are bare.
The ground is soft,
Green herbs.
You take a step and smell the sweetness of chamomile.
The oils and energy from plants beneath your feet gift their healing to you as you share your presence with them.
Step into the long grass.
Trail your fingers through the top of the stalks.
Lean down and smell the vibrantly coloured flowers scattered through the grass.
At the centre of the meadow there stands a giant oak tree.
Go to it.
His trunk is massive.
As you get closer you see a door in the trunk of the oak.
Open the door.
There is golden light shining through a thick curtain of green mistletoe.
On the other side of the curtain there is a place for you to celebrate the abundance of your life.
Perhaps there is space to dance.
If you want it there are friends to feast with.
Step through the mistletoe.
Feel it drape and rush over your body as you cross the threshold.
There is a table set with honey cake and golden mead,
Ripe fruit and herbs.
What is it that fills you?
What are your passions?
This is your space where you can explore what is possible.
I will leave you here now to celebrate with your friends,
To dream passionate dreams of possibility.
You are safe and held.
If your mind wanders come back to your breath.
I will call for you in a little while.
I will call for you in a little while.
I will call for you in a little while.
I will call for you in a little while.
I will call for you in a little while.
I will call for you in a little while.
I will call for you in a little while.
I will call for you in a little while.
I will call for you in a little while.
I will call for you in a little while.
Hello lovely,
The sun is sinking.
It's time to return.
Hear my voice.
Come back through the doorway in the oak tree to meet me where I am.
Keep your eyes closed.
Take your time.
With your eyes closed bring your attention to the sun in your belly.
Make your way back to the edge of the wildflower meadow.
As you step your sun sinks into your pelvic cradle.
It glides smoothly down your legs until you are at the edge of the long grass.
Feel the gentle warmth of your sun's golden glow flow through your ankles as it sinks into the earth.
Bring your awareness back into your physical body.
Feel the connection of your feet on the floor.
Wiggle your toes.
Feel the pressure of your body against the chair.
Wiggle your fingers.
Move your tongue around inside your mouth.
Open your eyes and say out loud to me now I am fully awake and present.
Welcome back lovely one.
