My name is Gisele Banchian and I will be guiding you in this meditation.
First I want to say a few words about hope.
What is hope?
Hope is knowing that everything is happening for a reason,
Even when your mind tries to tell you otherwise.
Hope is trusting that everything is happening for you.
Hope is the spark of light that guides you,
It's what gives you strength and courage to take the next step.
The more you nurture hope,
The more optimistic you feel and the more you will create positivity and joy in your life.
The world around us often make us lose touch with our essence and forget who we are.
The world trains us to hold on to negativity,
To worry and to fear.
If we are not careful,
This can paralyze us.
There is another way.
In this guided meditation,
Together we will discover the power of hope as a foundation for living a peaceful and joyful life.
Hope is already in your heart.
All you need to do is reconnect with it.
Let us dive deep within and uncover our inner power,
Knowing that everything is going to be ok,
Always,
No matter what.
Now sit comfortably and gently close your eyes.
Gradually become aware of your breathing.
Open your breath into your body.
Allow the breath to enter with grace.
Feel your belly rise and fall.
Your belly rise and fall.
Feel your belly rise and fall.
In the next few deep breaths,
Relax your body even more.
Relax your eyes,
Your jaw,
Your shoulders.
Feel all the tension melting away.
Bring your attention to the present moment.
With each breath you are becoming more present,
More centered.
Now let your mind go back to a time where you felt the deepest possible joy.
Contact with that amazing feeling and allow it to expand throughout your whole body.
Use this now for a few breaths.
As you breathe in,
Visualize a white light filling you with joy and optimism.
As you breathe out,
Observe this light as it expands to every part of your being.
Do that again for a few more times.
Inhale the white light.
Exhale,
Expanding the light.
Let go of everything that's going on in your mind,
Just for now.
When a thought arises,
Just observe.
Like the clouds in the sky,
They come and go.
No need to engage with it or judge it,
Simply observe it and let it go.
With each new breath,
Dive deeper and deeper into yourself.
Feel how in this moment,
Here and now,
All is well.
You are safe in your body.
You don't need to understand how,
You don't even need to think about it.
All you need to do is open your heart and feel the joy expanding within you.
No matter what's happening in the world around you,
You can always reconnect to this sense of peace,
Well-being and positivity that exists inside you.
Let go of everything and dive even deeper within.
Allow your awareness to move from the noise in your head to the silence of your heart.
Reconnect with yourself,
Here and now.
From your true self comes a sense of inner joy,
Brightness and deep love.
This is the light of hope,
It's always inside you.
Every day you have a choice,
To operate from an anxious mind or from a heart filled with hope.
Every day you can choose to give your energy to fear or to love.
Your choices will help shape your reality.
Make a commitment to yourself right now to choose hope,
To choose love,
To see life unfolding in the most beautiful way.
Now,
Take a moment to feel gratitude.
Gratitude for this moment,
For each breath,
For your life.
Gratitude that you have taken this time to reconnect to your spirit.
May you carry this energy of gratitude,
Hope and love throughout your day.
This feeling is always within you.
All you need to do is take the time to reconnect with it.
You have unlimited wisdom,
Freedom and power within you.
Step into your power and create your reality.
Remember you are a divine being and you are loved.
