Eastern wisdom aims at self-discovery. Self-discovery leads to self-knowledge. The journey to self-discovery helps us to know what is existence and what is the world and who we are. When we recognize ignorance causes suffering because we are false that leads to a lot of challenges in daily life. When we follow the path of Eastern wisdom, it helps us realize our wrong notions, and misconceptions, and awaken us to our real selves. The real self is pure consciousness of the nature of permanent peace, happiness, love truth, and wisdom. That is the highest meditative state, set by our masters. Listen, learn, contemplate, and reflect on the topics mentioned in the title, then practice regularly to move from ignorance to wisdom. This is so self-inquiry is the tropic and we have reached we have reached to a stage of the self-inquiry by understanding that there is a real self and I gave an example of the three layers in a gift so those until the three layers are removed we cannot find the real self but why we want to find the real self just to to be in the state of permanent peace happiness love truth and wisdom and that is what is known as awakened so that is the fundamental understanding of the spirituality and we say oh I'm a spiritual person and I have a strong jealousy that was the topic we've covered yesterday last in the last session so I equated this jealousy with a walled camp you are talking to me and suddenly you get upset you say oh enough is enough now I'm leaving it is that well can we erupt it is the wall can you that erupted and it is that well can know that causes unwanted unwelcome thoughts otherwise there is no reason all part so what we we have reached to that well can or jealousy and hatred before that likes and dislikes before that joy and the sorrow so how come that joy and the sorrow has come because I have given a reality status to the world outside and once I give a reality status to the world outside it appears it is different from me it is separate from me it is separate so when it is separate from me mind says no I must I must possess and own so then there is a desire so now I constantly dwelling on on that object so what happens I'm constantly dwelling on that object it what happens to my mind now now we are not aware what is going on in the mind now mind says no I must possess I must own it if I own it joy if I don't own it sorrow but ultimately whatever master says these are the impurities of the mind and we are doing a self-inquiry we are inquiring how where I never I never mean to be upset with you but I got I get upset I get upset so think of it you are constantly so what happens even if you have something either you are attached or you are detached with some object or a person mind constantly dwells on it and constantly dwelling creates a desire and that desire is a binding desire you are going to the restroom that is also desire you're going to the kitchen and drinking a cup of tea that is also a desire they do not create any problem so what is binding mind says no I must have it or I should not have it so from where the journey starts it creates long series of impressions so where masters has given beautiful word I love that he says that all these impressions are accumulated in the mind there is a compartment and that compartment is known as karma shaya.

Rough translation of karma shaya is a reservoir of the karma reservoir of all the actions that we have performed in the past so it it creates those impressions multiple impressions good bad both and they are living in the mind at the deeper layers I'm not going into the car junk philosophy and pride philosophy there's a lot to say about it we are focusing on the journey of the self discovery through the self-inquiry so what happens you know reservoir of the karma means those impressions are in the form of a thought speech and action ready to be expressed if you give a right situation favorable condition someone says Stephen is hmm volcano is a very in a passive form.

It is in a passive form.

Oh he is very mad.

Well,

Con is in a passive form.

Now it means you have those impressions.

We don't become aware of it.

We lose hold of it.

So what happens when we lose hold of it?

So I'm referring Gita,

Krishna that we are going to take up.

There is a loss of memory.

What I have to do you are mad or good you know what I have to do?

Why my mind should keep on thinking?

Do you see that?

No no but my mind habitual why it is thinking because of the karma shaya.

I gave that word reservoir of the karma.

So when we have this volcano in even in a passive form if it is in an active form we already know it what happens we damage our relationship through by thought by speech and by action we destroy our life.

We know it but what happens in the passive form the first there is a loss of memory.

Now what do you mean by loss of memory?

I know I'm jealous of you.

No no I'm not talking of this memory.

I know that you are jealous of me.

You are attached with me.

No no no.

Loss of memory.

Can you guess?

We have done in detail.

We lose discernment and dispassion.

That is what master is saying.

Now I'm not able to discern.

I'm not able to separate.

I'm not objective and I'm burning inside.

Burning what can also is burning inside and then gradually it erupts.

It erupts.

Another point that is also very important to understand in this journey of the self-enquiry you know every well volcano has an opening.

Isn't it?

Every volcano has an opening or something like you can say vent where the lava and the steam erupts onto the earth's surface.

Can you expect the volcano gives you a cool icy flow?

It never gives us that flow.

But what you know it gives us the steam and opening.

Now that opening that opening is carried out by any of the five sense organs supported by a thought.

Your eyes are closed and you are thinking of a person and suddenly.

So you see it's a passive way.

Now you're looking at the person with your eyes so opening his eyes there is a thought coming from the reservoir of the karma and now the volcano it starts its process.

Otherwise how a soulmate can become a soulmate?

Do you understand?

Some people might be thinking inside I know that.

How it is possible?

It is the same mind or you have multiple minds.

So what is the goal of the self-inquiry into the jealousy,

Hatred,

Likes and dislikes,

Joy and sorrow?

Giving a reality status to the world.

I'm repeating it again for the sake of understanding what exactly?

I lose there is a loss of memory and Krishna says after the loss of memory there is a loss of intelligence.

Tell me if you are jealous of someone are you acting intelligently?

See the Krishna loss of memory loss of intelligence.

It's such a beauty of understanding.

You keep on repeating this series.

Oh karma,

Shaya,

Reality,

Status,

I'm seeking joy and sorrow,

Likes and dislikes.

You repeat it this week in all the situations.

In every condition you will recognize discernment and dispassion.

The loss of memory that is discernment.

Loss of memory that now we don't have discernment and dispassion.

And if I don't have that discernment and dispassion what comes?

I gave abbreviated acronym DD and DD.

Another DD is duality and depression.

How come the duality and depression has come?

Indigestion and diarrhea caused by the volcano.

I do not remain the same person as I am.

I have never seen you are so calm.

What happened to you?

Why you worry about other persons?

You know be just calm,

Be indifferent.

From where that sense of indifference comes?

It comes from discernment and dispassion my friends.

Are you getting it?

I believe you all are getting it.

Remember it damages our life.

It destroys our life.

It is one reason I lost couple of my friends and students.

And it is the same reason in opposite way.

I have relationship with the people for the last 20,

25 or 30 years.

Yeah,

I also did somewhere sometime.

I must tell you.

In those in early days but now seldom it happens.

Remember this.

And then we create an unfavorable situation in our life.

That unfavorable situation is called the sins.

Sins are invisible.

Sins and virtues are invisible.

They impact us.

My friends,

That is the way the self-inquiry has to be done.

So the self-inquiry has to be done in line with the principles of the Eastern wisdom that will help you to reach to the real self.

Here science has no role.

Science is objective.

Eastern wisdom is subjective science.

Understand that.

So we have a choice.

After self-inquiry we have a choice whether we want to destroy our life or whether we want to make our life.

That volcano has its impact in the personal,

Professional,

Social and family life and it also has an impact in my inner mental state.

I don't get sleep.

My sleep is disturbed.

I don't inquire why my sleep is disturbed.

Then I go for self-medication.

Over the counter medication.

Let me have a drink and I will have a good sleep.

Let me take a sleeping pill and I will have a good sleep.

My mind is not able to withdraw itself from that guy who made me mad.

I am not able to sleep.

Look at it practically.

Practically you look at it.

Otherwise nature is offering us.

Now is the time to sleep.

It's the night.

Lie down on the bed.

We don't allow it.

I am just talking about the sleep disturbance.

But it gives you anger and hesitation and duality and a conflict.

My friends,

Think.

We have to contemplate and reflect again and again.

What we normally do,

We keep on thinking about jealousy.

We keep on thinking about obsession.

If we understand and do the self-inquiry.

Yeah,

Obviously in the beginning with the teacher.

You know those issues,

Challenges of binge eating and other stuff.

It can go easily.

It takes time.

Knowledge has to be realized.

I know I am going against my own profession.

Krishna might be thinking I have a very strong program.

Yes,

You are.

It is helping.

It helps.

But it does not uproot the problem.

So remember this series.

Remember this series.

And that is why I have been asking the problems.

I have been asking these questions.

You know how many times you have gotten upset since the last session.

Any manifestation of upset is the beginning of a volcano.

It may not be jealousy or hatred.

It may be likes and dislikes.

Forget about even likes and dislikes.

But it is definitely the result is the loss of memory.

Loss of memory.

Loss of discernment and discretion.

Result,

Loss of intelligence.

So Gita,

Krishna says that it destroys your life.

We have a famous proverb in US,

You know.

Are you mad?

You know we normally say are you mad?

That is an expression.

That is a right indication.

Oh someone said are you mad?

Let me look at it myself.

Hold on.

Calm down.

Look at it.

What we do?

Over-the-counter medication.

How dare you say I am mad?

You are mad.

Practical.

Practical application.

You might be thinking it is all philosophy.

No.

Every step is practical.

I recognize.

Oh you told me I am mad.

Let me check myself.

No,

No.

I start checking others.

Why you said mad?

You are mad.

You are more mad than me.

And that is I call it over-the-counter medication.

We have an instant medication.

You see that it takes time but once the knowledge is realized.

Otherwise we will have.

What we will have?

We will not be able to discover that real entity.

Constant dwelling on the thoughts of likes and dislikes.

Joy and sorrow with an object outside or a person outside.

Brings jealousy and hatred.

So entire series and it is constantly being accumulated.

Deposited in the karma shaya.

The reservoir of karma.

That we need to explore.

Everyone has.

Let me give you another perspective to understand clearly.

You know we when we were born.

Human babies and babies of any living mammals and any living species.

We were not wise at the time of the birth.

We were not aware who we are.

So the animals are also.

But the existence has provided a safe mechanism.

For every living species including.

Including the human race.

For survival.

In case of.

In case of.

Animals,

Mammals,

Especially the mammals.

Take an example of the mammal.

In case of the mammals,

You know mammals,

Babies,

Their kids are born.

And within few minutes and hours.

They stand on their feet.

It is an automatic survival mechanism.

How can you think that they are intelligent and they can get up easily.

It is done by their existence.

It is done by some intelligence.

You can say that if you are a very hardcore scientist.

Okay,

Use that.

No,

I am a very hardcore scientist.

So after all there has to be an intelligence that rules.

The kids of these animals to stand up.

Stand up for what?

Walk for what?

For survival.

So what makes my survival?

Especially the mammals.

What makes the survival?

And there comes the instinct.

The need for safety,

The need for food,

The need for.

You already know the four instincts.

How a rhino baby knows that.

He has to drink milk from his mom for a one year.

Now compare that.

There has to be some intelligence.

Whether you say that is existence.

Whether you say that is consciousness.

Until we reach to that level.

And we discover the real self.

Now take an example of our we.

We cry.

Is it a sign language?

Mother fed us the milk.

We cry.

Why?

We wet the bed.

Somewhere that intelligence is constantly working.

For this we need not to go to a science laboratory to do the research.

Whether it works or not.

It's an understanding.

It's a knowledge.

Now see as the animal kids grow.

They reach to a physical maturity.

And after the physical maturity they continue to live the same way.

Can you ask that tiger,

What is your goal of life?

And there comes the difference between the human mind and the animal.

Animal mind is programmed automatically controlled by the existence.

And as we grow older I create an I identity.

I am.

Why your master says that we should have a clarity about the goal of life.

Why?

Because we have an intellect.

What is intellect?

It is nothing but a free will.

What is a free will?

We have a free choice.

Don't you have a choice?

You can attend the session of this weird guy or you cannot attend.

We all have a choice.

Everywhere.

All the time.

Do I have a choice to blame you?

Yes.

And do I have a choice not to blame you but look inside me?

That ability belongs only to the human being.

I have a choice.

You know I have an extreme headache.

You know I'm not attending your session.

You know that it already gives me more headache.

It will increase my headache.

You have to make a choice.

Do you understand that clearly?

With the slight problems you know Sam was saying I have.

Should I talk?

I can talk.

Okay.

You know sometimes people get mad you know while I'm talking about it.

I've taken a permission.

Sam was saying yesterday that I have applied for 100 jobs.

No response.

I said apply for 1000 jobs.

Look at the state of the mind.

And he started laughing.

And there is another way to say oh you applied for 100 jobs.

Then my mind starts thinking maybe,

Maybe.

Now see that maybe.

This maybe is lacking the discernment and dispassion.

It creates a habit and a habit formation.

Causes the entire series.

I say loss of memory,

Loss of intelligence.

I volunteer.

I told you that I volunteer one session on Monday.

To these Ukrainian people.

I'm not naming it you know otherwise you know.

We already know there is another proverb name and shame.

I'm not doing that.

I'm just giving you.

So this girl recently divorced.

And then I said I have to bring the topics to help people understand.

That my reaction volcano that erupts.

It is constantly working for a couple of years and months.

So after a few sessions she already you know.

The matter was solved and once you are divorced.

Now almost in every session she has the tears in her eyes.

It shows that what I have done is wrong.

How come you know?

Through the self-inquiry.

Where is that self-inquiry?

All these elements.

Results into the loss of memory,

Loss of intelligence.

I never thought that will I be happy.

Or just put it another way.

That also contains these elements.

I am single.

I am single.

I dwell on it.

But to tell you that I'm always single.

Even I have two kids.

That's a different thing.

So I am single that creates a desire to marry.

To remove the loneliness to be happy.

Now I have to inquire in my mind.

Which of the factors is asking me.

That I will be happy after the marriage.

Marriage is not a certification of happiness.

Have you seen?

Have you seen the registration?

Does it say that now these two guys do these two people.

Will live in happiness forever.

Does the registration?

Now see the other side you have a divorce paper also.

Does the divorce paper says that now you will be alone and be happy.

Tell me if there is a certification like this.

Then I will agree with you.

This is the loss of memory.

I'm giving you practical examples.

This is loss of memory.

This is loss of intelligence.

So once that volcano,

The steam of divorce comes down.

Then I experience I am still unhappy.

I am still unhappy.

I am still.

.

.

That is the problem and it is happening due to the ignorance.

From the next session we will.

.

.

There was a great master.

Ashok knows and Vaibhav knows because in Indian tradition we know these names.

Narad.

But just to give you a brief of this Narad.

Narad.

.

.

You can say it's a being.

I won't call it as a human being.

Otherwise the human being cannot go to heaven directly with the body.

So it's a symbolic metaphor that this Narada has studied all the texts.

He knows everything.

He knows everything.

And he can travel easily on the earth to the hell and to the heaven.

A symbolic expression.

What it means?

And then we will start.

It means that when I am in extreme stress and suffering,

There is a light coming from Narada.

When I am exactly.

.

.

I have a big ego.

I have won millions and I have lot of possessions and assets.

And I brag it is.

.

.

I am a self-made man.

That is also a loss of memory.

Are you getting it?

That is also a loss of memory.

Why?

I don't want to give that example again.

I live a loveless life for 27 years.

Bill Gates says.

Why didn't you.

.

.

Once you realize that you live your loveless life in the first year,

Why you wasted your 26 years?

That is.

.

.

That example means,

You know,

The moment I have an attachment and I have a.

.

.

So Narada gives almost six.

.

.

13 and 14 steps to get out of this mess.

To get out of this world,

You know,

That we are going to take up from the next week's session,

My friends.

Now is the time to go for the practice.

Eyes are closed.

Eyes are closed.

Being comfortable.

And I said,

I want caution.

Check myself.

Are you struggling being comfortable?

And that struggle is coming from this mess.

What should I do then?

Just become aware.

Recognize.

Reflect on this.

It may come in the form of a thought and a feeling and emotion and a duality and a conflict.

You have already.

.

.

We have already covered that part.

So we are position of the body.

That is what.

.

.

You know,

This crazy mind keeps on changing the position of the body.

First time it says,

Now I'm comfortable.

No,

No,

No.

This is not a comfortable position.

It may happen in a couple of sessions.

But after that the mind says,

I'm comfortable and you are comfortable.

No struggle is there.

You have to deeply inquire what it means by the struggle.

Being comfortable.

Being comfortable.

Moving the mind and the entire body.

Physical awareness.

There is a rise in awareness when you experience sensation,

Comfort and steadiness.

But in language we say move the mind with it.

Become aware of the body.

We can use different language,

Different expressions.

But what is the secret is the rise in awareness.

As you rise in awareness the duality starts dissolving.

Okay.

Then you see you are aware of the space.

And then I struck your mind the space is awareness and awareness is space.

Being carefree.

We have been doing lane one unwanted unwelcome thoughts.

Okay.

You are a volcano in a passive form.

Anything.

And the lane two,

I do not participate.

That awareness is there.

I do not participate in the lane one.

Whatever comes and goes.

So that makes the mind carefree and throws the mind onto the state of calmness which may have recognized which we may not recognize.

But the practice should continue.

During the day also even such one practice of being carefree.

I see you for example.

I see you.

I meet you.

I see you.

Suddenly the unwanted,

The lane number one becomes active.

Why he has come or why she has come.

But at the same time the lane two is active.

Oh,

Welcome.

I don't support it.

That level of awareness comes later by regular practice.

Let everyone be happy.

And your mind should go on inquiring,

Reflecting,

Reach to yourself deep inside.

What it means?

Come on happiness is my essential nature.

And if I am a living being then happiness is the essential nature of all the living beings.

My master used to say that these principles if you remember there is no loss of memory.

They come to rescue,

Save you from great fears and depression and anxiety.

How come?

Well,

I'm studying Eastern wisdom.

I know happiness is my essential nature.

Other guys fighting with me.

He has not studied.

That is why he is fighting.

He is fighting to find the happiness in me.

By fighting.

So every situation,

Every person is helping you to evolve.

That we don't recognize.

When?

When there is no self-inquiry.

Now you can break the rule.

I have been doing it three times.

No,

You can do it one time.

You can do it ten times.

Based on your level of awareness.

You cannot do it.

You can do it non-verbal.

Peace is my essential nature.

You see where the self-inquiry takes you to?

To adjust in knowledge and awareness.

Until we reach to that state,

We need to contemplate and reflect.

We need to practice.

My friends,

Otherwise it will not work.

Sarveshaham Purnam Bhavatu Sarveshaham Purnam Bhavatu Sarveshaham Purnam Bhavatu Sarveshaham Purnam Bhavatu Sense of completeness,

The whole.

You know this,

You know,

People are talking of holism,

Holistic health,

Holistic living.

Until I find that I am the whole,

There is no holistic living.

It's all about the holistic living.

There is no holistic living.

It's all a gossip.

Pay attention.

What is that?

You like pasta.

You have been eating pasta for 30 days and every day you get some pleasure.

Can you combine all the pleasures and it becomes happiness?

And that is what we are talking of the holistic living.

Physical well-being,

Mental well-being.

We bring them together,

It becomes one whole.

Eastern wisdom is talking about that whole which cannot be divided.

What is that?

It is one consciousness.

I am just giving you a few moments to reflect.

Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu Auspiciousness.

We will talk in detail about the auspiciousness.

I have already given you lot of ideas to think on it.

Now look deep inside the forehead.

In this space start gently Om Shanti.

You already know it.

The body is in the state of steadiness.

And then start breathing from the chest through both the nostrils.

Just keep on doing.

Your mind is not challenging you,

Not reacting to you.

It means,

Yes,

At a higher level of awareness.

How simple it is to understand now.

Keep on,

Continue the journey.

Om Shanti also continues at an interval with a pause.

But a quick and short breathing continues without a pause.

Continue.

We are aware where we are heading to.

Continue.

And stop it.

Do nothing.

Do you know what we have to do now?

Do nothing.

Recognize,

Accept the changes.

Changes means the new experiences.

Don't allow the mind to label those experiences as good and bad.

That is the most important and most tricky thing.

We have to maintain the higher level of awareness.

And then we see these experiences are coming and going.

Now the second breathing into the belly.

It's a longer breath.

Start with Om Shanti and keep on doing the belly breathing.

Remember,

You inhale and expand the belly.

You exhale and squeeze the belly.

Ahem.

Longer breath.

Changes takes place.

Experiences takes place.

You accepting,

Recognize these changes.

That is why you are doing the practice.

So why to worry?

Expansion and contraction of the belly continues.

And Om Shanti continues.

Steadiness in the body continues.

Now stop this.

Do nothing.

So when you do nothing,

You are aware,

You recognize.

What we say the cognitive ability,

What is going on?

Let me experience the changes.

So in Tantra Yoga they lay too much emphasis on these experiences.

And we get obsessed with those experiences.

So here what we are doing,

We just recognize and accept.

Why?

Our goal is to find real self,

Not to find the change in experiences.

I believe you all got it.

You all are seekers.

And now we look inside the forehead in the space and Om Shanti continues,

Steadiness continues.

And you start breathing both from the belly and the ribcage.

Long deep in the hissing with an expansion of the belly and the ribcage during inhalation and exhalation.

Total emptiness of the lungs and total emptiness of the lungs.

Total expansion and that is indicated by the expansion and contraction of the belly and the ribcage.

And stop the breathing.

Allow the breath to move to its normal pattern.

Recognize and accept the changes.

Be with it.

You see that when you recognize these changes,

You are.

.

.

You have to contemplate and reflect and let me know is it right or not.

When you recognize the changes and experience the changes,

They are coming and going.

You are steady in the lane 2 with discernment and dispassion.

Now look deep inside your heart,

In the cave of your heart.

Visualize the triangle of any color,

But it should be equilateral,

Triangle pointing upward.

Now,

You know,

Mind divides and perceives.

So it is better in the journey of reflection,

You contemplate and reflect.

Why I said so?

What I'm going to say now is that understand.

Pointed awareness.

First pointed awareness you are aware of the triangle.

Second pointed awareness that you look at the side.

Third pointed awareness that mind moves on the side.

Fourth pointed awareness you are seeing Om Shanti.

You see,

I have to explain in such a detail,

But in awareness,

Everything is present.

It is timeless.

What do you mean?

Just reflect on it.

So Om Shanti on all the sides,

Moving the mind with Om Shanti.

That is a simple phrase.

Doing clockwise and anti-clockwise,

Waiting for a sync.

When there is a sync of all the pointed awareness or the mind or the Om Shanti,

You can use hundreds of phrases and still it does not convey the essence.

But it points out.

And once it syncs,

Then you see you are singing mentally,

Om,

This time reverse is happening.

Om is pushing the mind inside the triangle to the cave of your heart.

The mind seemingly stops you,

Drops Shanti and enters into the state of self-absorption.

Self-absorption is not unconscious in Eastern wisdom.

It is conscious.

It is not forgetfulness.

And if that happens to us,

The destination is not too far.

And now we leave this triangle.

Now the Om Shanti on the sixteen segments of the four fingers,

Starting from the base of the index finger.

So what is the secret behind it?

We keep all the sense organs inside the mind.

It is the mind's eye that looks at the first segment.

Mind's tongue says Om Shanti.

Mind's ear hears it.

And mind's skin touches it.

The moment we have that awareness,

It instantly gives you variety of sensations and experiences on these segments,

In these points of the fingers.

Definitely it is deeper than the other experiences,

But it is still too far from the spiritual consciousness.

People use these tips to claim that they are highly spiritual.

Then it is better to create sensation through electric current.

Om Shanti.

Om Shanti.

Om Shanti.

You are doing it with a pause.

You are 100% sure all the sense organs are working through the mind,

Not expressing the mind.

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Bring your mind on the right hand,

Your mind on the left hand.

Lift your both palms,

Place it on your eyes.

Open the eyes inside the palms.

Know your experiences.

Bring the hands down.

We'll share our experiences.

If you have any questions,

You can say.

How are you,

Vyabhav?

Sir,

I'm good.

Mind became very clear,

Very calm.

Good.

Very good.

Remain calm and you have started living in true calm.

How are you,

David and Jerry?

Very good.

Thank you.

The lesson at the beginning was as always fabulous.

I really enjoy that.

Going into the meditation,

All I could see is an eye.

And it looked like my eye.

I've never seen my eye.

I've never seen a reflection of my own.

But it looked like my eye watching me.

Slowly faded away and I just had a very,

Very deep.

.

.

I mean,

I can't believe the time's over.

It's just very good.

Thank you.

Beautiful.

Yeah.

You are narrating a very deeper experience because the mind says,

I am nowhere.

Only I is there.

And that gives some clue.

And we are already doing that.

Beautiful.

How are you,

Jerry?

Sir,

I'm good.

Thank you.

The meditation was really good.

I felt the body and the mind are a bit fatigued.

So during the meditation,

I was calm and relaxed.

But I noticed that the body was a bit and the mind were fatigued.

Yeah.

But they are separate.

That is why we experience that.

That's a good experience.

That is a good experience.

Sometimes we work for even 12 hours and the body seems to be tired.

But deeper inside it says,

No,

I'm OK.

I'm fine.

I'm fine.

That's another beautiful experience.

Very good.

So how are you,

Stephen?

I'm good.

Meditation,

I was just completely absorbed.

To start with,

The only thing that I could recall from the meditation was during the fast breathing.

Similar to David,

I too saw the eye.

Good.

And then it faded away.

And then we moved to the second stage of the breathing.

And I had a jolt of energy go through my body.

That shook me.

I actually thought I was going to fall over.

And then I was just back into this deep meditation and again struggled to come out of it.

Beautiful.

Now see,

There are a couple of points we need to understand.

Normally the Kundalini meditation,

When a teacher of the Kundalini meditation,

They start teaching you Kundalini meditation.

They say,

Oh,

You have an upsurge of energy.

Oh,

That is not good.

That is bad.

We keep it at a distance.

We witness these experiences.

We witness they are separate.

Experiences are different from the experience.

When you see it consciously,

There is no danger.

That Stephen has already explained.

So I'm holding back to that eye what I explained to David.

And the same explanation also is here.

But we have to continue the inquiry to find out if this eye,

What is this eye?

And we reach to that stage.

Beautiful.

How are you,

Terry?

My experience was pretty calm and pretty even.

Very good.

I saw the triangle.

I did see the triangle today.

Good.

That's nice.

There wasn't a lot of struggle.

And I got all the way through to the end without a lot of struggle.

And so that's about it.

Beautiful.

That's a beautiful experience.

Yeah,

That was good.

That is good.

So you have to repeat today's practice again and again and again.

Good.

How are you,

Brandy?

I'm good,

Thanks.

I like Terry's description of getting through without a lot of struggle.

I had the same thing.

By the end it was really in sort and I didn't want to come out.

What struggle you're talking?

I didn't have any.

Oh,

You didn't have any struggle.

Like Terry,

Yeah.

As smoothly the mind went inside.

If the mind can move smoothly inside in every situation,

In every relationship,

While thinking,

Speaking and acting,

What is that state one has to think?

Beautiful.

Wonderful.

How are you?

In a series.

I look at it from the top.

So how are you,

Barbara?

I'm very good,

Thank you.

It was a very calm and deep meditation for me.

We got to the Japa.

I can actually feel electricity in each segment of my finger that I was concentrating on.

Yeah.

So you feel those vibrations there?

Yes.

Yes.

So it's a beautiful.

I'll tell you from where I created this step.

Beautiful.

How are you,

Krishna?

I'm well,

Thank you.

Good morning.

My mind kept going to the question of how to stop the dwelling because clearly I had a lot of dwellings,

Very foggy and heavy coming into session today.

And then by the end,

Just light and clear and I can even see more clearly physically.

That's really good.

Now you have to separate the two types of dwelling,

Two types of contemplation.

One contemplation,

For example,

Krishna,

For example,

It's only an example.

So I say Krishna is bad.

So my mind is lopsided.

So now it will extract everything that proves that you are bad.

And then there is no end to it.

So that is why our master cautions us that we have to contemplate and reflect in line with the principles.

What are the principles?

Likes,

Dislikes,

Reality,

Status to the world,

Joy and sorrow,

Reality and hell.

Oh,

Then I start exploring.

The moment you become aware,

You drop it.

And that is what happened in the second part.

That is what you see,

The foggy in the first part.

Where is the fog?

Can you show me?

There is no fog.

You are in peace.

Yes,

Sam,

How are you?

Good.

This has happened before,

But I felt a little bit of a sense of elongation throughout the meditation.

And other than that,

You know,

Regular routine focus.

Yeah.

So let the time come when this nap dissolves completely and you are able to maintain that state of consciousness.

Beautiful.

How are you,

Dennis?

The meditation was calm and peaceful as always.

After the breathing,

There were some experiences in the body.

But I believe the valuable thing after the breathing is the pervading moments,

Is the natural focus and the increased ability to withdraw from these experiences and from the outer world in general.

And that is what happened.

So that focus happened and that ability to withdraw also happened.

During the japa,

The other experience that I had is that the world was reduced.

The whole world was reduced to the finger points.

Yeah,

That's good.

The only things,

The only items that I experienced were the finger points.

Obviously,

Because the mind feels those sensations,

But the world is reduced there.

One important point that you mentioned and that is coming from a simple principle.

I will repeat.

You might have heard about it.

Desire is the impurity of prana in the mind.

I'm repeating again.

What is the desire?

So we always relate the desire to the mind.

You see,

In the form of a thought,

Feeling etc.

But now what the principle says desire is the impurity.

So,

Okay,

So impurity is also in the mind,

But it is the impurity of prana in the mind.

So that prana,

Prana,

We all know it.

At least,

You know,

We can say life force in the beginning.

So that prana contains the desire expressed by the mind.

Is it too complex?

No,

It's not too very complex.

That is what he said that when he did the practice,

You know,

He felt that as if all those thoughts are getting dissolved,

It becomes more and more clear.

That is why we are doing the breathing,

Not because of the scientific reason.

What the scientific reason says your oxygen concentration increases.

So increase little more,

More than the normal,

Then see what happens.

You know what happens?

Jerry knows.

If you increase the oxygen concentration more than about the average,

What is going to happen?

Do you know that?

Increased oxygen in the blood may cause the death holes.

So our principles,

Even though we can complement with the scientific understanding,

But it will not fit.

So what is the goal that I continue to follow the journey and the practice in line with the Eastern wisdom until we reach to that state?

And then go on,

Explain whatever you want to do.

Ashok,

Ashok is there.

Can you want,

Do you want to say anything?

Why is recovering very fast?

I love this.

No,

It's okay.

He is taking rest.

It's okay.

It's okay.

It's okay.

It's okay.

But he is in the session.

That is more important.

Leave this.

That is all.

Thank you.

We will meet again.

Namaste.

Thank you,

Sir.

Namaste.

Namaste.

Namaste.

Namaste.
