Day 16 of Navigating Recovery And Overcoming Adversity: Relationships. Today through our meditation practice we will learn to release ourselves from our fears and live in the present. Day 16 will aid us in overcoming the fear in relationships that we often attempt to reduce with our negative habits and addictive behaviors. I want to thank all my teachers, especially Deepak Chopra, Gabby Bernstein, and David Ji who have inspired me in inspiring you.

This is the most effective guided meditation I’ve worked with yet. It fuses addiction recovery principles with Vedic mantra meditation practices and each day tackles a new potential problem area. It’s perfectly structured in that you have a brief but insightful talk at the beginning of each session, followed by soothing music and no talking for about 15 minutes, and then are guided back from meditation to opening your eyes. I’ve been working with this to help stop smoking and other negative behaviors and I’ve found it remarkably helpful. I’m on day 16- the fact that it’s 22 days is a great length. Thank you!
