In this talk, Geoff Bell-Devaney discusses ways that we can begin accepting all of our feelings. He talks about recognizing the impermanent nature of our feelings, as well as infusing our experience with gratitude and insight. He also mentions how, as we begin to become more adept at acknowledging and accepting all of our feelings, we will grow in patience and have a greater acceptance of life.
