The more that we're able to allow our breath to be exactly as it is in any moment,

Then the more we're going to be able to allow our thoughts to be as they are in any moment.

And the more that we're able to allow our thoughts to be exactly as they are in any moment,

Then the more easily we're going to be able to allow our emotions to be exactly as they are in any moment.

And the more that we can allow our breath and our thoughts and our emotions to be exactly as they are in any moment,

Then the less affected we're going to be by any inner emotional storms that might arise,

And the more present we're going to be in every moment.
