Welcome in this safe space.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious and insecure about yourself or the future,
This meditation will bring you back to peace.
It may feel like a warm and cosy blanket of safety and support that you put on yourself.
So just make sure you're comfortable and warm.
You can be sitting down with your back straight or lying down on your back,
Adjusting any pillows or blankets and just closing your eyes to connect more inwards.
Let's just start by taking a few deep and conscious breaths.
Slowly inhale through your nose and exhale to release any stiffness or tension.
Inhale,
Invite peaceful energy and exhale,
Just totally relax and surrender.
And just let yourself know that you are safe here,
That this is a safe space just for you.
You can place one or both of your hands on your heart.
Feel your heartbeat in your chest.
Invite yourself that you are alive,
You are present here and now and that's what matters.
Let the slow and conscious breath help you stay grounded in the present moment.
When the mind is very overwhelming it's most often because it's not in the present moment.
The mind,
The ego really likes to go to the past or future,
Project its fears,
The worries or guilt and shame.
But here and now there is no worry.
There's just you and your breath.
Remind yourself that underneath all the thoughts,
The self-pity,
Self-judgement,
Underneath all the fears,
Underneath all insecurities there is love,
There is a space of awareness that never changes.
Keep holding yourself here and now,
Reminding yourself of who you truly are,
Reminding yourself about your essence,
Pure love.
All the self-doubt and insecurities,
The lack of confidence and the low self-esteem,
It all comes from the ego,
It all comes from the fear.
You can choose to stay there and give your attention to that fear or you can choose to shift,
To shift your perspective and shift your attention to the space of love that gives you strength,
That gives you confidence,
That gives you security.
You can repeat these words quietly or out loud after me.
I am whole and complete.
I appreciate all that I have.
I fully love and appreciate myself.
I choose to embrace the mystery of this life's journey.
I allow everything to be just as it is.
I live from a place of peace and freedom.
I am able to control my mind and my thoughts.
I enjoy going with the flow and I embrace uncertainty with love and patience.
I have the courage to be seen.
I have the courage to be myself.
My strength is greater than any struggle.
Instead of self-judgment,
I choose self-love.
Instead of fear,
I choose trust.
I am enough,
Just as I am.
I am loved and I am love.
Beautiful.
Release these affirmations now out to the Universe.
And for the next few breaths,
In stillness and silence,
Let the energy of light and peace to wash away any judgment,
Any negative thoughts,
Any worries,
And let it fill you up with love and trust,
Here and now.
Keep observing yourself with awareness,
Knowing that it's not other people and other situations that have control over you.
It's you who's in control.
Only you can change and decide how you react to situations,
How you react to your thoughts,
If you entertain the thoughts or if you just let them be and observe them from the space of awareness,
From the space of love and detachment.
Where you are now is exactly where you need to be.
Have patience.
Have the courage to go slowly,
To actually enjoy every part of your journey,
Knowing that you are perfect,
That you are loved and appreciated and that as soon as you just surrender to the natural flow of life,
The Divine will take care of you in the best possible way.
