Love is your natural state.
You came from love and in this meditation you're going to connect back to love.
Connect to the powerful energy from your heart and release any blockages that are holding you from experiencing your life with pure freedom and joy.
Take a moment now to make yourself totally comfortable,
Either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes gently and bring your awareness to your breath.
No need to change your breath,
Just notice how it flows through you.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breath.
Inhale deeper as you expand your belly and then your chest and exhale longer as you totally relax.
Allow your body to soften,
Allow your mind to focus.
You are here and now and nothing else matters.
Feel the support of the earth underneath you.
With each breath arriving deeper and deeper into the space with more awareness and presence.
Breathing more love and kindness to your whole body.
Anywhere you feel tension,
Bringing that breath there,
Letting the whole body relax and soften.
You are held here,
You are safe.
Bring your awareness to your heart center,
Feel your heart.
Maybe you want to place one of your hands on the space of your heart and feel the warmth from the space,
Feel the life that is present within you,
Feel the rhythm of your heartbeat.
Your beautiful strong heart that has gone through a lot and still is beating for you and still is so strong,
So powerful.
For the next few breaths just imagine your breath moving in and out through your heart space,
In as your heart and your chest expand,
Out as these spaces relax and let go even more.
With each breath in really filling yourself up with that peace,
With that divine unconditional love that is your essence and with every exhale releasing any heaviness,
Any old wounds,
Any fear of being seen or being loved,
Softening those walls around your heart so it becomes even more open.
Let this space open bit by bit like a flower blooming in its own time with no rush,
No pressure,
Just opening your heart like a beautiful flower.
Really look into your heart with awareness,
With compassion and notice if you are still holding on to any emotional tension or heaviness,
Maybe some hurt from the past,
Any guilt or fear.
Just remember you don't need to fix anything or resolve,
Here and now just allow yourself to feel without judgement.
Imagine now all that heaviness from the emotional energy slowly softening and melting down to the earth,
Like a heavy stone or a rock that now you are consciously lifting off from your heart and putting it down away from you.
With each next breath invite more light into this space.
You can repeat quietly or out loud,
It's safe for me to heal.
It's safe for me to feel.

Allow the space to become a sanctuary for your healing and just be here with that unconditional love for yourself.
Remind yourself that beyond the mind,

This is the space of your soul,
Compassionate,
So vast and timeless.
Allow yourself to rest here,
Connecting to the wisdom of your soul,
Connecting to that peace,
To that pure love that always is,
Doesn't ask for anything in return.
This part of you that is always whole and complete.
Let it remind you who you truly are.
And as you move closer to your soul,
As you expand that space of power of love within you,
Know that you can live from the space,
You can live from the soul,
From the heart instead of the ego.
That voice within you that judges,
That fears,
That separates you,
This is the ego.
Sometimes it's trying to protect you,
But know that you don't have to carry that armor anymore,
That you don't have to close your heart to the world and to others.

Truly trust life,
There is no need to control.
You are safe wherever you are.
You are one with life and life is one with you.

Really embracing that power of love that you always have within.

Bring them now onto your heart and start massaging that space gently,
Offering yourself compassion,

Start to breathe deeper,

Feeling your hands and that warm energy coming from them.

Your toes,
