To start with this meditation that is going to guide you to your relaxation space and make you fall asleep better through relaxing the whole body,
Breathing deeply and staying truly focused on your inner space.
Space of peace,
Space of connection,
Support and nourishment.
You can do this meditation lying down or sitting down,
Just make sure all the distractions are turned off and you are ready to open your heart and surrender into your breath.
Let's start deepening the breath,
Giving a little bit more and more oxygen to your body and mind,
Releasing all the tension and the heaviness of the day.
Deep inhale through the nose,
Slow exhale through the mouth,
Deep inhale and full and gentle exhale releasing.
Just breathe with me and follow the flow of your breath,
Notice what is happening with your body when you are inhaling and what's going on when you are exhaling.
Coming back to the space of breath is reminding us how important the breath really is,
How it helps us awaken,
Energize but also focus and relax,
Relax deeper and deeper into the peace that is always here.
Make your breath longer and longer,
Deeper and deeper,
Knowing that right now at this time there is nowhere you have to go,
Nothing you have to do,
Just be,
Just breathe and staying present.
Surrender deeper and deeper to the space underneath your body,
Feel the texture of the sheets,
The mattress,
Feel how connected your body is now with the earth.
Allow the earth to bring you grounding energy,
To bring you peace and bring you relaxation.
Notice how your body is letting go with each breath,
How your muscles are relaxing more and more,
How much more ease and flow you can feel now within yourself.
You are safe here,
You are supported and your well-being is the most important right now.
Open your heart to feel the calming energy surrounding you from all the sides,
From all the directions and start relaxing your body even more and more,
Starting from your face,
Your face,
Releasing any tension from your facial muscles,
From your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Your head and forehead,
Releasing any tension from your neck,
From all the sides of your neck,
Releasing and letting go of any heaviness in the shoulders.
You can help yourself release with every breath out,
Opening your throat wide and just letting go.
Feel your back being stuck being stuck to the surface underneath you.
Relax your upper back,
Your middle back,
Your lower back,
The both sides of your back and your whole spine.
Knowing that you are supported now,
Your muscles can rest,
Relaxing the front of your body as well,
The front of your beautiful shoulders,
Your chest,
The space of your heart.
Knowing that your heart is a gate to experience this pure love.
So with awareness let go of any blockages you might still be holding in your heart.
There is no need to hold on to any negative emotions,
Any hatred,
Any fear and worry,
Any jealousy.
There's just love,
Love,
Joy and freedom that comes from recognizing how divine you are.
So with the next exhale let go of any feelings that might have been blocking you during the last few weeks and just surrender deeper to the earth,
To the mattress holding you again and again.
Relax your belly as well,
Your ribs.
Relax your groin area,
Your hips.
This is your space to just be.
One with your breath and one with consciousness.
Relax your legs,
Your glutes,
Your thighs,
Your calves,
The front and back side of your whole legs.
Release any heaviness in the space of your legs from walking,
Standing for a long time or exercising.
Now it's just time for your beautiful legs to rest and be still.
And relax your feet as well,
Your toes,
Your heels,
Your ankles.
Just be aware of this nice and warm calming energy flowing through every each little part of your body.
Knowing that your body is your home,
Your body is so sacred and you deserve to rest,
You deserve to sleep well,
You deserve to relax whenever you need it.
Take a slow breath in and slow breath out.
Notice how your heartbeat is slowing down right now,
How this breath,
The prana energy is flowing through you with more ease and how heavier and connected to the surface underneath you,
Your body is.
Your angels are protecting you.
Open up to the divine presence.
Beautiful.
Keep relaxing even more.
Whenever some annoying thoughts start coming to your head,
Just come back to your breath and to this feeling of safety and protection.
Allow yourself to slowly and slowly drift off to the space of your dreams.
