Dear friend.
This is a message from your soul,

Close your eyes,
Make sure you're super comfy and relax and open your heart to receive and connect.
Keep breathing deeply and gently,
Calming down your mind,
Calming down your thoughts,
Calming down your emotions and just staying here as being,
As presence,
As awareness.
Darling,
I am one with you.
I know how hard you're trying every day and even though it gets hard,
Don't give up.
I'm always here to support you,
To lift you up,
To give you my good energy.
I am within you even at times when you don't notice it,
When you forget about me.
I'm here,
I've always been here.
There is no fear stronger than me.
There is no hatred stronger than me.
There is no thing stronger than me.
I am one with the vine,
Just as you are.
I am one with you.
I bring peace,
I bring kindness,
I listen to you and nourish you from within.
I am your friend.

Do not forget your strength.
And at times when you feel really low,

Come back to this presence within that cannot be explained and understood by your mind.

You Take a deep breath in exhale it go Feel the presence of this love within you Feel all the words all the power coming from those words Knowing that the state of pure bliss Pure awareness we cannot really explain with the words But we can just be Drop everything drop all the labels Everything you think you are And just be Connected to this pure divine love That's in everyone That has been within you from the day you were born and longer There's love that is so healing So bright so warm The love that is freedom Stay in this deep connection within you Allow the lights and love to shine through you You can stay in this state for as long as you need to and even when you come out of this meditation Don't forget love.
