Welcome in this relaxing meditation.
Today we'll be going on a journey through
some beautiful landscapes,
Helping you to release tension of the whole day and
come back to a peaceful state,
So you can gently drift away to the space of your
dreams.
We're going to start by relaxing the whole body.
When the body is relaxed
it's easier for the mind to relax as well.
So I hope you're already in a
comfortable position,
Lying down preferably on your back.
Adjust your
pillows and your blankets.
Make sure you're gonna stay warm and cozy for this
session.
Just close your eyes and start breathing deeper and deeper.
Coming back
to your breath.
Maybe this is the first time of the day when you're actually
taking a deep and conscious breath.
Make it count.
With every inhale nourish
yourself with calming energy.
With every exhale feel all tension melting away.
Inhaling slowly and exhaling,
Relaxing even more.
Let's take five deep breaths in this
space.
Lovely.
And if during the practice your mind starts wandering away,
Come back to your
breath.
Come back to awareness.
Let's set the intention for this practice.
I am open to pure
relaxation.
Repeat it quietly in your mind.
Just feeling your body lying down on your bed.
Feeling the surface underneath you,
The softness,
The texture of it.
Let your whole body just rest.
Feeling the back of your head,
Relaxing,
Releasing any heaviness from your head,
From your mind.
And then relaxing the back of your neck,
Softening your shoulders,
Feeling your upper back,
Middle back and lower back,
All relaxing on the bed.
Feeling the support
of the earth that is holding you here.
And then softening both of your glutes,
The back of your
right thigh,
The back of your right knee,
The back of your right calf,
The whole right foot.
And then relaxing your left thigh,
The back of your thigh,
The back of your left knee and your
calf muscle.
And then through your ankle and your heel,
The whole left foot is relaxing.
Connecting
to the energy of safety and support.
And then just relaxing the whole front of your body,
Through your
feet,
Your ankles,
Your shins,
Both of your knees,
Your right and your left thigh,
Your groin,
Your
hips.
Softening your belly through your breaths,
Softening your ribs and your chest.
Notice your
chest and your belly rising and falling with every breath in and out.
And then relaxing through your
shoulders,
Your whole right arm and your right hand with the fingers.
Your whole left arm and your left hand.
The front of your neck.
And then your whole face.
Relax your facial muscles.
Soften your jaw,
Your cheeks,
Your
forehead.
Feel your head,
Your mind becoming lighter and lighter.
There's more space there.
And stay here for a few
breaths.
Now feeling your whole body relaxing in stillness.
And as your whole body is resting now,
You can go on a journey
through the doors of your mind.
So as your mind has more space now to open,
To imagine,
See yourself stepping through the doors of your
mind to the world of your imagination.
Landing on a beautiful beach during sunset hour.
The sun is almost set.
You can just see
a little part of the red sun at the horizon.
You're just sitting on a warm blanket on the soft sand.
And all that you hear is the sound of the waves.
The ocean's waves are not very big today.
And there are so many colours of the ocean mirroring the beautiful colours of the sky during the sunset.
And as the sun is almost behind the horizon,
You're just sitting there peacefully watching this amazing performance.
The miracle of so many colours.
There are shades of orange,
Red and pink.
There are shades of blue and purple.
A little bit higher.
There is so much space on the sky.
In the front,
On your right and your left,
All that you can see is just this beach,
The ocean,
And the vast infinite sky.
You keep observing and appreciating this moment.
There is no one else on that beach.
It's just perfectly quiet.
But you feel safe.
Warm,
Safe and cosy.
Just observing the sky as it slowly keeps changing the colours.
Now when the sun has totally disappeared,
You can see the sky is even more pink.
There are some beautiful patterns on the sky.
All these perfect lines.
As if some angels just painted the sky only for you.
As you keep looking at the ocean,
You connect to the oneness of it all.
The oneness of nature.
Seeing and feeling like everything is connected.
The sand is merging with the water.
The water is merging with the sky.
The sky is merging with the trees on the land.
The trees are merging back with the earth and the sun.
And as you keep sitting there,
You feel a total sense of calm and serenity.
You just think to yourself how perfect it all is.
And I am a part of it.
Feeling yourself connected with the earth.
Connected with the sun.
Connected with the trees.
Connected with the water.
As the waves are coming closer and then further away,
You keep following them through your breaths.
And your chest is expanding and falling down.
Feeling the presence of water within you.
And then,
As the sky just keeps expanding,
Feeling the connection to the sky.
Feeling the connection with the universe.
Being a part of it.
And as you keep appreciating the beauty of everything that surrounds you,
And the beauty of the universe within,
You feel even calmer and fully supported by the universe,
By the earth.
Realizing that there's nothing to worry about.
That everything is possible.
And as you're looking at the sky,
Listening to the waves,
And listening to the waves,
You notice that the sky is slowly becoming darker and darker.
It's still blue,
But some stars start to appear.
And on the other side of the sky,
There is a moon crescent.
A very thin moon,
But already shining bright.
So beautiful.
You decide to just lie down on your comfy blanket.
Maybe even covering yourself with another blanket.
Feeling the soft and still warm sun underneath your whole body.
And you just keep looking at the sky.
Noticing more stars that are appearing.
Noticing all the beautiful stars.
Shining so bright,
They're so far away.
Being aware.
Feeling safe in the space held by the whole universe.
And you can keep relaxing more and more.
Relaxing with this beautiful landscape.
Relaxing with this beautiful view.
Expanding your heart.
Reminding yourself about the oneness that is connecting you to all.
And slowly and slowly,
Totally letting go of control.
Letting go of your imagination.
And drifting away into a peaceful sleep.
