This meditation will help You ground yourself and connect to the inner centre. Through gentle and deep breathing we are releasing lots of tension and stuck energy and invite more peace and relaxation to come. We connect to the inner divine space within, that is completely detached from any thoughts and emotions and allows You to JUST BE. Hello,

Welcome to this meditation.

I am Maria and I will guide you to the space of pure peace and relaxation.

I hope you are already in a nice seated pose or you can be also lying down.

Just make sure you are really nice and comfortable.

Close your eyes and we will start by breathing deeper.

Breath is such a beautiful,

Beautiful tool to help us release so much tension and connect deeper within.

So now with every breath in through your nose,

Breathe in all the fresh energy that you wanna bring to your mind,

To your body and with exhale allow this energy to cleanse you from any heaviness,

Any heavy thoughts,

Negative emotions,

Anything that is weighing you down.

You can breathe in through the nose and breathe out through your mouth if it's comfortable for you with a gentle sigh,

Really releasing,

Visualizing all this heaviness leaving you slowly,

Leaving every part of your body,

Your mind and heart.

Keep grounding yourself through your breath.

With every breath out imagine like you are growing strong and deep roots into the earth.

You are connecting to the earth to its powerful,

Supportive and nourishing energy.

Open yourself,

Open your heart,

Open your heart like a gate for all the love and peace to come in.

Make this gate a beautiful connection to the divine world within you,

To the world where you are completely free from any thoughts,

From any voices in your head,

From any heaviness.

Open your heart and go deeper,

Allow the light of divine power flow through you,

Making you feel so bright and so light from the inside,

Shining with love and shining with peace.

The deeper you connect to this inner space,

The more you are realizing that this is your true essence.

This is the space that you want to keep staying at,

The space of freedom,

The space of love,

The space of grounding energy.

And the more you are realizing how little all your thoughts and emotions are,

How they don't really matter,

Cause when you are fully connected to the inner space,

To the now,

To the present moment,

All those thoughts and the voices in your head are slowly becoming slower and slower,

Smaller and smaller.

And you are feeling lighter and lighter within.

Stay open to this awareness,

To the awareness of your self.

Notice the layers that our environment,

That all the outside world is putting on us.

The layers of fear,

The layers of worry,

The layers of sadness,

Of anger,

Of frustration,

Of self-judgment and so much more.

Notice those layers and see how different they are from you,

From your true essence.

You are deep,

Deep beyond that.

Whenever you keep coming back to your powerful space,

Stay in presence,

Notice how everything comes and goes,

In nature and in your own life.

Notice how changeable everything is and how unnecessary it is to stay attached to any thoughts,

Any emotions,

Anything that is not bringing us the divine peace of God.

Feel in your heart,

Feel in your centre the connection with Mother Earth.

Feel in your heart,

Feel in your centre this divine peace of God,

Divine peace of present moment awareness.

Stay in this space,

Stay in this empty space.

And although it's empty,

Notice how much bliss it's giving you.

Just sitting with yourself and staying open to healing,

Staying open to centering yourself,

Connecting to this energy of harmony and balance.

And from this centre just observe how this light energy that is everywhere within you now is washing away any heaviness that is still might be stuck somewhere,

Is washing away like this beautiful golden fluid.

Any worry,

Any annoying thoughts,

Any self-pity,

Any self-judgment.

You are free from that,

You can be free from your emotions,

From your thoughts that are disturbing you so much.

You can be free if you choose so.

Keep breathing gently and keep connecting to this lovely space,

Feeling supported from each side,

Feeling nourished from within.

Appreciating yourself for how strong you are each day.

Appreciate yourself for taking the time to let go of anything that is weighting you down and open to more peace and stillness.

The more present you are in your own space,

The more conscious you can be when those annoying thoughts and voices in your head keep coming and the easier it will be for you to let them go in healthy ways.

Remember whenever you feel super anxious or sad,

Annoyed,

Take a time to step back and come back to this inner space,

Come back to connecting to the supportive energy of Mother Earth,

Come back to divine guidance.

The mind very often cannot help us in those states,

But directing our focus to the soul,

Directing our focus to this divine inner part that is not changeable,

That is infinite,

That is so,

So powerful always helps us a lot to realize how unimportant all those thoughts really are and how we can direct our focus to more empowering and hopeful thoughts.

Have faith at all times,

Faith in the supporting universe and faith in yourself that even in times of struggle and chaos in your life,

You can still find space to ground yourself and find your own power.

It's always within,

We don't have to go outside and look for it,

Just closing down the eyes and being totally open and surrendering.

Keeping aware.

Or if you need to come out just move your body gently,

Your toes,

Your fingers,
