Hello beautiful souls! In this meditation, I walk you through affirmations to remind you, You are worthy, you are valuable, you are wanted, you are rare. I am high valued. I am worthy. I am wanted. I am loved. I am valuable, worthy, rare, and wanted. I am walking away from anyone and everything that doesn't know my value and worth.

Alright guys,

Let's start to just sit down in a spot that you can be comfortable.

And today we are going to be focusing on our worthiness,

Our value,

Our sense of love.

We're going to bring value back into our life.

We're going to remind ourselves of how worthy we are,

How wanted we are,

How valued we are,

And most importantly how loved we are.

Start to set the intention right now for this meditation.

And start to breathe in through the nose for a count of 4,

Holding for a count of 4,

Releasing for a count of 4,

And then relaxing for a count of 4.

Breathing in for 4,

3,

2,

1,

Holding for 3,

2,

1.

Letting go for 2,

1,

And rest for 3,

2,

1.

Breathing in,

Holding,

2,

1,

And release,

2,

1,

And rest.

Breathing in again,

Holding,

Releasing,

And then resting.

Breathing in one more time,

4,

3,

2,

1,

Holding,

And letting it all go now.

And just trying to rest and come back to your natural breath.

Coming back to who you really are.

Coming to your authentic self.

Starting to dive deep into self-love and self-appreciation.

And just start to celebrate yourself for just being here,

For taking the time out of your day to just find stillness,

And quietness,

Mindfulness,

And motivation,

And set the intention for this meditation,

For your day,

For your week.

I set the intention now to help you all to feel high value,

Help you to feel worthy,

Help you to feel wanted and loved,

And so special.

And start to call in now any guides,

Any angels.

Calling in your past self with all of your childhood innocence,

Your childhood unconditional love and acceptance for the world around you.

And start to call in your future self that has the wisdom and the knowledge and the experience to lead you in this moment.

Calling in your ancestors,

Anyone that may have passed.

And any guides or idols that you may identify with.

And ask them to just be present with you in this moment without leading you astray but showing you the path.

And just breathing in again,

Big deep breath in through the nose,

Three,

Two,

One.

Holding and releasing any stale energy,

Releasing any anxiety,

Resting.

Breathing in worthiness and love,

Fearing that life force energy all around you.

And again,

Breathing out.

Start to feel a golden light surrounding your whole entire body.

Start to feel the light radiating over you.

Feel the light penetrating your whole entire body with a feeling of joy,

A feeling of appreciation,

A feeling of God force energy.

Feel this light on your skin.

And start to bring in your five senses now.

Starting to focus on your sense.

Starting to focus on your sense of smell.

Allowing your nose to smell now anything in the room.

Becoming aware of all that you can smell.

Allowing your thoughts to start to subside.

Focusing on your sense of taste.

Maybe you're tasting your morning coffee or your breakfast.

Just becoming aware of your sense of taste.

And starting to become aware of your sight.

Closing down your eyes.

And becoming aware of whatever your eyes can see behind your eyelids.

The flickering of light.

The flickering of sun.

The darkness behind your eyelids.

Start to become aware of your sight.

Even with your eyes closed.

And realize that even with your eyes closed,

Your eyes can still see even light.

Focusing and becoming aware of your sense of healing.

Allowing your ears to just listen to the sound of my voice.

The sound of the music.

The sound of the things around you.

Becoming aware of your ability to heal.

And then becoming aware of your sense of touch.

Your ability to feel once again.

Feeling the air around you.

Feeling the touch of your clothes on your skin.

Just becoming aware of your own sense of beauty.

Your own sense of worth.

Your own sense of value.

Start to repeat either out loud or to yourself the following affirmations.

I am high valued.

I am worthy.

I am wanted.

I am loved.

Just feel it all inside of you.

I am valuable.

Worthy.

Rare and wanted.

I am walking away from everyone and everything that doesn't know my value and worth.

Start to feel your whole body starting to believe and knowing the words that you are saying.

And repeating again.

I am high valued.

I am worthy.

I am wanted.

I am loved.

I am valuable.

Worthy.

Rare and wanted.

I am walking away from everyone and everything that doesn't know my value and worth.

I am high valued.

I am worthy.

I am wanted.

I am loved.

I am valuable.

Worthy.

Rare and wanted.

I am walking away from everyone and everything that doesn't know my value and worth.

I am high valued.

I am worthy.

I am wanted.

I am loved.

I am valuable.

Worthy.

Rare and wanted.

I am walking away from everyone and anything that doesn't know my value and worth.

Allow these words to just melt in all that you are.

Not believing or knowing in them.

Knowing your value.

Knowing your worth.

Knowing your love.

And knowing that you are rare and you are wanted.

And starting to have the strength to walk away from everyone and everything that doesn't know your value and doesn't know your worth.

And repeating again.

I am high valued.

I am worthy.

I am wanted.

I am loved.

I am valuable.

Worthy.

Rare and wanted.

I am walking away from everyone and everything that doesn't know my value and worth.

I am high valued.

I am worthy.

I am wanted.

I am loved.

I am valuable.

Worthy.

Rare and wanted.

I am walking away from everyone and everything that doesn't know my value and worth.

And repeating one last time.

Knowing that your words are true.

Knowing that all of the self love will continue to manifest internally within you.

And then externally into the world that you sense through all of your senses.

Through your eyes.

Through your sense of healing.

Your sense of touch.

Your sense of taste.

And your sense of smell.

One more time.

Allowing whatever emotions to come up to be there.

I am high valued.

I am worthy.

I am wanted.

I am loved.

I am valuable.

Worthy.

Rare and wanted.

I am walking away from everyone and everything that doesn't know my value and worth.

Sit here for a moment in the silence of the music and allow all of those words that were just spoken to move throughout your whole body,

Your soul,

And your spirit.

Letting go of any negative thoughts.

Letting go of any negative feelings.

Letting go of any black edges and things that no longer serve you.

And starting to breathe and coming back into a new reality.

A reality where you know that you are worthy of the things that you want and need and desire.

Coming back into a new reality where you know your value.

Coming back into a reality where you know that you are wanted and that everyone and everything around you wants you.

Coming back into a new reality where you know that you are loved.

Coming back into a new reality where you know your value,

You know your worth.

Where you know how rare and authentic you are and you know how wanted you are.

And coming back into a new reality where you have the strength and the courage to walk away from the things and the people that don't value and know your own value and your own sense of worth.

You are valuable and worthy and you are loved.

Breathing in.

Holding the breath and breathing out.

Coming back into this room.

Coming back into this moment.

Coming back into a new reality.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Starting to open up your eyes.

Coming back into this room.

Coming back as a new person.

In a new paradigm.
