Welcome to your mindful reset,
Return to alignment.
So.
Gently close the eyes.
In a nice.
Comfortable seated position.
Setting our intention for the practice.
Coming back to.
Inner alignment.
Coming back to.
Reconnection,
Coming back to our truth.
Taking a first deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Releasing from the mouth.
So settling into our space.
Into the present moment.
And stepping away from all the external distractions.
Continuing with a mindful breath.
That circulates in the entire body.
And infuses every cell.
With energy,
With love,
And with light.
Ah.
Allowing the thoughts.
To slow down.
And allowing ourselves to detach from them.
Remembering that.
We are not our thoughts.
But rather the observers.
Of the thought.
A deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale from the mouth.
Letting the shoulders drop.
Allowing the jaw to relax.
Allowing every muscle in the body to be a little more at ease.
Coming back to peace.
And as you enter this calmer,
Clearer vibrational frequency.
And allow all the external noise to.
.
.
Dissipate.
Start.
Directing your attention towards.
What perhaps feels a little misaligned in your life.
So it's actually quite.
Empowering to get into specific So it could be.
.
.
In a romantic way.
Relationship in your life.
It could be perhaps with a family member or friend.
Or perhaps you're feeling misalignment.
In your finances.
Or in your work.
Or maybe it's in your wellness routine.
Whatever it is,
Just.
Start looking at it from a very compassionate lens.
So there's no judgment.
There's no harshness.
It's simply information for us to take in.
Another beautiful inhale through the nose.
Exhale from the mouth.
So as we navigate this.
Human life,
This human journey.
Alignment and misalignment is part of the process.
So it's not about creating the expectation of always feeling.
In alignment in every aspect of our life.
That's not what this human experience is about.
But it is about being mindful and noticing.
If certain parts of the self or of our life.
Do feel misaligned.
And.
.
.
How to know if something is misaligned.
Or how to know if we're perhaps.
A bit off track.
Usually it's just something that's pulling at us.
When we get quiet,
When we get still.
That inner voice starts whispering that.
Something isn't sitting right with us,
That something is perhaps deeply draining our energy.
And whatever it is that you may be noticing or realizing that is in misalignment.
This doesn't mean that you need to take immediate action.
For now,
We're simply taking in information.
And just honoring exactly where we are.
So continuing with that mindful breath,
Taking a beautiful inhale through the nose.
Exhale from the mouth.
Allowing the nervous system to settle.
Which allows us to.
.
.
E.
In a space of safety.
Where we feel that we have the possibility to.
Look at these truths to look at.
What is aligned or perhaps misaligned.
And it's through the stillness that those answers arise.
And.
.
.
Through the stillness thought.
The right next step.
Eventually becomes clear.
And for that,
We need to breathe and to simply be.
Taking an inhale through the nose,
Inflating the belly and then the lungs.
Exhale from the mouth.
Letting everything else go.
Alignment gives us energy.
Alignment is uplifting.
When something isn't aligned,
It tends to drag us down.
It tends to drain us.
So once again.
Simply reflecting on gently and lovingly.
Who and what?
Is elevating us,
Giving us energy in our life.
And who and what isn't.
Hmm.
Once again,
Without.
Harshness,
Or judgment.
Simply.
Observing.
What information comes up.
And allowing the stillness to reconnect you with your power,
With your inner knowing that You can navigate.
Any change that may be required to realign.
Any conversation.
That may be needed.
Perhaps it's a conversation with yourself.
As long as it's always coming from a loving lens.
That's alignment.
And deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale from the mouth.
Letting the shoulders drop and the jaw relax.
And just letting that energy flow.
That intention of realignment circulate the entire body from head to toe.
Once again,
Remembering that Whatever realization comes up,
You do not need to take action right away.
It's simply about.
Aligning with your truth.
Aligning with what feels right.
And then releasing or perhaps walking away from what doesn't.
A deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Releasing any heaviness that still remains.
And keeping the eyes closed for a few more moments as I close our practice.
You have.
All that you need within you.
To realign,
To reassess,
To re-energize.
And it's through.
These moments of stillness,
Of mindfulness,
That you tap into that power,
Into those resources,
Into that guidance.
So come back to it.
As often as needed.
And when you're ready,
Gently opening the eyes.
Coming back to a place and a space.
That remains safe.
And if you can take a few moments to journal down a few.
Thoughts and feelings,
Whatever came up during your practice without any judgment,
Just pouring all of that onto the pages is very,
Very powerful and you can.
Come back to it later on.
And see maybe if you notice certain patterns that.
Arise.
After these sessions,
After these moments of introspection.
Namaste.
