Welcome to your mindful reset and morning meditation to elevate your vibrational frequency.
So close the eyes.
And take a nice comfortable seated position.
As we open our practice.
Starting with a beautiful,
Mindful inhale through the nose.
Exhale slowly from the mouth.
Another beautiful inhale through the nose,
Inflating the belly and then the lungs.
Exhale from the mouth,
Letting the shoulders drop.
And the jaw relax.
And another inhale through the nose.
Exhale from the mouth.
So reconnecting.
With the body.
If perhaps you've been Already busy in the mind.
Getting lost in the thought.
In the to-do list.
And just coming back.
To the breath.
To create that beautiful foundation for your day.
So a beautiful,
Peaceful foundation.
Confident and calm foundation.
A foundation that will allow you to move forward with more ease.
And it's the foundation that you can keep coming back to.
Whenever things in the external world get a little too chaotic.
Taking another mindful inhale through the nose,
Lifting the shoulders up to the ears.
And exhale from the mouth,
Letting the shoulders drop.
And visualizing.
A beautiful tiny white light.
Coming from the heart center.
And then just slowly.
Infusing that light into every cell in the body.
A life that represents peacefulness,
Safety.
Positive energy.
Hmm.
Taking this moment to remember.
That we are not our thoughts.
That we are the observer of our thoughts.
So as we move forward in our day,
And we notice,
Perhaps,
Some critical or.

.
Negative thinking.
We can simply choose to.
.
.
Pause those thoughts and to redirect our attention.
Towards more.
Positive and peaceful ones.
So shifting that inner dialogue.
Making sure it's one that elevates our energy.
Rather than weighing it down.
And deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale from the mouth.
Remembering that.
We are perfectly and perfect spiritual beings having a human experience.
And we are here on this earth,
This earth school.
To learn.
To explore and try things.
Make mistakes,
Learn from those mistakes.
We aren't meant to be perfect.
We are truly.
Magical and magnificent beings.
And yes,
Sometimes we can be a little messy.
And that's just part.
Of this human experience.
Deep inhale through the nose,
Expanding that beautiful elevated energy.
Exhale from the mouth.
Releasing anything that you want to carry with you for the rest of this day.
Just let it go.
Release,
Release,
Release.
Sigh and just letting.
This intention.
Of high vibrations.
To follow you throughout your day.
So keep coming back to that throughout your day.
And one final mindful and nourishing inhale through the nose.
Exhale from the mouth.
And when you're ready,
Gently opening the eyes.
As I chime us out of our practice.
And Allow this energy just to infuse every cell of the body.
Sit with this energy if you can for a few more moments.
And remember that once you go out there in the external world,
You can always come back to this.
Energy to the space within.
To recalibrate,
To reset.
And to come back to that elevated frequency,
It's normal as human beings that those external distractions.
Sometimes they get the best of us,
But the more we offer ourselves practices like this one,
The more we have the power to pull ourselves back to a grounded place,
To a elevated energetic frequency.
