Watch it drift away,
Carried by the current,

Return to your breath.

Filling your lungs completely.

Letting go of tension,
Resistance,
And the need to control outcomes.
Now gently reconnect to the sense of inner knowing.
Feel the awareness that you already possess the inner resources you need to navigate whatever life presents.
