This is a five-minute meditation to surrender and find more inner peace.

Take a nice comfortable seated position,

Spine straight,

Shoulders relaxed,

And reconnecting with the breath,

Reconnecting with your inner world,

A space where you can dive deep within and find that place of calm that's always there no matter what.

No matter what chaos or uncertainty that might be going on externally.

Coming back to a place of remembering that all is well and that no matter what,

You'll be okay.

That sometimes the scenarios that seem the most undesirable or problematic actually end up bringing us something positive,

Whether that's growth,

Learnings,

Or something else.

Coming back to a space where you remember that it's not all up to us and that we are co-creating this life,

Remembering that we are so much stronger and more resilient than we think,

And that no matter what is unfolding around us,

There is always a space within us that's accessible and available to bring us inner peace,

To bring us healing,

To bring us whatever it is we need at this moment.

It's in the stillness that we remember our inner strength,

That we remember that we are so much more than all the external circumstances.

We're more than the ego,

We're more than the roles that we play,

We're more than our opinions and our mistakes.

We're so much grander and stronger and more solid than that.

Taking a beautiful,

Deep inhale through the nose,

Creating expansiveness within you and around you,

Creating space for surrendering,

For releasing the need to control,

Releasing the need to grasp onto certain desired outcomes and learning to trust more.

Reconnecting with the breath,

With the breath that's slower and deeper than our normal breath,

A breath that sends a beautiful signal to the body and the mind and the soul that it's safe to relax.

Taking another beautiful inhale through the nose and releasing from the mouth,

A beautiful exhale,

A beautiful sigh of relief and gently opening the eyes,

Slowly coming back to the external world with more peace,

More confidence,

More calm and more surrender towards everything that's unfolding.

This space is always available to you.

This practice is so simple and yet so powerful.
