Healing Relaxation to Create Change

Some may wish to find a portal to a restful sleep.

Some wish a deep,

Brief,

Drug-free escape from the pressures of life.

Some just want to find out just how deeply they can relax.

If any of these resonate,

Then this one is for you.

You may even be able to address some of your own life issues right here and right now.

So let's begin.

Getting yourself comfortably arranged in a comfortable position,

In a quiet place,

Where you can move inwards to yourself.

And allow your eyelids to gently close.

And begin by taking a nice deep breath in through your nose.

And let that out through the mouth.

Once again,

One more time,

A nice deep breath in through your nose.

And letting it out through your mouth.

And begin to relax.

Think about relaxing every muscle in your body.

From the top of your head all the way down to the very tips of your toes.

Begin to relax.

And to notice how very comfortable your body is now beginning to feel.

You're supported wherever you are.

You can just let go and relax.

And inhale.

And exhale.

And notice your breathing.

And that there is a rhythm in your breathing.

Relax your breathing for just a moment.

Be aware of all the normal sounds around you.

They're unimportant.

Discard them.

Whatever you do here from this point forward will only help to relax you.

And as you exhale,

Release any tension.

Any stress.

From any part of your body,

Your mind,

Your thoughts.

Let that stress go.

Feel any stressful thoughts rushing through your mind.

Feel them begin to wind down.

Wind down.

Wind down.

And relax.

Let all the muscles of your face relax.

Especially those around your jaw.

Allow your teeth to part.

Just a little bit.

Relax.

Relax your jaw and feel that relaxation move into your temples.

Relax the muscles in your temples.

As you just think about relaxing those muscles,

They will relax.

Feel them relax.

As you relax,

You'll be able to begin to drift and float.

To a deeper and deeper level of total relaxation.

You'll continue to relax.

And now.

Let the muscles of your forehead relax.

Feel those muscles becoming smooth and relaxed.

Rest your eyes.

Imagine your eyelids becoming so comfortable,

Heavy,

Relaxed.

Let all the muscles in the back of your neck and of your shoulders relax.

Feel now a heavy,

Heavy weight being lifted off from your shoulders.

As that happens,

Feeling relieved and lighter and more relaxed.

Now allowing all the muscles in the back of your neck and your shoulders relax.

Feel that soothing relaxation move down your back.

Down.

Down.

To the lower part of your back.

And those muscles,

Let them go.

With every breath you inhale,

Feel your body drifting,

Floating.

Down deeper.

Down deeper.

Deeper down.

Into total relaxation.

Let your muscles go,

Relaxing more and more.

Allowing the muscles of your shoulders running down your arms to your fingertips relax.

And so your arms feel so heavy.

So heavy.

So heavy.

So comfortable.

So relaxed.

Could be.

You notice a little tingling in your fingertips.

It's fine.

Feel a bit of warmth in the palms of your hands.

That's fine.

You may even feel you can barely lift your arms.

Because they're so relaxed.

So happy.

So happy.

So relaxed.

So now I'd like for you to inhale again.

And relax your chest muscles.

Your chest muscles.

And as you exhale,

Feeling your stomach muscles relax.

And as you exhale,

Relax all the muscles in your stomach.

Let them go.

All the muscles of your legs.

Start to feel them relax.

All the muscles of your legs now so completely relaxed.

Right to the very tips of your toes.

Notice how very comfortable your body feels.

Drifting.

Floating.

Deeper.

Deeper.

Deeper relaxed.

And as you are relaxing deeper and deeper,

Now imagine in front of you a beautiful staircase.

This staircase has ten steps.

These steps lead you to a special,

Peaceful,

Beautiful place.

And in a moment you can imagine taking a safe,

Gentle,

Easy step down.

Down.

Down that staircase.

Leading you to a peaceful,

Special place just for you.

You can imagine it to be any place you choose.

Maybe it's at a beach.

Near the ocean.

Where there's some clean,

Fresh air.

Maybe it's up in the mountains by a stream.

Any place that you choose is just fine.

Just fine.

In a moment I'm going to count backwards now from ten to one.

You can imagine taking those steps down.

And as you take each step down,

Feel your mind and body relax more and more.

Feel them just drift down.

Down.

Down each step.

Deeper.

Ten.

Relax deeper.

Nine.

Eight.

Down deeper.

Seven.

Six.

Five.

Four.

Deeper.

Three.

Two.

One.

Deeper.

Deeper.

Deeper.

Relax.

Now imagine a peaceful,

Special place.

Maybe feel it.

Or there.

Alone if you'd like to be.

No one to disturb you.

This is the most peaceful place in the world for you.

Imagine yourself there.

Feel a sense of peace.

Well-being.

Flowing through you.

And rest.

And drift.

And float.

In your being.

Nothing bothers you.

Nothing disturbs you.

Gentle.

Stillness.

Peace.

Now the mind is relaxed.

The body's relaxed.

Let yourself relax much more.

With every general breath.

A little bit more.

Let me help you do that.

This time I'll count from ten to one.

With every number I say,

Let your mind and body relax together like a team.

By the time I reach one.

Mentally and physically,

You easily let yourself relax much more.

Ten deeper.

Very good.

Nine.

Eight.

Seven.

Six.

It's fine.

You're doing fine.

Four.

Three.

Two.

One.

You're doing fine.

And now if you could.

Allow yourself go.

To the very basement of your own ability to relax.

You've really never found a basement of relaxation.

But you can go many,

Many times deeper.

I'll help you get there.

I would like you to imagine there are three more levels to go now.

To the very basement of your relaxation.

They are levels A,

B,

C.

To get to A you simply have to double your relaxation that you have.

To get to level B you have to double the relaxation you have for level A.

And then finally to get to the basement you have to at least double what you have in level B.

You have a very powerful imagination.

I would like for you to imagine that you're at the top of your own private escalator.

It's like the ones you might have seen at the mall.

But this is your private escalator.

This escalator is going to be taking you down to level A.

Doubling your relaxation.

And then B.

And then C.

Let's go now.

As I count to three.

One.

Two.

Three.

In a moment now we're going to go from level A to level B.

To get to level B you simply double the relaxation you're allowing at level A.

And let it grow twice as deep.

Alright.

Seeing yourself now at the very top of this escalator.

One.

Two.

Three.

Let it take you all the way down.

Where you have now doubled your relaxation.

If you're even following this now it might even be hard to say the letter B.

Try it to yourself anyways.

Take all the time you need to get to B.

And now there's one more level.

C.

The very basement of your relaxation.

All the way now drifting down.

Deeper.

Deeper.

Letting go.

Deeper.

Deeper.

To your very basement of relaxation.

Drifting down.

Or relax.

Way down.

Just stay there for a moment.

Notice at this level every breath that you exhale just easily helps you to relax more.

And.

Down.

So.

Far.

Down.

Your body automatically breathes in.

Breathes out.

Just the right amount.

To sustain you in perfect peace.

And as your body keeps drifting deeper.

As I talk.

Deeper.

More and more comfortable.

More and more at peace.

And while the body becomes more and more at peace.

I'd like for your mind to split off a bit and do something a little different.

Your mind now becomes free of the physical part of you and moves now to a higher place.

A place where awareness comes to you.

Here is a place of self healing.

Of understanding all there is to know.

So in a moment.

To have you reach this level of higher awareness.

I'll be counting from one to ten.

With each number that I say the physical part of you lets go even more.

Physical part goes deeper and deeper.

But your mind the mental part is just like a little balloon.

Moving,

Lifting,

Rising effortlessly easily.

The higher it moves the better you feel.

The more you become aware of all things you need to know or want to know.

The more you become aware of the world around you at every level at every place.

As your mind moves higher and higher a pleasantness,

A feeling comes over you.

Beautiful inner tranquility is a part of this.

Allow it to happen.

Your mind becoming free.

Moving so high.

So wonderfully high.

All things becoming aware to you.

Alright travel this journey now.

Imagine your mind now.

Beginning to become free.

Moving higher,

Higher,

To lighter,

Freer.

Casting off negative anchors of the physical part of you.

Free to rise.

Number four higher now.

The higher you notice the more peaceful you become.

Five now.

Higher,

Higher,

Even higher,

Higher.

Lifting into the whiteness.

Into clarity.

Six,

Seven,

Higher.

Oh free of the negative physical part of you holding you back,

Restricting you.

Eight,

Higher.

Like being on a balloon.

Lifting into this clear blue sky.

Nine,

Ten,

Much higher.

Feeling wonderful,

Alive,

Great,

Relaxed.

Letting your mind becoming used to where you are,

How you feel.

Where things around you,

Feelings,

Sensations,

Energy.

That you normally wouldn't see or be in touch with.

Let yourself rest here.

For a moment.

But there's a level even much higher than this one.

So beautifully higher even than where you are.

I'd like to guide you there.

See if you'll allow yourself to go to the beautiful level of the higher wise mind.

So easy to get there.

All you have to do is nothing,

Absolutely nothing.

Allowing your mind to drift up so easily.

Allow the physical part of you to be that part of you in that other place while your mind goes up so easily.

Use your powerful imagination.

I'd like you to imagine that coming up from your head above you there is a tunnel.

A beautiful tunnel.

Lit from lights you can't see,

Just glowing.

A pleasant place,

A comfortable place.

As I'm counting once more from one to ten,

Your mind moves up into that tunnel so high.

You can see using your mind a beautiful light,

Brightness,

Peacefulness.

A place of joy and happiness.

And the higher up you go the better you feel,

The more comfortable you feel moving into peace and joy,

Bliss.

Some call it enlightenment.

One now moving out from where you are now.

Two lifting,

Rising into this place of tranquility.

Three higher now,

Easily drifting higher,

Higher.

Four,

Five rising into the beauty of beginning to sense the beauty of where you are.

Seven,

Eight,

Much higher now,

So much higher.

Nine,

Almost into this beautiful whiteness,

Clarity.

Ten.

There,

Surrounded by this glow.

Joy.

And here,

A period of silence.

Let yourself feel now,

During the silence,

Where you are.

From here,

You begin to become aware of things.

Things maybe you didn't understand before.

Things giving you the clarity of direction for your life.

That which is most important to you.

Your place for direction.

Ultimate love.

Let yourself do now,

Know now what needs to be done.

Information you need to change any of the mental,

Emotional,

Spiritual or physical part of you.

That which is most important today,

Comes into your awareness right now.

If there's a problem,

Discover the answer.

And as you do so,

I'll remind pain quiet.

When the key issue comes into your awareness,

You will know it.

And when the intuitive knowledge addresses that issue,

Giving you a direction,

A task,

An objective,

You'll know it.

That which comes to mind will be so noted.

And when you emerge,

You'll write it down.

You know it.

And you know you will know when you're ready.

To create the shift that you need.

Or to just be as you need to be.

It's revealed to you.

Every correction you need.

You'll be easily able to make that subtle shift.

To start you in the direction you know intuitively.

You need to follow.

If it's something you can correct within yourself now.

And do it now.

Whether that change is to be of the physical,

The material,

The spiritual.

Think about it.

Create it.

Know it.

Allow it to happen.

And future ideas.

Come forth in sleep and dream and daydream activity.

So now just drift.

Rest.

For a few minutes longer.

From here drifting into a safe,

Gentle,

Restful sleep that lasts the whole night long.

Alternatively.

You allow yourself to have a subtle shift.

In your consciousness.

To bring you back.

Before you leave take a last peaceful look around.

Enjoy where you are.

And then I'll count from one to ten.

With each number just feel your mind coming right back down to where you were.

Before you began this journey into the heights.

Now just returning to a deep,

Beautiful,

Natural state of what we're normally expecting this.

Knowing that in the future you can easily come back here at any time.

One coming down.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Five.

Six.

Seven.

Eight.

Nine.

Ten.

Doing five.

In a moment now I'll count from one to five.

At the count of five eyes open fully alert.

You'll remember and be able to write down everything you've done if you want to.

Every place you've been.

One.

Two coming up.

Three.

Four.

Five eyes open.

Take a deep breath.

Fill up the lungs.

Stretch.

And back.

With peace.

This is absolutely awesome! I’m having surgery tomorrow and this set me in the greatest frame of mine, I have never gotten this relaxed before and this will be my favorite meditation ever! I will listen again later and of course following my surgery Gia healing!
