The Wherever you are in this moment,

I invite you to begin observing your breath.

Simply watching and feeling the rise and fall of your chest,

Of your belly.

As you inhale and exhale.

As you rest into presence with your breath.

Feel yourself inhaling,

Drawing in infinite life force energy and exhaling,

Releasing anything that is no longer serving you.

As you exhale,

Feel yourself filling with love,

With energy,

With health and vitality.

And as you exhale,

Release,

Let go of the distractions,

The frustrations or worries.

All that you are ready to put down in this moment.

With each breath,

You become lighter.

Expanding in presence,

Awareness.

Breathing out.

Breathing into your heart space,

Your Anahata chakra.

Find something that you are grateful for in this moment.

And as you inhale,

Inhale love.

And as you exhale,

Exhale gratitude.

Inhaling love.

Exhaling gratitude.

Exhaling love.

Exhaling gratitude.

Showing yourself to sit in this space of reciprocity,

Harmony,

Light and union for as long as serves you.
