I fell asleep but the rattle and singing was lovely and had some interesting dreams and slept deeply for another 30 mins after the meditation.

The rattle was a bit annoying towards end however I did experience an out of body mediation

What an interesting and magical experience. Shame my higher self never wants to talk to me. ☹️
