Meet Your Spirit Guide While You Sleep (Guided Meditation)

Your spirit guide has always been with you. This invisible divine world that guides us, exists within us. In this meditation, you will meet your spirit guide in a visual journey through nature and receive the wisdom from your guide as you ground the connection in order to keep this divine spark alive long after you’ve woken up.

Welcome to this guided sleep meditation.

Your spirit guide has always been with you.

This invisible divine world that guides us exists within us.

In this meditation,

You will meet your spirit guide.

Begin by finding a comfortable position.

Allow your body to begin to rest.

Take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth all the tension in your body.

Feel relaxation beginning at the bottom of your feet.

Allow the feeling to spread from your feet up to your ankles.

Feel the warm energy rising above your ankles,

Flowing through your calves into your knees and continuing up to your upper legs.

Allow this feeling to rise up into your hips,

Filling your pelvic area,

Your stomach,

And your lower back.

Releasing any tension stored and relaxing your abdominal muscles.

The energy rises into your chest and upper back,

Letting your upper arms relax,

Your elbows,

Lower arms,

And wrists.

Feel the energy spread to your hands and to each finger.

Feel your body resting even deeper.

Allow your shoulders to ease and drop into the bed.

Allow your upper back to relax even further.

Let your neck relax.

Feel the warm energy continue to spread into your chin,

Loosening your jaw as it travels to your ears and to the back of your head.

Your mouth relaxes.

Your cheeks,

Nose,

And eyes as well.

Feel your eyelids becoming heavier.

Notice your eyebrows relaxing and your forehead.

Your third eye may begin to tingle or you might begin to feel a light pressure on that area.

Let the relaxation spread further to the top of your head.

And now your entire body is resting and you are feeling a sense of deep calm.

Keep focusing on your breath.

Imagine that the air you are breathing is cleansing and clearing your body,

Removing all tension.

Inhale light.

Exhale tension.

From this state of deep relaxation,

I would like you to set an intention to summon your spirit guide.

Simply feel into your heart space.

Imagine you are sending the intention in thought form waves from your third eye and out into the universe.

I would like you to imagine that you are walking on a path through a field out in nature.

It's a beautiful afternoon and the sun is golden in the sky.

The clouds are pink and orange.

And as you walk up the hilly path,

You can see the beautiful grass all around.

The scene is absolutely gorgeous.

You can feel a light breeze brushing your cheek and the cool ground beneath your feet.

You notice a figure standing at a distance.

You know deep inside this is your guide.

And now I'm going to count from 10 to 1.

And when I reach 1,

You will have reached the top of the hill and you will be standing right in front of your guide.

You begin walking toward the figure.

Feeling calm and at peace.

You know this is for your highest good.

A sense of purpose begins to form in your mind.

Feeling guided and safe.

Getting closer and feeling the warmth emanating from your guide.

Standing face to face.

You notice this wondrous being smiling at you.

You feel strength,

Love,

And compassion.

Unconditional self-love is spreading through every fiber of your being.

And you can sense how your whole life has shifted in this one moment.

You feel guided and safe.

Your spirit is basking in the joy.

The whole place seems to be glowing all around.

This is your opportunity to ask your guide anything you want.

You can converse with your guide.
