Begin by closing your eyes and take your time finding a comfortable position as your mind begins to tune into the music.

Allowing your body to sink into your bed.
Bring your attention to the top of your head,
Feel it warm and light,

Breathe out all the tension that you're holding in this space.
Open your temples and soften your forehead.
You begin to feel your head getting lighter and lighter.
This warm feeling now washes through your face and you're feeling your eyelids get heavier and heavier,
Softening your cheeks,
Unclenching your jaw and relaxing your lips.
And take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Release all the tension that you held in the muscles of your face.
All the expressions,
All the imprints are now gone.
You're a blank slate.
Now bring your attention to your neck and shoulders.
And as you breathe in,
Imagine all the muscles becoming loose.
Exhale any tension stored in these areas.
The soft and warm energy now fills your arms.
With each breath in,
Imagine your arms getting loose and limp.
And with each out-breath,
Feel them heavier by your side.
Letting your arms,
Elbows,
Wrists,
Hands and fingers become more and more relaxed and you feel good and safe.
When a warm feeling flows into your chest,
Then you can feel a nice sense of peace knowing you are in good hands.
This is a good place to take the time to create your intention for today's meditation.

Now focus on your stomach,
Inhaling golden light into all the muscles and exhaling tension.
Feel the warm energy flooding into your back.
You feel your muscles soften with every in-breath and exhale.
Bring them to go deeper into your comfortable sleeping position.
The soothing light travels down to your legs through your hips,
Thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
Ankles,
Feet,
Until the tips of your toes.
Feel the heaviness of your legs on your bed.
Allow the intelligence of your whole body,
Organs and muscles,
Cells and atoms,
Take over and move you further into a deeper state of peace and tranquility.
Now focus on your stomach,

Feel the warm energy flowing into your body.
Your body is here to reach a deep state of sleep and relaxation.

Now I would like you to begin visualizing a sphere of light enveloping your whole body.
It begins to slowly rise with you in it.
This sphere is going to take you safely into the lucid dream world.
Deep down you know that lucidity is something that comes to you naturally.
And as this sphere continues to smoothly and slowly rise up into the universe,
You begin to see a planet coming into view.
It is a purple and pink planet with deep blue seas and you can't help but admire it from the bottom.

You will have reached the surface of the planet and entered the land of your creation.
