Tonight I'll be leading you through
the process of leaving your body and exploring the astral realm.
First then let us set the scene,
Find a quiet and comfortable spot where you can relax without

Your bedroom is ideal,

But equally you could lie
on your couch in the living room,
Or in a reclining chair in your office,
Wherever you
think is going to be the most comfortable and quiet spot is where you should go.
So I'll now give you a moment to do exactly that,

Now let your internal world light up,
A serene night sky filled with twinkling stars appears,
Subtle at first then slowly gaining in detail,
Gaze up at that sky now,
And as you gaze up
allow a sense of wonder to wash over you,
Each glimmering star a beacon,

God,
Speaking to you,
Inviting you to embark on a journey beyond the confines
of the physical world,
Dwell on this offering now and consider deeply the invitation,

silence,
Without me,
And soon I'll return to guide you further,
In the vast,
Nay limitless
expanse of the cosmos,
There lies a hidden realm,
Waiting to be explored,
The astral
realm,
All are welcome here to explore as they please,
And soon,
God willing,

follow in the footsteps of many millions before you.

A hand reaches out,
Offering to lead you

The ethereal rope is now clear within your mind's eye,

rope is luminous and shimmering,

with an otherworldly allure that goes beyond the limitations of the physical realm,

Used by astral travellers the world over to facilitate the separation
of the energy body from the physical body,

As you navigate through this space,
It's a thrill,

And are piercing the veil as it were,

as you transcend the boundaries of the physical world,
You enter the boundless expanse of
the astral plane,

Thoughts manifest as reality,
Possibilities are limitless,
And
encounters with otherworldly entities are commonplace,
Each one representing different
aspects of self,
Of reality,
And of god.
So you engage in conversation with these entities now,
And exchange wisdom now,
Gaining
insights that will guide you on your journey of self-discovery tonight.
In this realm of infinite potential,
You're free to explore,
Unchained,
Free as a bird,
And free as still,
The inner and outer realms of the godhead imbue every angle here,
Every
corner,
Every nook and cranny,
As far as the eyes can see,
You are guided by your inner
knowing now,
And that inner knowing is connected to god,
This experience is bound to change
you,
From tonight onward,
And forever after.

As you no longer need my guidance,
