Welcome,

And thank you for joining me in this guided astral projection.

Today we will detach ourselves from our bodies using the Monroe Method,

Which involves relaxing profoundly and entering a state found between sleep and wakefulness.

From this hypnagogic state,

We will cleanse our mind from our thoughts and begin to gather pure vibration within so the out of body experience begins.

Let's begin this practice by gently laying down on our backs.

Take a soft and light blanket to cover your body with and keep the warmness and energy within.

If you prefer to use a pillow for your head,

Make sure that the back of your neck is not covered by it and the air can circulate through there.

Place your hands beside you facing the ceiling and on your next breath out slowly close your eyes and invite relaxation to come within your physical body.

Keep in mind that the stillness is an essential part when it comes to astral projection,

So try not to move on the entire practice.

Now behind your closed eyes,

Become aware of your respiration.

Connect yourself with each breath.

Inhale,

Feel the cold air entering through your nostrils smoothly traveling down into your abdomen.

Exhale and gently push all the air from your belly out through your nose.

Be aware of the air's temperature changing as you breathe it out.

Feel the subtle differences between your inhale and exhale.

Observe its flow and the movement it brings inside your body.

Allow it to relax and unwind your mind.

Consciously unify with your respiration and allow it to flow naturally within your body without labeling,

Without forcing just by breathing deeply through your nose and into your abdomen.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

In and out.

Notice the relaxation your breath awareness simply brings to your body and mind.

Embrace this pure sensation and begin to help yourself relax even more by traveling your attention to your physical body.

Continue to breathe profoundly and become aware of any sensations present within.

Acknowledge the present stress within along with the tension it creates inside your muscles.

Pay attention to it and set the intention to release everything you no longer need with each breath out.

On the next breath in,

Hold your respiration for a few seconds and try squeezing each muscle existing within.

Let's begin.

Breathe in,

Hold your breath and squeeze your entire body.

One,

Two,

Three.

Breathe out and let go.

Feel your body relaxing even more and grounding itself deep into its posture.

Now with pure intention and awareness,

Begin to progressively loosen up each muscle from your toes and up to the top of your head.

Visualize yourself floating in pure darkness.

Breathe deep and on each exhale,

Picture your body releasing the tension present in that particular area.

Imagine that along with your breath,

You release shiny stardust from that part of your body that dissolves out to the end of the universe.

Breathe in and begin to focus on your feet.

Breathe out with the intention to relax them and visualize yourself releasing the tension as stardust through your feet.

Move your awareness gently up through your calves,

Into your knees and then thighs.

Inhale deep.

Exhale and relax your legs.

Picture them releasing stardust that dissolves out to the end of the universe and allow yourself to loosen them up even more.

Continue to travel your attention to your hips.

Breathe out with the intention to relax and feel them grounding even more into the surface beneath you.

Once your body getting heavier and heavier as you relax it along with your breath,

Slowly guide your focus into your solar plexus.

Exhale and allow your entire abdomen to loosen up.

Feel your respiration taking its natural flow throughout your relaxed belly.

Breathe here for a few moments and observe the way you feel your downer body relaxing more and more into the earth beneath.

Surrender yourself to the state of total relaxation and begin to move your awareness up into your heart center.

Become one with your heartbeat and release all the tension present within your chest area.

Now slowly guide your attention up through your neck into your third eye and then your crown.

With intention and awareness,

Relax each muscle on your face as you breathe out.

Notice your physical body getting heavier and heavier.

Surrendering to this pure relaxation and at the same time feel the floating sensation rising within as you let go of the no longer needed frequencies.

Now become aware of the darkness present behind your closed eyelids.

Connect with it and try going to sleep but not entirely.

Allow your body to sleep while your consciousness remains awake.

Breathe deep into this relaxation and set the intention to maintain your awareness as you fall asleep.

The state of in-between wakefulness and sleep is known as the hypnagogic state.

Be aware that achieving it comes with practice so take your time to get used to it.

Maintain your mind in the state between sleep and wakefulness.

Be aware of the moment you drift away and wake yourself up.

Try to deepen yourself into this observer mode and begin to slowly clear your mind as you simply watch the darkness behind your eyes.

Connect with this quiet stillness,

Allow yourself to lose your awareness of the physical body and any exterior stimulation.

Feel yourself gently floating into the void.

Embrace this sensation.

As the only source of stimulation now is your own mind,

Begin to observe your thoughts as you watch the darkness in front of you.

With each exhale,

Allow any thought that comes to your mind to simply dissolve out into the universe.

Relax your body even more and allow it to drift away as your consciousness becomes the observer of this state of being.

Breathe out.

Breathe out.

With the intention to begin your astral projection,

Intend to gather and travel pure vibration within your body.

If it helps,

You can even chant the mantra Aum silently within as you do this practice so you enhance the vibration you absorb.

Now focus your awareness on your forehead,

Right between your eyebrows.

From here,

Try to zoom out on your body and picture a sphere of vibrating energy floating up high above your head.

As you begin to chant your mantra,

Visualize a wave of vibration exiting the sphere of light and traveling down toward your forehead.

As it touches your crown,

Feel the vibration spreading out into your entire head and start guiding this energy down throughout your body.

Feel it going down through your neck,

Reaching your heart center and creating vibrations into your entire chest.

Visualize this channel of vibration coming from above and reversing into your heart.

Sense its energy spreading further into your abdomen.

Feel the vibration it brings here and continue to observe it going down into your sacral area and throughout your feet.

As you fill yourself with this pure frequency,

Set the intention to drag a wave of vibration from above your head toward your feet.

Visualize and feel it traveling from the top of your head down through the soles of your feet.

Take the needed time to create this wave effect and observe the sensations rising within.

Focus on these vibrations and begin with your mind to guide a wave of energy from above down into your feet.

Be aware that you might feel tingling sensations within or even electricity traveling through your body.

Notice these sensations without trying to label them.

Simply observe and continue your practice.

As you begin to control the vibration within,

Set the intention to leave your physical body.

Allow yourself to detach.

Feel the vibration within.

Feel yourself getting lighter and lighter.

Allow your consciousness to separate itself from the physical body now.

When you feel yourself in the maximum potential of your vibrational state,

Think of rolling yourself over.

Don't try to roll over your physical body.

Instead visualize and feel your consciousness turning over in bed and entering your spiritual body,

Standing near your physical body.

Let it out of the way.

As you find yourself near your physical body,

Think of floating your consciousness upward and over your physical body.

Visualize this image of your consciousness hovering over your physical self.

From this point,

You can begin your astral projection.

As you find yourself near your physical body,

Think of floating your consciousness upward You you When you are ready to come back Think of your consciousness floating over your physical body Slowly guide yourself back to enter your body and Reunite with it Feel the vibrations within and become aware of your respiration Take a few breaths and begin to reconnect with your physical body Guide your attention to your hands and feet With slow movements begin to move your fingers and toes Give your body the needed time to wake up Slowly roll over your physical body into a Venus posture And stay here for a little while before getting up and opening your eyes Be patient and practice this method till you have full control of the vibration you gather within At some point your astral projection journey will naturally occur Thank you for joining me and I wish you a good night or a good day You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You
