Hello and welcome to this astral projection recording.
Tonight we'll be using the rolling out method to achieve an out of body experience.
This technique was first popularized by Robert Monroe,
Who documented his experiences in his seminal book,
Journeys Out of the Body.
In order to be successful with this technique,
You must first prepare by finding a quiet and comfortable space in your environment,
One where you won't be disturbed.
I'll give you an opportunity to find this space now,
And when my voice returns shortly,
The session will begin.
And so,
Now you've found your comfy spot,
I want you to close your eyes and focus on relaxing your body and mind.
Relaxation is the key to a successful astral projection experience.
We'll do this then by taking some slow deep breaths together,
In through the nose and out through the nose,
And this will facilitate a deep state of relaxation.
So let's begin.
In through the nose and out through the nose.
In through the nose and out through the nose.
And again,
In through the nose and out through the nose.
Continue doing this on your own for a moment,
And my voice will return shortly.
You're now becoming quite relaxed,
And so,
Let's shift our attention from the breath to the physical body.
What does it feel like in this moment?
Simply check in with yourself here,
Become aware of your body's position,
Its weight,
And the sensation of lying or sitting down.
This step is important to establish a clear distinction between the physical body that you're feeling now and the astral body that you'll be feeling soon.
Continue tuning into these sensations,
Feeling all there is to feel,
And my voice once again will return shortly.
The further into this session we get,
The more relaxed you become.
Your body and your mind alike.
And so,
Now,
Let's begin visualizing.
I want you to start by visualizing yourself inside your physical body.
Typically,
You think of yourself as your physical body,
But I want you to visualize yourself astrally now,
Lying within your physical body.
In other words,
Imagine your astral body as a separate entity housed within your physical body.
This visualization helps create a mental image of the separation you're about to experience.
Continue visualizing this on your own for a moment,
And my voice will return soon.
Your relaxation deepens even further now.
Each time you think you've reached the peak,
You go that one step further.
And so,
Now,
I want you to begin setting some intentions.
This can be an internal practice,
No need to say anything out loud.
By setting clear intentions to yourself,
You'll sow the seeds for a successful astral projection experience.
After all,
Belief is a large ingredient to success here.
So begin by setting an intention that you want to separate your astral body from your physical body.
Formulate a strong,
Positive affirmation in your mind.
Say to yourself,
I'm ready to roll out of my physical body and explore the astral plane.
And repeat,
I'm ready to roll out of my physical body and explore the astral plane.
And repeat again,
I'm ready to roll out of my physical body and explore the astral plane.
Keep on saying this to yourself,
And my voice will return in a minute or two.
You're now in a state of supreme relaxation,
Completely at ease.
All of your worries have drifted away,
And you're well and truly ready for your astral projection experience to begin.
You also have a firm intention set.
And so,
Begin to imagine the sensation of rolling,
Or pivoting,
Within your physical body.
Rocking back and forth,
Pivoting from left to right,
Slowly at first,
Then gaining momentum.
Maintain a clear mental image of this rolling sensation.
You may also visualize a sensation of floating or lifting up as you roll.
Keep on doing this on your own now,
And my voice will return soon.
And so,
As the rolling momentum builds,
I want you to realize that it's your astral body doing this rolling,
Not your physical body.
Your physical body is staying still.
So place your focus solely on the astral body now.
It's rolling from side to side,
Rocking back and forth,
Back and forth,
Back and forth.
Know that the more you feel this sensation,
The closer you get to separating from your physical body.
Back and forth,
Back and forth.
You're really close now,
Right on the edge.
You can feel it.
Keep on going.
You now feel as if you could literally just roll out of your physical body and enter the astral plane.
So,
Do it.
Don't hold back.
You're safe to follow this urge.
Allow yourself to roll out of your physical body and begin this astral projection experience proper.
Imagine your astral body detaching from the physical body entirely.
Rolling out and entering the non-physical plane of existence.
Rolling out,
Rolling out,
Rolling out.
You are now fully separated,
Ready to explore the astral realm.
Now that you've successfully separated,
You can focus on stabilizing the scene.
Engage your senses.
Observe the surroundings.
Touch the objects you see.
Interact with the environment.
Where are you?
In your bedroom?
How does it differ from what it looks like normally?
Take everything in.
Observe keenly.
And as the scene becomes stable and you feel yourself fully connecting to your astral body,
Begin to plan the next phase of your journey.
You could do anything,
So let your imagination run wild.
Remember that the rolling out technique requires practice and patience.
Therefore,
It may take several attempts before you achieve a successful separation.
And that's okay.
Consistency and a calm,
Focused mind are crucial to mastering this technique.
So don't be disheartened if this attempt wasn't successful.
Simply let yourself fall asleep now and try again later on in the week.
You could even try returning to this same video.
