You might choose now to put your hand over your heart and begin by taking a great big satisfying deep breath in all the way to the bottom.
Hold for a moment and let go slowly breathing out.
Again,
Breathing all the way in deep into your lungs.
Hold for a moment and let go slowly just settling in this natural way to relax.
One more time,
Breathing in,
Expanding your back and ribs,
Hold and let go slowly with the intention to relax.
With eyes closed,
Bring your attention to the inside of your eyelids and the thousands of tiny muscles around your eyes as they also relax.
Breathing easily and naturally now,
Let that relaxation flow down to your cheeks and into your jaw.
Just let your tongue relax in the bottom of your mouth.
Allow this relaxation to flow further down your neck and shoulders like shadows from clouds drifting across an open field.
Gentle waves of relaxation allowing all your muscles to soften.
You might imagine a warm wave of relaxation from your head right down to your toes.
Everything working together,
Drifting easily and effortlessly down into a deeper calm where you might notice just the sound of your breathing.
The sounds in the room.
The position of your hands.
The sound of my voice.
As you bring all your attention inside,
Imagine drifting down a pleasant and peaceful river floating easily on the water like a leaf.
The fresh clean air filling your lungs as you breathe easily.
The warm and comfortable sunshine creating the perfect temperature for you.
Breathing at just the right speed with the riverbanks passing by,
Quiet and tranquil.
There is nothing to bother you.
Nothing to disturb you.
Nothing to get in your way as you float further away from where you've been.
Floating into a deep sense of relaxation.
Floating into a magical new experience.
As you drift by the soft riverbanks,
You might imagine looking up,
Seeing tall trees reaching up to a crystal clear bright blue sky far above you.
Dappled light falling all around you.
Breathing easily,
Effortlessly,
Just letting this happen.
You can begin to float toward a beautiful welcoming tropical lagoon.
The scene here is rich,
Vibrant and brilliantly colorful.
At the far end of this tropical lagoon,
You can see a magnificent waterfall.
Fresh and clean,
The majestic falls cascade into the clear water below.
As you move closer,
You can see that halfway up,
Set in behind the waterfall,
Is a cave.
In a moment,
But not yet,
You will climb up the stone steps that lead to the mouth of the cave.
Getting closer to the waterfall and breathing in the fresh misty air,
Imagine walking up the steps to the cave's entrance.
Begin walking into the large cave now.
Torches,
Fitted into the cave walls,
Flight your way down the long tunnel.
Counting backwards from 10,
You'll soon arrive where you need to go.

There's fresh air flowing through and you can breathe easily as you walk further into the cave.

The deeper you go,
The better you feel,
Knowing that something magical awaits you.

Going deeper inside.

Passing more torches on the wall.

The pathway is becoming more spacious.

Halfway down toward this magical place.

You can see a large stone room way down at the end of the tunnel.

Further in,
Further down,
Deeper and deeper.

Just ahead is a large cave,
Lit by torches perched high on the walls.
And 1,
Step inside the large space,
Feel the fresh air circulating and imagine in the center of the room,
Floating just above the ground,
A glowing ball of light,
Brighter than anything you've ever seen.
This light has a shimmering field around it,
Like mirage waves on hot pavement,
Inviting you into a new space and time.
As you move towards the field,
It responds and opens up to you,
Welcomes you.
The more it allows you in,
The more you allow it into you.
Inside the light is a new vibration,
Sharing this frequency of time and space in the light.
It's gentle,
Yet powerful,
And you may feel its presence filling your body now.
Just let this happen.
Allow yourself to find this frequency.
Imagine now a cascade of energy from your head,
Flowing down your spine,
Progressing in a way that's just right for you.
Allow the energy to continue down to your legs and out to your arms.
Feel the light swirling in your abdomen and organs and rising up to your heart.
Gentle,
Loving,
Powerful energy in your heart and bringing a new vibration of health to every cell in your body.
Rest in this healing,
Loving light for a moment,
Absorbing these positive changes.
Understand this light frequency allows your highest self to be present with mental clarity,

In a moment,
You will separate from the light and exit the cave rapidly.
You will travel through the long tunnel,

Cool water of the tropical lagoon below.
