Whatever the circumstances are that have brought you here,

I'm very pleased that you've chosen to join me in what will be a powerful,

Positive,

Hypnotic healing experience.

I'm Fred Wood,

And I'd like you to know that you can expect to sense an increased presence in your awareness when you allow yourself to begin to relax and go deeper inside.

This powerful healing works by clearing negative emotions and finding new resources,

So you can expect powerful and positive changes from what your creative,

Unconscious mind discovers.

In a moment,

I'll ask you to take some deep breaths and allow yourself to relax.

But first,

Give yourself a moment to shake off distracting thoughts or sensations so you can,

For the brief period that we're together,

Get the most from this healing experience.

Go ahead and get really comfortable.

Close your eyes and allow yourself to begin to relax now.

One way to do this is by taking a great,

Big,

Deep breath in right to the bottom of your lungs and feel the warm,

Relaxing sensation when you slowly exhale.

Again,

A deep,

Full breath in and imagine yourself melting into a wonderfully relaxed state as you slowly breathe out.

Easy and effortless as you continue breathing naturally.

The more comfortable you feel,

The easier it becomes to absorb this information at an unconscious level.

Allow yourself to relax further so you can let go of any troubles or concerns.

Letting go of the lingering awareness of time.

Just listening to the sound of my voice taking you deeper into relaxation.

There is nothing to bother you.

Nothing to disturb you.

Nothing to get in your way.

You might imagine the volume of space your entire body occupies.

All the space that is you.

And especially bring your attention to the space just behind your eyes.

Find the stillness there behind your eyes.

As you breathe easily,

Allowing this experience to flow over you and through you.

In the stillness behind your eyes.

The calm in the space behind your eyes.

Feeling yourself in that space.

Being able to push off gently into an ever expanding state of relaxation.

Just as if you were in a swimming pool,

Lightly pushing off the side with your legs and gliding out and away from where you've been.

Into a place of deep calm and stillness.

Drifting out into the stillness.

Heartless relaxation and letting go.

Where even the effort it takes to be aware of the sound of my voice.

Or the meaning of my words.

Seem to be too much effort to bother making.

It's so much easier simply to relax and allow events to occur almost by themselves.

Drifting down and drifting back upwards toward the surface of wakeful awareness at times.

And that's fine.

It all belongs to you.

Because you have a conscious mind and an unconscious mind.

And that unconscious mind,

The back of the mind,

Can continue to hear,

To understand,

And to respond to those things I might say.

Without the need for you to do anything at all.

It's so much easier for the conscious mind to be able to relax and enjoy that drifting down into a place of quiet calmness.

And effortless awareness of many different things.

Without needing to make an effort even to remember exactly how to make any effort at all.

The unconscious mind can allow that drifting to occur.

While the conscious mind drifts off someplace else entirely now.

In your own time,

Aware of events that occur along the way.

As the unconscious mind begins to use that opportunity to alter your experience.

And to continue that learning in whatever way is the right way for you.

Learning that feeling of letting go.

To allow the unconscious mind to assume more and more responsibility.

For guiding and directing awareness.

As you continue to explore your own abilities and capacities to learn.

As you relax.

As you relax and enter into that trance more and more completely.

More and more comfortably.

More and more effortlessly than before.

Your unconscious mind knows there are levels of trance far deeper than where you are now.

I would like your unconscious to take you there by imagining that you are stepping into an elevator.

And feel that elevator take you down.

Deep down inside.

Gliding past all your emotional states.

All the way down to the bottom.

As if there was a tower of emotions.

And at the bottom,

Underneath it all are the deepest,

Most weighed down emotions.

This weight from all your emotional states has been pressing down on the core.

Preventing those deepest emotions from having any breathing room to heal.

Right today,

Right now,

You are going to help rebuild this tower of emotions by lifting it up and putting four strong pillars under the corners.

And now lifting this immense weight up and away from the core.

So you can safely put one pillar under each corner.

Slide in the first pillar and secure it.

Then slide in and secure the second pillar.

Then slide in and secure the third pillar.

And slide in and secure the fourth pillar.

Creating a new space to support the weight of emotion.

Supporting that weight.

Supporting this new space.

Supporting you.

And as you imagine this in a way that's right for you,

You can also imagine at the core,

The space beginning to expand.

Drifting out further.

Spreading easily into a wider,

Broader space.

Coming up to discover new opportunities deep inside you.

Expanding in all directions,

All the way out now.

And at the furthest edges comes light.

Distant,

But growing.

Bringing the soft light of love and a fresh,

Fragrant breeze of change gently and peacefully back into the core.

Your unconscious mind understands how to use these images to rediscover the harmony and balance that exists in your true nature.

We begin by asking your unconscious mind,

The powerful part that makes the decisions,

To let go of negative feelings,

Negative thoughts or images,

Negative sensations or emotions that you've held onto for the past few days or weeks or years.

Letting go of negativity,

All the hurt,

The pain,

The anger and frustration,

One by one,

Peacefully and calmly coming to the surface and being released.

Being pulled out,

Dragging out all the negativity in you now.

Just imagine letting go,

What it really feels like to just let go.

Just imagine letting go,

Letting go of those negative feelings,

Negative emotions or images,

Negative sensations and thoughts since you were a child.

Letting go of negativity,

All the hurt,

The pain,

Anger and frustration,

One by one,

Peacefully and calmly coming to the surface and being released.

Take the elevator down further,

Even deeper,

To a place where your unconscious can find all the available resources necessary to help in understanding the healing relationship between your physical and emotional pain and soothing that pain away,

Up and away to the surface where it can peacefully and calmly be released.

That powerful part of your unconscious mind that makes the decisions can naturally reconnect and rebalance at a cellular level those elements that bring powerful positive changes.

Carefully and calmly restoring harmony and perfect balance,

Rejuvenating in a way that your unconscious understands best.

In a moment,

But not yet,

We'll rise up and out of this trance and back into a state of alertness,

Feeling brand new.

Your unconscious mind will continue the healing process entirely on its own until all the positive changes have been completed.

You've been given a gift that you might notice immediately or gradually over the next few days.

At the count of five,

You will emerge clearer and calmer than you may have felt in years.

One,

Beginning to reorient to this time and space,

Aware of your body.

Two,

Feeling relaxed,

Noticing the sense of awakening,

Bubbling up and returning.

Three,

Shifting into a more alert state,

Feeling good,

Surprisingly good.

Four,

Rising up to the surface and bringing all the maximum benefits and resources with you.

And five,

Wide awake,

Deep breath,

Eyes open,

See the room around you and breathe in consciousness,

Feeling better than before.
