Welcome to Daily Insight,
My name is François and in this episode I will talk about failure so get ready to expand your perspective and embrace positive change.
Why is it that so many people fail to achieve what they truly desire?
Is it due to a lack of talent or opportunities?
Well,
Those can play a role but there are three crucial factors that often go overlooked.
They don't have a strong why,
They don't have a plan and they don't ask for support.
First and foremost,
Your why.
This is the fuel that ignites the fire within you.
It's that deep-rooted reason,
That burning passion,
The obsession that propels you forward.
Without a strong why,
You'll most likely give up when things get hard.
Next up,
We have the importance of having a well-crafted plan.
Look,
You don't need to have everything figured out,
You just need to be 80% ready and have a clear direction.
You will adjust course along the way.
On the other side,
Having too much of a rigid plan leaves no room for exploration and opportunities.
You just need a strategy and a mindset that is serving you.
Now here's a secret weapon that many underestimate,
Seeking support.
There is an African proverb that says,
If you want to go fast,
Go alone.
If you want to go far,
Go together.
We all need a helping hand,
An accountability partner or a team of like-minded individuals to cheer us on.
Don't be afraid to reach out,
Share your goals and ask for support.
Surround yourself with people who believe in you and in your vision.
They'll be there to celebrate your victories and provide encouragement during challenging times.
So before you dive headfirst into your next project,
Consider these three pillars.
A strong why,
A solid plan and the power of support.
By slowing down and building a foundation based on these principles,
You'll set yourself up for success.
