Here we are together.

Together again.

For anyone I'm getting to meet for the first time,

My name is Selena Lael.

I am a yoga and meditation instructor,

A transformational coach,

And an awakened life teacher.

And I welcome you.

I welcome you in my heart.

It's evening for me.

The sun is just setting.

That blanket of darkness,

Of night is moving in.

For some it's the middle of the night.

For some it's morning.

We are here together from all around the world.

Because of a desire.

A desire.

This desire looks different for many of us.

Yes,

For each of us.

For some of us it's a desire to quench the thirst for knowledge.

Or it's the desire to feel greater freedom from suffering.

Or the desire to feel more connected.

Or the desire just to have a peaceful moment.

We're all here with this space of wanting.

Of desiring something,

Taking us deeper.

Deeper and you could even say closer to our own self.

So let's take a breath together.

And another.

This time together is part three of our five part series.

Awakening the Mystic's Heart.

And I thought we'd begin firstly with the definition of a mystic.

We've been speaking about the qualities of a mystic these last couple of times together.

Sessions together.

This longing,

This sense of grasping or being just so hungry for freedom or peace or connection or knowing thyself.

Yes.

And for anyone who's new to this series or who's new to my philosophy you could say or whatever background I come from I welcome you fully as you are.

Whatever beliefs you hold,

Whatever religious practices you have,

Each of us are here with whatever our background is.

Whether you believe in God or soul or nothingness I welcome you just as you are to be part of this exploration that we are able to be in here together.

So the definition of a mystic.

I'm just going to read it here if I find it.

The definition of the word mystic.

A person who seeks by contemplation and self-surrender to obtain unity with or absorption into the deity or the absolute or who believes in the spiritual apprehension of truths that are beyond the intellect.

I'll read it again and I invite you to see yourself in a part of,

A piece of,

Or all of this definition.

A person who seeks by contemplation and self-surrender to obtain unity,

Unity with or absorption into the deity or the absolute or who believes in the spiritual apprehension of truths that are beyond the intellect.

Being a mystic is not for the faint of heart,

Yes.

Being a mystic and allowing that voice of longing,

That movement of longing within us to arise,

To be heard,

To be felt,

To be seen,

That takes tremendous courage.

It is so much easier and so much safer to live in the comfort of pessimism and living a life where we only believe what the physical eyes can prove.

Being a mystic is not for the faint of heart,

It is for the courageous.

It is for the explorer,

The adventurer.

It is for one who is asking for life,

Saying,

Yes,

I'm ready for more.

I choose more for myself.

There's something more to this life.

I may not know what that something is,

But I feel it.

I feel it in my bones.

I feel it vibrating in my cells.

There's something more and I yearn for it.

I yearn for unity.

I yearn to dissolve in the absolute.

I love that.

I yearn to dissolve in the absolute.

Feel that.

Feel that.

Whatever is arising in your body right now.

It was the first definition that popped up on Google.

I'm not even sure.

I'd have to go back and research it,

But it was a Google search when I looked up the definitions.

I don't know if it's Merriam-Webster or not,

But it was a Google search.

So I imagine you'll be able to find it if I was.

So here we are with our courageous hearts acknowledging that voice or that feeling of longing inside that says,

I want more.

I know there's more.

And for some of us,

We're here,

Whether in this moment in our lives or here in this live session together or listening to the replay.

We are here because we have come to an understanding or maybe we're flirting with the understanding that material objects and maybe even relationships with others,

Financial stability,

They do not quell this longing.

They do not feed this part of us that is hungry for life,

That is hungry to merge with life itself.

And I know some of you may be atheist or agnostic.

You may be coming here with this perspective,

And I honor you in that.

And I have no intention of trying to change your mind.

However,

I would like,

I would love,

I would love,

There's so much juice in this body of work that is coming alive.

And I would love to bring forth the sacredness of the journey of the mystic.

All of life is sacred.

Each of our journeys are sacred,

Whether we are completely identified with the mundane world and just working and going to sleep and eating.

And if we're living this life,

It's all sacred.

But there is something that is like a pulsation of life that opens,

That awakens on the journey,

In the journey of being a mystic.

It's palpable sacredness.

So before we move a little deeper,

I would just love to see in the chat anyone who's here for the first time.

Let's just close the eyes for a moment and just feel the breath.

In our first session of this five-part series,

We moved into the sacred sound of OM,

Which doesn't actually belong to any religion but rather to creation,

This primordial sound that is vibrating in all of life.

In our second session,

We used the power of the breath.

The breath is our life force.

And yet there is another force of life that is aliveness,

That is embodiment,

That is the fullness of life experience in itself.

We call this life force energy,

Prana,

Ki,

Chi,

Many,

Many names for this life force energy.

Many traditions all around the planet have names or a name for this life force energy.

And this is what we practiced welcoming and enlivening with the breath in our second session.

And our session today is welcoming the fullness of who we are into every fiber of our being.

We are not the thoughts.

Haven't you had a thought at some point in time and after thinking it you became aware of it and said to yourself,

That's not true,

Or I don't really feel that way,

Or I would never do that crazy thing that I just thought in my mind.

These thoughts are not who you are.

They're not even true.

They are just a passing experience.

If you are able to observe your thoughts,

Which we've practiced together as well,

Then you are not the thoughts.

You are the one observing the thoughts.

They come and they go and they come and they go.

They are not who you are.

It is the same with the emotions.

Aren't our emotions so powerful?

They can take us from a feeling of being totally expanded and free and light to feeling completely contracted and heavy or giddy with excitement to completely defeated or shut down.

They take us everywhere in our human experience.

All of the expansion,

All of the contraction,

The emotions come and they go and they shift and they change.

Even though we all have emotions that are,

You could say,

Our go-to emotions,

Our habitual emotions,

They always come and go.

The emotions are the juice of life.

Imagine how you might feel if you felt absolutely nothing ever.

Some of you may say,

I don't feel anything.

I'm numb,

Which may be the case.

However,

If you really looked,

You may notice that you feel so much anger or so much sadness that it feels like numbness because it's colored all the other experiences.

But this is not for us to analyze now.

This is for us to become aware.

These emotions,

The motion of life,

Energy in motion,

The juiciness of this human experience,

It is also,

They are also just experiences.

They come and they go.

We experience ourselves feeling sad.

We experience ourselves feeling excited.

We experience ourselves feeling angry.

We experience ourselves feeling joyful or content.

We are the one experiencing the emotion,

Not the emotion itself.

And if you're here with me in this moment,

Me with you in this moment,

Then you're probably already aware or considering that you are not the physical body either.

That this precious,

Exquisite,

Amazing physical body is a vessel,

A vehicle for the life,

The light,

The source energy,

The soul,

The spirit,

The higher self that you are.

And as always,

If the words I use don't resonate with you,

Choose the words that do.

Choose your words.

So if I'm not these thoughts,

Even though it feels like it sometimes,

And if I'm not these emotions,

Even though it really feels like it sometimes,

And I'm not this body which also feels really real,

Then who am I?

I invite you to consider or maybe even open to the possibility that you are life itself,

That you are light.

You are light.

You are a star.

You are divinity.

You are sacred.

Your consciousness itself,

Having a human experience.

Life itself.

As we move deeper into our practice together,

May you feel yourself opening or becoming even a little receptive to this possibility of knowing yourself as light,

As life.

If the eyes are still open,

I invite you to close them.

Set aside anything else you are engaged in,

Anything you're holding in your hands,

Unless of course you're charging your crystals or your mala's or holding your precious pet if you choose.

Let us be fully here and begin to deepen the breath,

Deepen the inhalation,

Lengthen the exhalation.

Imagine that if you were to fill your lungs completely and expel the air completely,

That it would be as if you were drawing in the energy from the sun,

From the earth,

From the stars into you with each inhalation.

And with each complete exhalation,

That light is expanding with the breath.

Having this fullness of breath,

Again,

As we breathe consciously,

As we breathe deeply,

We are activating this prana,

This life force energy.

Breathe even more strongly.

Just a few more breaths like this.

Feel your body,

These billows,

These bellows pumping the breath and then relax the breath.

Breathe naturally.

Allow the body to be still and feel your breath in your heart center,

In the center of the chest.

This beautiful light in the heart,

Anchors in the heart.

Maybe this light is golden or crystalline.

Our beautiful,

Glowing,

Emerald green,

Night blue,

Indigo,

Whatever color resonates.

And if you don't visualize easily,

You can just use the power of your mind,

The power of your heart,

The power of your intention.

As you see this beautiful light from your heart moving up through your head,

Up into the space above your head,

Where you see,

You feel this gentle cascade of light pouring down into the crown of your head.

This beautiful light pours into the center of the brain,

Illuminating the center of the brain.

As we pour light into each part of the brain,

Know that it's okay if you don't know the names of these areas.

It's okay if you don't know what they look like or where they are.

You can use the power of your mind,

Of your heart as this light in its grace,

In its vibrancy moves into each part of the brain.

This light illuminates the midbrain,

Corpus callosum,

Thalamus illuminated bright light,

Hypothalamus,

This light amplified,

Pituitary gland vibrating in this light.

Feel or see this light moving into the amygdala,

The storehouse of fear of all of these old patterns,

Some scars that no longer serve.

This light is washing the amygdala with grace,

With love,

With purity.

Light in the hippocampus,

Frontal lobe illuminated,

Parietal lobe,

Temporal lobes,

Occipital lobe vibrating in light.

This light of source,

This light of life anchoring in your physical brain,

Welcoming this sacredness,

This divinity,

This fullness of life that you are in to the physical body as the cerebellum vibrant with light.

The amygdala,

Pons,

Your pineal gland,

Your sacred pineal gland,

This embodiment of divinity in the physical body vibrating,

Pulsating with light.

Breathe deeply and see or feel this light in the brain expanding,

Growing brighter like a light being turned up,

This brightness of the sun in your brain as you welcome the fullness of you into every part of the brain.

This exquisite light now pours down your spinal cord,

Pours down the spine activating the nervous system.

Light moves out into all of the nerves,

The entire nervous system illuminated in this light of source.

And again,

It's okay if you don't see this in your mind.

Feel it,

Know it with your innate wisdom and knowledge.

This is not the first time you have practiced this.

This is not new information for you.

Remember who you are.

These are sacred rituals that you have practiced many times before.

This light in all of its vibrancy,

Golden,

Vibrating light moves out into every organ,

Every cell of the liver illuminated,

Purified.

The kidneys and adrenals vibrant with light.

The lungs,

Light.

Your incredible heart pulsating every cell as light in the heart.

The stomach,

Light.

Pancreas,

Spleen,

Gallbladder illuminated.

This light moves into the small intestine,

Large intestine,

The entire digestive system illuminated,

Purified,

Cleansed in this light.

The bladder,

Vibrant light in the reproductive organs,

Harmony,

Balance,

Purity,

Life.

Use your breath,

Open your shoulders,

Open your chest.

Wake up,

Go beyond the sleepiness of contraction and old beliefs.

Wake up to something more,

To the you that you know you are.

Light vibrating in every cell of every organ.

This light continuing to pour down through the brain,

Through the nervous system,

Illuminating the entire skeletal system.

Every tissue,

Every muscle,

Every cell of every tissue vibrating with this light.

This light that transmutes,

That deletes old energies that no longer serve,

That enlivens and welcomes the life,

The light,

The divinity that is the presence you are.

This exquisite light is moving into every cell of the body now.

Trillions and trillions of cells completely illuminated into their perfection,

Perfection of harmony,

Perfection of vibrant health,

Perfection of the wholeness and the vibrancy that you are,

Every cell illuminated.

And don't worry,

You can do this work instantly.

You don't need to imagine every part.

This light that you are welcoming of your own self knows exactly what to do.

Feel yourself moving into greater harmony,

Into greater aliveness,

Into greater peace and completeness within yourself.

Meaning we go beyond healing.

We go beyond healing to our divine perfection and we welcome that.

Moving deeper into every cell,

We move into the molecules,

We move even deeper light in the particles,

Electrons,

Light in the atoms,

Light in the DNA,

Golden liquid light vibrating in the DNA,

Activating the quantum DNA,

The quantum nature of the self that you are,

The consciousness that you are.

Remember and welcome this light,

Welcome this light from your heart.

This light moves into the endocrine system,

Immune system,

Every cell completely illuminated in the divine perfection that you are.

The original divine blueprint of perfection.

Use your breath to enliven this light,

Activate the prana,

The life force energy now.

Whichever breathing practice you choose,

Breathe deeply in and out.

You can practice Kapalabhati Pranayama from our second session together,

This strong exhalation,

Any powerful breathing technique that you choose,

Use that now to activate this light even more.

Gently bring your awareness to the base of the spine,

The root chakra,

This energetic center of I belong,

I am safe,

I have a place on the earth,

I am supported.

Breathe deeply as this root chakra is activated.

And if you wish,

You may choose to see this glowing red light,

This flower of light at the base of the spine and the pelvis.

Use your breath as you move your awareness up just below the navel and back a couple of inches toward the spine.

We have the second chakra,

You may wish to visualize a beautiful golden orange flower of light.

This vadisthana chakra,

The second chakra,

Sacral chakra,

Our connection to humanity,

Our connection to pleasure,

Our connection to creativity,

Sensuality,

Sexuality in its divinity,

In its grace,

In its balance,

All enlivened in this chakra with your breath,

With this light.

Move your awareness up to the solar plexus,

Manipura chakra,

This beautiful golden sun of light in your solar plexus,

I am will.

I am,

I am powerful.

I am sovereign.

I am.

Use your breath,

More power in your breath as you move up,

We move up into the heart chakra,

Anahata chakra,

This beautiful green,

Green golden light in the heart,

Pulsating with light,

Expanding the human heart and the heart of the divine that we are merging,

This love and this grace of the heart pouring out,

Go beyond the mind,

Go beyond the doubts,

Go beyond the old stories,

Your heart is so powerful,

My love.

This anahata chakra of forgiveness and compassion,

Kindness,

Generosity,

Empathy,

Love,

Your exquisite heart.

Breathe as we move up into the vishuddha chakra,

The throat chakra,

This beautiful blue light,

Flower of light.

I am here,

This is who I am,

I have a voice,

I am free to express myself,

I am free to express myself without any concern of the judgment of others,

I am free,

I am free,

Feel that in your throat chakra,

Use your breath to awaken this,

Open your mouth if you choose,

Relax the jaw.

Breathe as we move up,

Up between the eyebrows and back towards the center of the brain,

Ajna chakra,

The first I,

This wisdom,

Intuition,

Beautiful indigo light pulsating.

I am divinity in human form.

I am life,

Having a human experience,

This sacred human experience,

This infinite wisdom of all lives,

All experiences you have ever lived.

Again deepen the breath as we move up to the crown and just above the top of the head,

Sahasra chakra,

This thousand-petaled lotus flower of crystal and light pouring out of the crown of the head.

You don't need to be able to visualize any of this to activate,

To welcome,

To illuminate your entire being because this light is who you are.

I am light.

I am that I am.

I am source.

I am presence.

I am all of creation.

You'll see this magnificent light from far above your head pouring down gentle waves of liquid light,

Pouring down through all of your chakras,

Illuminating these energetic centers even more.

And the light from the chakras expands,

Pours out,

Even more vibrancy in every cell of the body.

This light pours out,

Out of the pores into the space around the body,

The subtle bodies,

The energetic bodies pouring out,

Purifying,

Illuminating,

Etheric,

Emotional,

Mental,

Causal,

Spiritual bodies,

The space all around you.

Light.

Feel yourself expanding as this light.

I am light.

I am light.

I am light.

I am all.

Relax the body.

Allow the body to be even more receptive to breath.

Gently flowing in and out.

Welcome the fullness of you.

Welcome the fullness of life,

Of light,

Of the exquisite presence of life that you are.

Welcome,

Just allow.

Slowly bring your awareness back to the space around you.

The sounds.

The air moving across your skin.

And bring your awareness back to the body,

The weight of the body being held by the support beneath you.

The air is so gracefully.

Begin to move the body and feel the physical body moving as light.

Every cell,

Every particle of this physical body vibrating,

Illuminated.

And as you slowly open the eyes,

Slowly take in the light,

Not only from outside,

Moving into your physical eyes,

But take in the light that is pouring out from your eyes.

See yourself.

Remember yourself as light,

As consciousness,

As the divine enjoying itself in human form.

I welcome you so,

So purely,

So fully,

So deeply into my heart.

I'm so grateful for you.

So grateful for you.

Thank you for being here.

This is a practice that I use on a daily basis.

Of course there are moments or days in my life where I miss a day.

But in general,

This is a big part of my personal daily practice.

I know many of you have been asking,

You know,

What is your daily practice?

What's making you so bright or smile that way?

We want to know,

Right?

That's the way it works,

Right?

We're drawn to those that are awake to a spark that we know is in us,

That we want more of.

Or maybe that we just enjoy the resonance of,

Yes?

So this practice is absolutely incredible.

And even if you don't,

Again,

Even if you don't believe in soul or spirit or divinity,

No problem.

You can still use this visualization practice and you will experience profound benefits.

We could get deeper into the science,

But I think what I would just want to briefly touch on is that science shows us this isn't esoteric or metaphysical even though it is.

Science shows us that everything,

All matter in creation is made up of energy.

And energy has different qualities.

And the fastest energy,

The highest vibration of energy,

Because we hear this in the spiritual world,

Right?

Or maybe you see it on a t-shirt,

High vibes,

Right?

But what does that really mean?

High vibes?

Okay.

Uplifted,

Positive.

But what we're actually speaking to beyond that is that everything,

All of matter,

Also vibrates.

You can measure it with different specific tools.

And everything is vibrating.

And each vibration has a different quality.

So,

For example,

Slower,

Denser vibrations are what you could say lower emotions are made of.

So when I feel jealousy or when I feel fear or when I feel sadness,

The vibration that I'm feeling is slower and more dense.

We are pure light.

And the emotional vibration is slower and more dense.

Now if I feel something like gratitude or joy,

And there's no qualitative difference in terms of good or bad here.

Many of us think bad emotions,

Good emotions.

I invite you to forget that when you're with me.

It's all experience.

It's all opportunity for growth and knowledge and wisdom and feeling and experience.

So high vibration emotions are things such as joy,

Gratitude,

Things like this,

Kindness.

And it's not that one is good and one is bad.

It's that there's an actual vibrational quality difference.

And there is a lightness that occurs.

The same way slower vibrations are more dense,

This heaviness,

Higher vibrations are vibrating more quickly.

So there's a lightness to them,

This lightness of being.

And this fastest moving energy we know as light,

Right?

Traveling at the speed of light.

We're starting to find out there's something even beyond that.

But this highest vibration is what we're made of.

It is our essence.

Even if you don't believe in God or spirit or soul,

Just look at science.

Our true nature is the highest vibration in creation or of energy.

So if you choose to use this practice,

Which I highly encourage you to do,

Because I can guarantee you will experience a profound shift in your life.

If you practice this for a minimum of 21 days straight,

You will experience a shift.

And if you practice this ongoing for your life,

You will become a new version of you.

Because aside from just understanding a little bit of the science of energy and light and matter,

There's also the awareness about the brain and visualization.

Without getting too deep into this,

When we visualize something,

We are activating that experience in the physical body.

So when I visualize light and vibrancy in my organs,

I'm actually activating that experience in my body.

Studies have actually shown that our DNA,

This foundation of these bodies,

Our DNA emits light.

No joke,

You can look it up.

Our DNA emits light.

So let's just dive back in.

So anyway,

That whole long explanation was to share that you don't need to have any thoughts in your mind about divinity to be able to use this practice and still have a profound experience with it.

So Peggy is asking,

Is that why when we're excited,

We feel buzzing inside?

Yes,

You could say that's one reason.

Now,

What's very interesting,

Though,

Is if you look at it,

Anxiety and excitement are the same energy to a certain degree,

Just different labels and perceptions placed on them.

So the next time you feel anxious,

Just imagine if you flipped your perception and said,

I'm really excited about something.

It's quite fascinating.

So,

Yes,

It could be this vibration of energy if you're excited because your heart is,

Emitting isn't the right word,

But if you are feeling the activation of these heart centered qualities,

If you're feeling a joyfulness in that excitement or gratitude in that excitement or pleasure in that excitement,

Then we would say,

Yes,

This is probably high vibration.

On a physiological level,

Excitement could also be different stress hormones being released in small amounts that are giving us that perk,

That boost.

So we could look at it in different ways.

Is it normal to become hypersensitive to violence on TV?

I would say yes.

I would say yes.

Now,

It doesn't have to be that way.

I'll just share from personal experience because I think with many of these experiences that we have,

Someone may say there's one way and then there's another way,

But it's all it's all it's relative.

Yes,

We all have different experiences,

Even though we have many shared experiences.

So I'll share for me that,

For example,

If I've just done let's say I've just been on a course with my beloved teacher,

Saima.

This point here,

Because if you have your widescreen view,

You can see this picture of my beloved behind me,

My beloved teacher of 20 years.

After I've been on a course with Saima,

If I try to watch a violent or super intense or scary movie the next day,

I can't do it.

I used to be able to because I was less sensitive,

I would say.

I was less in that expanded state.

Part of me was still kind of in that contraction.

I found some of you may find this kind of entertaining to know about me personally.

But when I was younger,

Like for a very long time,

My favorite movies were horror movies.

And even after I started to grow out of horror movies,

My favorite movies were like tense thrillers and things like this.

And even though I still enjoy playing with those kind of movies or entertainment sometimes,

What I found is that the more I've expanded into my heart,

The more that I've softened.

And soft doesn't mean weak.

I'm a powerhouse,

Self-proclaimed powerhouse,

And I can hold so much softness in that as each of us can.

So as I've expanded more and more into this higher vibration,

I do find that it's too intense sometimes for me to watch intense things or even read an intense book.

And I'll go in and out of it.

I don't know if it is a direct reflection of contraction or expansion in me.

I think there are also many layers.

Like I remember one time I had this incredible opportunity to be with a group of youth.

I've been studying with Saima for so many years.

I was a youth when I began.

And a group of youth had this really great weekend experience with Ma,

Very special.

We played.

Rather than doing the work and meditating and all of this stuff,

We went out to dinner and we danced and we had desserts and we got dressed up.

It was awesome.

We did it quite a few times.

So fortunate.

Anyway,

The point of sharing that is we all went to a movie one time and it was this horrible,

Insanely violent sci-fi film.

And it was like,

You know,

There were even scenes inside of the film where I had to cover my eyes,

Even though I usually would have enjoyed some intensity.

But it was just overkill.

And Saima came to the movie theater with us.

So what that shows me is that when we are anchored in that high vibration,

I think everything just moves through us.

Because rather than it being about having to play with a push and pull of life,

Like this makes me sensitive,

This doesn't make me sensitive,

This makes me expand,

This doesn't make me expand.

We're no longer dependent on things outside of ourselves to maintain our frequency.

It is all from within.

And what I mean outside of ourselves,

I mean like our practices and things like this.

So I think that we can also come into such a state of who we truly are,

This high vibrational light or this source energy that we are embodied in the physical body that we don't feel as sensitive.

So I offered quite a few different perceptions,

Personal perceptions on that.

So.

I feel extremely sensitive to energies and can feel the peace.

It's very deep.

Beautiful,

Beautiful.

Yes.

And it's the peace of you,

Yes?

When we feel the peace in an environment or from another person,

We're feeling it because it's in us.

Our ability to feel that person's peace or what's happening in the space around us is because it's in us.

So how beautiful to remember that when we feel something,

We're feeling us.

It's resonating with something in us,

Whatever it is.

Yes?

It's in us.

Someone isn't putting it in us.

It's in us.

Okay.

Yes,

Brooke.

Brooke is sharing her sensitivity as well.

Stan,

When people are shouting,

Fighting or behaving in destructive ways that causes us pain,

How do you stay positive and smile through the pain?

Ah,

That's a great question,

My love.

The first thing that I would practice is being caring and gentle with myself in the moment.

And what I mean by that is if we're feeling really shaken or really uncomfortable because of what's happening in our environment,

There's some part of us that's having some kind of response,

Right?

Maybe a trauma response.

Maybe there's just part of us that's feeling scared and it's like that inner child.

It could be many different,

Many different things that are happening inside of us.

So in that moment,

I would practice self-soothing.

For anyone who's new to practicing together,

I have a page here on the app.

You're welcome to follow and I have several recordings that range in topic.

So self-soothing.

In that moment where you're feeling upset or uncomfortable,

Maybe just place your hands on your heart and just feel the beating of your heart or say something kind to yourself.

Remove yourself from that environment if possible.

And in the more long term,

It doesn't have to be long term,

But in an ongoing sense of practice,

I would say practice going in and tending to the parts of you that are so overtaken or overwhelmed or experience so much pain when you experience that kind of discord or violence outside of you.

Go inside rather than trying to change outside.

Go inside and find that part of you that's hurting.

Find that part of you that's afraid.

Find that part of you that's uncomfortable and just go sit with that part of you.

Be with that part of you.

Maybe uncover something that's asking for more presence or more healing in your life.

Maybe there's part of you that you've covered up.

Yes,

We all have experiences of that,

But we've just covered an experience or a period of our lives or we've covered up part of ourself because it was just too painful to be with.

So maybe it's the journey of uncovering those things with support.

Yes,

I mean,

If you feel called to do it on your own,

There's so many resources.

We are all our own guru.

The Sadhguru is within.

The ultimate teacher is within even though the guru without,

The teacher without is just a divine grace to support us in our awakening.

So use your intuition to guide you to different resources or maybe if you have a therapist or if you have a spiritual guide or just have someone to support you in the uncovering of those parts of you that are still feeling so much in those painful or in those types of environments.

And of course in a practical way,

If you're able to take action to physically remove yourself from those environments,

Fantastic.

Our spiritual life is in action.

Many of us,

It doesn't have to be,

Right?

You can take or leave everything I say because in this creation everything exists.

Someone might say there's only one way.

It's not true because everything exists and it's just what resonates most with us.

And I don't remember what I was saying before that,

But I think I was pretty much complete anyway.

So thank you for asking that question.

I know many can resonate and I know even for me there's times where if I'm around people arguing,

I feel really kind of contracted and my heart feels tight and I feel like,

Oh.

And then there are times where I'm so much in my own experience of freedom and self kindness and self love that I feel a freedom to let them do whatever they're doing without having to make it about me or become emotionally involved in it.
