In this guided imagery, you will be taken 'up your energetic Line' to meet the Higher Self, you from the future, as an ascended master. You will be guided to perceive 'their' traits, feelings, energy, radiation, etc., so that you can begin to identify AS THEM in your waking life. You as the Higher Self. The more you identify as that One, the more it transforms you.

So just relax right now and connect to your breath. Take that slow present breath feeling the air moving through your nostrils as you deepen into the present moment. Make the connection to your I am mantra. I am. I am. I am. In the calm of the present moment I invite you to use your imagination and see a beautiful golden column of light that flows vertically up and down within you. Imagine it as a river of light coming down from high above you and moving down through the top of your head and moving right through the center of you. Imagine that it goes down through your body out the base of your spine and moves down deep into the center of the earth. Imagine this golden cord of light, This column, This river of light moving vertically up and down within you. Feel it with every peaceful present vertical breath. See it come from high above your head and moving through you deep into the earth. You are one with this cord of energy connecting to you from the heart of source. Imagine now that this cord of light that runs vertically up and down within you is encoded with all divine information. It's like a highway of information and it's light and love and peace and it's your direct line to your higher self. Imagine now even more deeply this cord of light running vertically within you as you connect to your breath and pull all of your awareness right into this vertical line. You are aligning at your center. This is your center. This is your vertical line. This is your highway home. Let's add the I am mantra with every in breath. Think I while breathing up and think am while exhaling and breathing down with your awareness right in your center line. Take an in breath. Feel the energy moving up your river of light and as you exhale feel it moving down. I on the in breath and am on the out breath. I on the in breath and on the out breath. Keep your attention right there in the center of you breathing in and up and out and down. I on the inhale up and on the exhale down. I am. I am. I am. I am. Continue to pull all of your awareness into your line. Imagine now if you will that this golden line is like a beautiful golden elevator that you can step into and move up up and up letting the body awareness fade below you continue to move up beyond the galaxy into space through sons of infinite space higher and higher with every breath of I am imagine like an elevator going up to the tallest building you're rising to the top so much light so much light and the doors of the golden elevator open and you move out of the elevator into such beautiful light such iridescence such warmth and brilliance as your eyes start to adjust to the light you see a shape out in front of you at first just a shape of a being of light that pulls you in a way you've never experienced you feel them this being is bright powerful strong steady and they are waiting for you this is your very own higher self this is you as an evolved ascended being completely there use your imagination and simply trust anything you get no matter how silly it might seem to be don't prejudge or determine just get a sense of this one you without the constraints of your life body or conditionings what do they look like male or female expression what do they look like how are they dressed hair size what are their internal qualities loving powerful confident sensual brilliant intelligent peaceful wise what is their name just trust what you get it may evolve what else defines them what else can you see about them that makes it so easy to fall so in love with them love them see them love them more you may be used to thinking of the higher self as light or the Christ or divine perfection but it is very helpful to think of this as an identity related to you such as you in the ascended state someone you can identify as see them as the evolved you who has got it together say to yourself I am that say it over and over again I am that I am seeing that being of light I am that I am I am that I am I am that I am it's true you are that this whole journey is you waking up from this separate self to this higher self I am that I am now I want you to walk towards this presence this higher self of you and step right into them be them like slipping into a costume and becoming that character slip right into the higher self and take on the qualities the energy the love light confidence and power that you really are I am that and if you have a name say I am I am my own I am presence or say their name I am now name their qualities I am love light joy abundance confidence power peace and pure intelligence I am I am all of this I am I am this one I am keep identifying as this higher self if you got a name say I am and name yourself I am awesome brilliant and alive stay with the powerful positive energies as long as you can identify with them identify as them I am that and then when you're ready to return to your body ask this higher self use their name if possible I love you I really want to know you and I want to wake up to living as you would live I really want to allow you to express through this body mind on earth and I ask for your help whenever I call your name either I am presence or the name you received come to me wake me up and help me be the one that I really am thank you my love my beloved I am presence and when you're ready simply return to your I am breath and your golden river back in your body in your line right here bringing all remembrance back into your body feel yourselves here and now in your body and this presence is with you a part of you now and forever I am that I am did you get a glimpse of who you are I am that I am think about this you are more than this little body with all of your conditioning and problems yet that little self takes up most of the space in your head and awareness the higher self this one lives upstairs in your house all the time watching waiting observing and loving every time you say I am you are using the source code that opens that door to your remembrance of that self every time you contemplate the qualities of your higher self and step into their body and say I am that I am you are tearing down the walls that keep blinding you from the truth I am the presence I am as you continue to know that higher self as you you will have their assistance for example if confidence has been an issue say I am the presence confidently doing this I am the presence confidently doing this I am confidence feel their confidence and power identify as it I am confident the power is within you it is you but it is not the ego of you it is not the little self of you it is the higher self of you you are the presence doing this I am the presence doing this I am the presence doing this this secret can change everything for you

Again I love this third visualisation and I will keep doing it as it is beautiful and fun. But I don’t get any clear image of that being. I’m hoping that if I repeat this a few times it will come.

Oh, Dr. Janette, that was beautiful...when I met my Higher Self, I got the rush of energy throughout my body that was amazing and full of this immense feeling of love and acceptance! I felt so loved and cared for by my Higher Self, it was almost overwhelming! When I realize that was me, I felt like crying, knowing that I was loved so! Thank you for bringing me to my Higher Self and coming home! This is where I dwell!

I needed this today, though what I saw leaves me confused and curious on many levels. Even before ascending on the column of light, I saw my own eyes, watching me, tired and weathered and undeniably mine. Much like when I saw my wife's passing months before she ascended, only I saw her turn, smiling, and take wing into the light. But my own eyes looked upon me wearily, watchingly. My higher self had no form. It WAS the column of light upon which I rode. Like a vast web, it stretched across the cosmos, and it WAS me, and it was also every soul that has ever lived as well. It was everything. I was everything. But rather than feeling energized and uplifted by this, I felt drawn back to my own gaze, my own exhausted, worry-creased eyes. Settling back, it remains those eyes which fill my inner vision.
