Casey is a holistic health coach who helps high performers master their mental and emotional health from the inside out — through breathwork, nervous system training, meditation, and holistic living. He came to this work the long way. For years his life looked good from the outside while he waited — for more success, more money, the next level — telling himself that once he arrived, he'd finally start living and taking care of himself.
