Find a comfortable place to sit,
Whether you are still in bed with some pillows prop behind you,
Sitting in a chair,
Take a few deep breaths and connect in with yourself.
The most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself in the present moment.
Continue to breathe and feel yourself present in the here and now.
Know that this moment right here,
Right now is perfect and it is sacred.
Feel into your body and notice how you feel physically,
Starting with your head,
Feeling the muscles on your face,
Your jaw,
Your neck and throat,
Your shoulders,
Your chest and abdomen,
Your pelvis.
Feel into your upper back,
Your middle back and your lower back,
Your arms and hands.
Feel now into your lower body,
Into your buttocks,
Your legs and your feet.
Feel you inside your body.
Do you have any sense of heaviness or any sense of blockage anywhere?
Is there any physical pain or emotional pain?
Sense where that is,
Allow yourself to feel it.
Now call upon the universe to fill your entire being with white light.
Visualise this white light streaming down through your crown chakra at the top of your head and filling you entirely with every breath in,
Drawing in the white light and with every breath out,
Allowing it to fill you.
And now direct the light to wherever you sensed any pain,
Heaviness or blockage.
And say,
Thank you for clearing in me all physical and emotional pain.
Breathe in and then breathe out.
Thank you for clearing in me all stress,
Fear,
Worry,
Anxiety.
And consciously breathe that out.
Thank you for freeing me of all negative thinking.
And consciously breathe that out.
And take a few more deep breaths in and out.
Continue to visualise the white light within you and all around you,
Clearing away all that is no longer needed and bringing you to a place where all is peace and love.
Now take a moment to think of five things you are grateful for.
They don't have to be big things.
Take a minute to do this.
And now contemplate your day ahead.
Are there things you wish to achieve?
Say to the universe now,
Thank you that this may be achieved today.
Know that if this doesn't get achieved,
Other lessons and experiences are more important for you today.
How do you wish to show up in the world today?
Who do you want to be?
And how do you want to feel?
Take a moment to visualise the you you want to be and feel today.
And now say to the universe,
Thank you that today I may be in the vibration of love,
Presence and gratitude.
I surrender this day to you.
Give up the need to control,
To force,
To battle.
The universe has your back and will always look after you if you just let it.
It will orchestrate everything you need if you just let it.
When we allow ourselves to surrender,
We enter the universal flow and everything becomes easy.
And so let's say,
Thank you that this day may flow with divine synchronicity,
Grace and ease.
And take a deep breath in and out and surrender.
