I want to ask you a question.

When was the last time you had a conversation with your soul?

When was the last time you talked to your soul about the things you love,

The things you really want,

Or even trying to figure that out?

Well,

I want to invite you now to have a really short but deep conversation with your soul.

So close your eyes.

Make your focus to your breathing.

Settle yourself comfortably.

And you may repeat out loud to the room you're in or in your mind the quantum affirmations that I'm about to tell you.

I am gratitude.

My dear soul,

I am really grateful for my family.

My dear soul,

I am really grateful for my job.

My dear soul,

I have the job that I've always dreamed of.

I am happy about how I am with my friends and family.

My dear soul,

I have the relationship of my dreams with my partner.

My dear soul,

I am happy and healthy.

My dear soul,

I love my life the way it is.

My dear soul,

I love myself.

My dear soul,

I am love.

My dear soul,

I spread love.

Take a deep breath in and let it all out.

One more time,

One deep breath and let it go with a sigh.

Now take your hand to your heart.

Take a few breaths,

Focusing on your heart,

And I want you to ask your soul a question.

Any question.

Ask that question that you are struggling with,

That you need an answer,

But do not expect it.

Just ask the question and be there with your soul.

This is something we should do every day.

Ask the same question and the answer will come.

As long as you find a connection with your soul and you remember that you can do it and you make this a habit,

Your soul will make itself heard because,

Our soul is always answering our questions,

But we cannot manage to understand the answers.
