Welcome to this powerful crown chakra meditation.
Allow me to guide you to unlock and balance the seventh chakra,
The one that connects you to the spiritual ether.
Find a spot where you can allow yourself to forget about where you are for the time being.
Making sure you are in a comfortable position,
Take a nice,
Slow breath in and exhale peacefully.
You may close your eyes at any time.
When you balance the chakras by meditating on them,
Concentrating all of your focus on each one individually,
You begin to see the events in your life as symbolic,
With beautiful lessons to be learned.
Take a nice breath in and let it go.
Allow the breath to relax you.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in and out.
Feel a gentle wave of relaxation sweeping over your entire body.
Start to focus on the crown chakra,
Located just above your head.
For some people it radiates the color violet,
Deep purple for others,
Or maybe you experience white.
Place all of your focus on the crown of your head and the space above it,
Connecting you to spirituality as well as the universe.
You may visualize this chakra symbolized by a thousand flower petals,
Similar to a lotus flower.
It is glowing in a beautiful purple hue just above your head.
Now imagine that you can spin this chakra like a top by just imagining that you can.
See it increasing in speed until it is spinning with its bright color faster than the speed of light.
Repeat this mantra 5 times.
Everything is connected.
Now take a deep breath and see the crown chakra growing in size,
Expanding with each breath until it is radiating out far from your body.
Feel the power of the deep connection you are making with spirituality.
How would you describe the feeling of the crown chakra?
It is opening the very top of your head,
Allowing access for your body to reconnect with spirit.
The feeling of spirit is gracing the top of your head with love.
You can see the crown chakra fully free and open,
Feeling it spinning with passionate purple light.
Good.
Take a big breath in and as you inhale,
Imagine that you are pulling in the energy from the body.
It is spilling down your entire body,
Gently illuminating the other chakras along the way,
Giving them energy to start moving,
Opening.
You hear the words,
I am spirit,
In physical form.
Good.
The crown chakra is now completely open and ready to reconnect you to spirituality in all that you do.
Finding out wisdom you had once forgotten,
Returning to your mind.
Breathe in again,
Deeply and fully.
And once more.
Inhale and exhale.
Wonderful.
Gently return your awareness to the present moment.
Wiggle your fingers and toes to orient yourself to your physical reality.
Open your eyes,
Feeling more connected to spirit than ever before.
