Solar plexus chakra meditation I am find a comfortable position close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath continue focusing on your breath as we prepare for a guided visualization this meditation helps to empower and balance your solar plexus chakra the third chakra center located at the top of the belly that governs feelings of self-worth willpower and determination it also reinforces your true identity as well as how you present yourself to the world shame and other deep wounds leave us feeling unworthy defensive and often unable to accomplish our life's purpose it's important to rebalance and reconnect with your core and strengthen your sense of self in order to move forward with a healthy ego determination and sense of value get comfortable and allow your breath to ground you as we begin imagine yourself in a field walking barefoot on the soft cool earth down a path lined with greenery and flowers it's a natural serene environment the golden Sun is streaming down warming your body and lightening your step it's a beautiful and perfect today each inhale and exhale you take one step forward feet on the ground slow and steady chest shoulders and arms are free and light inhale step forward exhale step forward continue walking the walk is peaceful you soon notice ahead there's a small mud hut in the shape of a dome as you get closer you feel drawn to go inside and rest inhale and imagine crouching down and pulling the small hut door open as you exhale you step through the curved doorway you enter and walk towards the center of this dome structure allowing the door to shut behind you leaving you alone and safe as you gently sit on the ground feel the cool earth beneath you your body is still warm from the Sun smell the minerals and water in the air and as you exhale you notice the hut is becoming dark and even more serene there's no fear you feel safe and protected as if in the womb close your eyes sit and breathe in the sacred special space allow this time to be a gift for yourself to connect with your deepest inner being and just listen listen to the stillness you on your next inhale begin to incorporate the mantra I am on the exhale allow yourself to be in the stillness and listen as you listen you may hear words from deep within from your core your inner truth listen with your inner ear your body and emotions no need to engage with the voices in your head instead connect to the feeling of who you really are beyond what others have said beyond judgment or insecurities listen and discover your true nature let your soul identity your instincts and essence come forward as you listen begin to incorporate a word or phrase into your mantra such as I am worthy I am an artist I am beautiful whatever positive and true qualities or aspirations you hear in the confines of this nurturing and safe place repeat them to yourself you may even hear empowering words such as I am love I am free to live my dreams on your next inhale place your right hand on your upper stomach at your solar plexus chakra and place your left hand on your heart holding yourself as you repeat your mantra I am on your next exhale release your hands imagine opening your eyes in the hut in the darkness with a new vision of yourself and your life eager to display this to the world mindfully standing up and walking to exit through the small door that you entered feel your feet on the earth and walk back toward the way you came back to the present moment feeling confident whole and secure

Wow. That was absolutely wonderful. It was down to me that I did struggle to get in to an altered state of consciousness, as context around me was busy, but with more practice with this one, I'll get there. The cello was just stunning. It really was special and I'm so happy that I found a meditation that used a real instrument (not midi although used in the background) and a melody through a meditation piece. It was so emotive and beautiful. Thank you 🙏
