And just visualize how wonderful that would be.
Just to instantly let go and absolutely trust and know that you will be so lovingly held and received.
Imagine that you are giving this gift to your mind and your body to rest and allow and trust,
To receive and to release.
And in this beautiful space that we claim is a sacred space now,
Send a message to your mind and body.
And listen to that message here.
And just imagine how beautiful that would be and listen to that message as it comes from your heart.
What is your heart truly seeking?
And become aware that it is a feeling,
It's a sense.
It's something that we have been walking towards our whole life and yearning for.
It is our deepest desire.
It is in every single situation that we've ever known and encountered,
Either there in its heightened emotion or there in its deepest despair.
But we have always recognized what it is that our heart has been asking.
Connect now to your beautiful heart and to what it is that is being asked of you.
Then think about you in this time,
In this body,
And in this place,
In this life.
And think about all those with whom you are connected,
Your family,
And what you've created around you already and what creating creation you came into.
And all the experiences through all your life what has this heart been calling?
We connect to that idea and we know it is absolute truth.
Feel the energy of this vibration of the heart.
It's that feeling of the deep ah.
That moment of complete relaxing and surrendering.
The end of a long hard day and getting into a warm tub.
Just resting back into that water.
And hearing ourselves go ah.
And just being able to feel the energy of the heart and getting ourselves go ah.
That deep sigh.
And as you hear that deep sigh in your mind,
Connect that deep sigh to your very last breath.
That at the moment of taking your last breath that this beautiful heart will have that same sound,
That deep ah.
Done,
Did it,
Showed up,
Magnificent,
Complete,
Fulfilled.
And let's see that as the point of a circle coming to its fullness.
Closing the circle,
Finishing the circuit.
And we see the journey from now,
This moment,
Towards that as the most magnificent journey of intention.
We are walking towards that completion,
That fulfillment.
We are walking towards the completion of our divine and sacred life agreement.
Our contract for being.
And we let this mind and body understand that that is what this journey is for.
And everything else that we've been playing in and distracting ourselves in,
It has been offering us many examples of what it looks like to be in and out of that heart space.
And when we're out of it,
We long for it more.
And when we're in it,
We feel such deep delight and gratitude and honor your body and your life and your journey and every single person who's brought this contrast into your life.
Because they have been exercising this heart muscle.
They have been teaching you to recognize who you truly are and what it is that you alone can bring in when you reach your heightened potential.
What does my heart desire now?
And feel how simple it is.
There is no doing and there is no pursuing.
There is no performance of any kind.
There is no validation.
There's no obligation,
No burden,
No responsibility,
No misery.
Unconditional space of light and love.
And we might find a name for it.
We might use a word that we understand in our language,
But even that is not enough.
And the best we can do is connect to the truth of that feeling.
And now remember when you've had that feeling before.
What has this life offered to you that reminds you right now of feeling that abundance full feeling,
That delight,
Delight filled with the divine light.
When was I filled with the divine light?
And perhaps it was the birth of a little one.
Perhaps it was the first time I held another's hand and fell in love.
Perhaps it was when I was out in nature and saw something so breathtaking that I could barely believe it.
And find the moment in your heart,
In your soul.
Remember the image because it is there.
It's imprinted in your being.
It's a code and the heart has remembered it.
And it's placed it in the belonging,
Longing,
Searching,
Seeking.
And feel like we can come away from being the one who is always seeking now.
Seeking for the fulfillment,
Seeking for the completion.
That we can simply move into that energy of the heart and then drop down into the solar plexus.
This that I desire is unique to me.
This place where I stand and place my feet,
This is unique to me.
And all that I've learned and understood and all the beings that have come before me and the imprints that they have offered to me because they found a way to survive so that I could be here.
I am a unique piece of beautiful information,
Energy.
And I'm here holding all of that in my beautiful form.
Now think of your form.
Think how magically wondrous this form is and what it can do and how it can hold you and support you and how it offers you the ability to connect to the beauty of life through all your senses.
We are reconnecting from our deepest memory,
From the center of our being,
Our divine life purpose.
We ask our being to remember our sacred agreement.
What did we agree to come and do and be part of?
What did we say yes to?
And because we said yes,
We are here in this form.
Allow your mind and body to absolutely understand that with no shadow of doubt,
I agreed and so I'm here.
And because I agreed,
I was encoded with a divine wisdom for my most magnificent journey.
Every skill is within me.
It's just a matter of remembering it and awakening it.
We feel that agreement with our heart,
With our soul,
With our divine life purpose.
And we bring the energy now dropping it down to the sacrum to the dantian and we think of holding the energy here.
We know this energy is so much more connected to this earthly walk,
This human body,
To this human mind and our perceiving of this reality.
It is so connected to all those with whom we connect in this life.
And the reality and the segments of information that they hold,
It's a wonder that any of us can even see each other.
So confusing and conflicting are all these energy streams.
So many perceptions and beliefs.
So many patterns and ingrained systems.
And so many things that we can't see.
So many patterns and ingrained systems,
Unchallenged thoughts.
It's a wonder that we can have any relationship at all.
And yet we do because all the time we are seeking the magical thread that the heart remembers.
And the heart remembers because the ancient ones in the line felt the despair or the loss of it,
The lack of it.
And right now with all our heart and all our soul we ask this beautiful being to heal all the ancient wounds and pains through all time.
The energies of despair and hardship,
Struggle and survival.
Release the energies of manipulation and foreboding,
Dread,
Betrayals and beholden energies.
Releasing the energies of persecution,
Oppression,
Servitude of any kind.
Releasing horror and sadness and worries and troubles and longings and lusts and war and grievances.
And thank those who survived it and found their courage and their absolute determination just to hang on no matter how horrible it was.
And into those deep echoing chambers of pain,
We open this beautiful heart with a message that you have been carrying because of them.
And we pour in an energy of such love,
Unconditional love,
Into all the energy streams of those who were the victims and those who were the perpetrators.
Unconditional love,
Absolute forgiveness,
Kindness,
Compassion.
I understand,
I understand that this wound that you are carrying and that this wound that you are revealing to me,
I understand with all my heart and all my soul.
It is the ancient imprint of our humankind of such terrible treachery,
Of such terrible pain and insecurities and cataclysmic events.
We release all of this now.
Imagine we can thank those imprints of pain and those who suffered in them because we are now very aware of what it is that we would choose with all our heart and all our soul.
And see this as a thread of light.
And it was the thread of light that those who were before saw.
This thread that you are holding now of light moves through the quantum field where there is no time beginning or end.
And imagine it is this light in this moment that you are holding that gives our ancient ones the courage to stand in their pain and to find a way to carry on anyway.
Imagine that you have woven a thread of such immense love into the tapestry of our human experience that says,
Hold on,
It's gonna get better.
We are gonna make it better,
But we have to be sure what we are going to choose.
I'm sorry for your suffering and I'm sorry for your heartache and your terrible,
Terrible loss.
I let go of all these imprints now through my entire being,
Mind,
Body and soul.
I let go of these through my cellular being.
I let go of them energetically as imprints that are stored as memories I let go now,
Release,
Let go and eliminate.
Imagine all of these tangled cords of pain and hardship now moving out of your body.
Lie back in that beautiful,
Warm bath and soak and relax and allow.
See this beautiful liquid,
Warm and generous,
Holding you as a healing balm and you are being held inside of this beautiful liquid.
You visualize yourself now as you close your eyes as if you found your way and your imagination to a beautiful pond.
And the bath that you're in is this body of water all around you.
And the idea of surrendering and falling back into the wings of angels is you allowing yourself to float now.
No obstructions around you,
Not holding onto anything,
Just floating.
Feeling so relaxed and so,
So happy to be here.
And feeling how impossible it is that this water that I can barely hold in my own bare hands can hold me,
All of me.
And I see it in my own hands,
All of me and I surrender all my weight,
All my burdens,
Everything and I relax my body so absolutely.
I imagine that the water that I'm in becomes me.
It bathes through every atom and molecule and every mitochondria and it is cleansing me through every molecule and atom of my being.
That I become the water,
That I can feel the light of the sunshine and the brightness above me and the warmth of the day and the dryness of the air.
And beneath me I can feel the lamp,
Water,
Cool,
Liquid.
And I'm aware that I am here,
Holding a space between two elements,
The dry,
The warm,
The air,
The cool,
The damp,
The water.
That I'm right between these two beautiful places of being.
See yourself right between as the conduit,
The connecting.
You can hold the space because you relax so entirely into it.
Surrender and allow and trust.
And here at the throat,
We feel the air just moving into this body.
We feel this air coming in and clearing and cleansing this beautiful being.
We feel the water coming in and the air coming in and the air coming out.
We feel the water washing and soothing.
We feel the sunshine nourishing us,
Warming us.
And we look up and we see the vast expanse of sky.
We become aware that there is so much more beyond my human form.
There is so much more.
I look into the blue that goes on and on and I see the birds creating these beautiful patterns as they fly.
And I imagine that that is me,
Soaring above,
Seeing this world beneath,
A unique perspective,
Heightened awareness.
Feeling a link from that heightened awareness to your higher self,
Now to this beautiful human body,
Entering into the sky.
Now to this beautiful human body,
Enter the third eye,
Connecting into the pineal chakra.
Heightened awareness,
Heightened perspective.
I can see so clearly.
I can see.
I'm bringing that beautiful energy into the body.
I understand.
There is nothing for me to do but to receive this divine light in me and through me and around me.
That I am perfectly,
Beautifully and uniquely created to hold the space that only I can hold.
And feel the willingness to come into your life fully and completely,
Agreeing to be,
Making the commitment to your life that this will be your most significant moment of all the journeys.
We hear the vibration of the lower sea and the harmonic range.
And we imagine that this beautiful sound is the sound of us hearing our life.

Which I truly am a divine being of light and love.
Pure essence,

I am this that goes beyond the form and the performing.
I am this already.
I am this and always will be.
And as you hold this beautiful energy of the two frequencies,
We begin to bring them into one divine being.
We begin to bring them into one divine stream.
Here,
Celebrating the life of my being and the light of my being.
And the two streams perfectly integrate and connect and flow one to another.
They create the fullness and the completion and this mind and body assimilate this as knowledge,
Deep inner wisdom.
There is a sense of peace and calm here.
I remember who I am.
Divine being of light and love.
And we are channeling our inner being and we are channeling our energy now to stand in our magnificence and truth,
To hold the highest frequency that we can hold at this time.
This mind and this body,
This soul and the divine light presence of who I truly am,

I understand and I'm so deeply grateful that I chose to be here and at the pivotal time,

Look up at those beautiful birds and know that you are them too.
Heightened perspective and that the step that you are standing upon right there where your feet are,
Are leaving an imprint,
An impression on the ground.
And the legacy that you are to leave is this imprint and within that imprint is the energy of what is that is coming through your heart now.

Let's just seal up your energy just where you're resting now.
Place your hands at the tips of both your fingers just on the base of your body and your pubic bone and make this your connecting anchoring point.
Feel like you are connecting once again to your life.
Stabilise the connection and then draw the connection up through the central meridian.
Trace the line all the way through the centre of your body over your sternum,
Under your throat,
Over your chin and come to the little hollow before the bottom lip and then rest there and reconnect here.
Press in and imagine that you are locking in by turning a key in each hand,
Lock in your frequency and then rise the energy up through the central meridian out through the top of the crown and see yourself now opening up your arms as high and as far as you can to the left and the right,
Opening and completing a circle.
Imagine these are your wings.
And then let your hands come full,
Circle till the palms touch once again.
Complete the circle.
And then anchor again.
