In this course, we will dive into how you can control panic attacks and declutter your mind through meditation and self-care.

Dehlia Bates has a bachelor's degree from Morgan State University, advanced degrees, and graduate coursework in Communications, Education, and Mental Health from Temple University and Trinity College.
Dehlia's mental health focus is friendly debate, sleep, anxiety, and restorative justice.
Dehlia teaches and coaches in Montgomery County, Maryland, where she holds an advanced degree as a "highly qualified" educator with multiple certifications, including English, Debate, Argument, Speech, ESOL/ESL, Theatre, and Special Education. Dehlia has many credentials from the state in teaching, has taught and coached students and clients from head start to higher education, and has taught children, teens, and adults with learning disabilities and autism. Dehlia's past employers have included the prestigious Montgomery College, Montgomery County Publis Schools, Prince George's County Publis Schools, and Prince George's Community College. She also runs a coaching business where her focus is self-care and managing feelings before they cause disorder and hurt to her clients and those around them. Dehlia hopes her legacy will be that she helped send positive ripples worldwide by inspiring, sharing, and uplifting one person at a time.

Open spaces promote healing. If the mind is constantly crowded with thoughts, it can lead you down the road to anxiety and ruin your physical space. In this lesson, you will learn how the inside of your mind reflects what's on the outside.
