Find Your Center

Regardless of what you are dealing with in your life day to day, use these practical exercises to assist you to come back to the center of stillness and to experience life in an emotionally grounded and balanced way. In this course we will be working with visualizations, conscious intention and guided meditations to clear energetic blocks, ground and reset your energy. By shifting energetic imprints we can clear confusion & create clarity, presence of mind and deep stillness. Imagine feeling confident in your decisions and choices moving forward, drawing from the depths of stillness in your being and knowing you are in alignment with your own moral compass of integrity and truth.

Leçon 1: Quietening The Mind

We’ll begin this lesson with a guided visualization to soften and quieten the mind. In this meditation, we'll set an intention by calling on three positive attributes or qualities that you would like to embody through the course. For this lesson, it is handy to have a journal and pen to jot down the positive attributes.

Leçon 2: Sense Of Self

Together we will weave a living prayer together, bringing your awareness to your energetic field. By defining the outer limits of your energy field, we are creating a sacred container for the healing of your inner world. For this lesson it is helpful to know the four directions of the compass, North, East, South and West before you start.

Leçon 3: Insight

Insight is an activation focusing on the pineal gland. This lesson is designed to heighten your own spiritual insight through your minds eye. By reconnecting to your divine nature and opening the aperture to your natural psychic abilities, you pave the way for clarity & focus thus potentially clearing anxiety, depression, creative blocks & the feeling of being lost and confused.

Leçon 4: Energetic Imprints

This is an introduction to the concept of energetic imprints. We will journey together in a sacred ceremony and bring your awareness to unconscious blocks often felt as confusion and bewilderment, these are tangles and discord in your field. Learning to identify and give energy a form, is the precursor to dissipating and dissolving the energy that is stuck

Leçon 5: Coming Home

This lesson is a healing energy transmission with the shamanic drum to call your spirit home. Call yourself home to find your own rhythm, to march to the beat of your own drum, to be confident and sure of yourself. This is an act of self love, calling back the parts of you that were lost, broken, fragmented. This lesson is to assist you to feel fully embodied in your self.

Leçon 6: Clear The Chakras

This lesson is an energetic attunement to clear the chakras both front and back and have them feeling balanced, clear, calibrated & synchronized. Simply meditate and follow along to the tones to feel the frequency through each chakra.

Leçon 7: North Star

This is a healing energy transmission & attunement ~To align your heart with your conscious intention with your Spirit Guidance. To bring your body, mind and spirit into harmonic alignment with your own moral compass, integrity and deep knowing. So that your sense of direction, your clarity and confidence on the path before you is crystal clear.
