Centering Emotions with the Breath
In this session we will learn how to connect to our breath, and safely centre ourselves in its nourishing tide. In a world of continuous flux and change, what is it that we can control and keep constant within ourselves? The answer is the breath. This simple exercise introduces a way to connect to the breath and our own inner strength, that will become our anchor throughout the course to explore, and trust, the oceans of our emotions.
Leçon 2
Feeling With Trust
In this session we will learn to take the first baby steps into our emotional awakening. Using yesterday’s breath work as a grounder and guide, we enter into a guided visualisation to help us witness our emotions without judgement, By imagining emotions as colours and shapes, we journey further into a free-form state of feeling. This helps build trust in ourselves so we are able to understand and interpret our own inner emotional world.
Leçon 3
Cultivating Self Love
In this session we will learn firsthand what self love actually feels like. First we learnt how to breathe, then we explored feeling. Now we learn how to shine the light of self love and self compassion upon ourselves. No matter your current struggles, past failures/successes or future ambitions, this meditation explores how self-perception is the key to unlocking the walking masterpiece of self healing that we are in each moment. Learning to trust ourselves so we can accept ourselves.
Leçon 4
Surrendering Negative Emotions
In this session we will learn to relieve our emotional burden. We are now ready and prepared to let go and "surrender". Building upon yesterday’s explorations, we discover that surrender and letting go of control is an act of self-love. Using the affirmation “I surrender to the flow of Love” and the subtle yet powerful re-cognition of the mind this creates, we will solidify our trust in our emotional intelligence. Removing old habits of fear and making way for trust.
Leçon 5
Feeling Past the Comfort Zone
In this session we will learn how to nurture a desire for personal growth. All knowledge and understanding comes from direct experience. Through learning to trust our emotions, we are able now to fully employ them as our compass and guide. By visualizing a tree that represents our past, present and future it is possible to recognise the limits of our comfort zone and the boundless abundance of our futures. Change, like trust, is a choice that we make.
Leçon 6
Forming New Emotional Habits
In this session we will learn how to create the lens through which we see the world. A new future, new emotional understanding and a new sense of empowerment. But how do we begin to action and experience this directly in our day to day lives? By examining our internal narrative and using NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) we will be creating a "choice" based mindset. We're building long term mental supports and foundations for an emotional awareness based in trust.
Leçon 7
Being Your Own Compass
In this session we will learn how to claim our intuitive knowing. Confidence in our intuitive abilities comes not from a hard focus, but from a soft solid grounding in the knowing that we are whole and all that we will ever need. We have this knowing, because we trust our emotional responses. This is easily demonstrated through this exercise by listening to the messages and feelings we receive from our bodies. Trusting your emotions is a "real world" experience.
Leçon 8
Realizing your Emotional Potential
In this session we will learn to be our best. Returning to the visualisation of the tree we imagined, this exercise welcomes us to start imagining a future that mirrors our emotional trust. The aim is to set an intent for our day, as we have the emotional trust and grounding in ourselves to do so; so that we may enjoy in the physical world the fruits of our efforts, and experience firsthand the benefits of our well placed trust.
Leçon 9
Celebrating You
In this session we will learn how to reflect upon our own growth and transformation. Here we are, Day 9. Let's take stock of how we have grown and the emotional trust in ourselves we have achieved. This exercise revisits the practice from Day 3, integrating our new layers of understanding and trust. We will experience, that just as with our emotions, we are whole and trusting when we accept and love all parts of our being.
Leçon 10
Feeling for a Fulfilling Future
In this session we will learn how to view a new horizon with excitement and love. Today is the day. The day which we imagine a new future, a new experience and welcome growth. We finish with a breath exercise to cement our knowing. The whole purpose of this course has been to show that trusting your emotions leads to an empowered and happy life. Emotions are your friends, life is a gift, and trust allows you to receive it.
