What You Practice Grows Stronger
This introductory session lays the foundaiton for the rest of the course. It includes personal story about how Shauna discovered mindfulness as well as a guided practice on setting an intention for this journey.

The Miracle Of Neuroplasticity
This session explores our miraculous brain and its capacity to change throughout our lifespan. The session concludes with a guided practice.

Mindfulness: Seeing Clearly
This session focuses on a deeper understanding of what mindfulness truly is. It delves into the three core elements of mindfulness: Intention, Attention, and Attitude. The session concludes with a guided meditation practice.
Leçon 4
Beginning A Meditation Practice
This session focuses on how to begin a formal meditation practice. It includes specific guidelines, common questions, and a guided meditation.
Leçon 5
Self-Compassion: Your Inner Ally
This session focuses on the power of self-compassion. It guides your through a meditation and journal exercise on how to cultivate kindness toward yourself in the face of difficulty.
Leçon 6
Roadblocks To Self-Compassion
This session includes myths about self-compassion and the science that disproves them. It highlights the power of self-compassion not only to comfort us in tough times, but also to help us make important changes in our life. The session ends with a guided self-compassion practice, including the three elements of self-compassion: mindfulness, kindness and common humanity.

Mindful Decision Making
In this session we learn how to apply mindfulness to decision making, and explore the science behind decision making. The session ends with a guided practice and medtation for facing a challenging decision.
Leçon 8
The Power Of Forgiveness
This session focuses on the power of forgiveness to release the burdens of our past and heal our lives. The session ends with a guided forgiveness meditation for self and others.
Leçon 9
Priming The Mind For Joy
This session dicusses the science behind why happiness is so elusive, delving into the negativity bias and how to overcome it. Three specifcic practices to cultiravte happiness are taught including smiling meditation, gratitude practice and the magical morning question.
Leçon 10
A More Connected And Compassionate World
This session discusses the essential role connection plays in our happiness and our health. It discusses the science of belonging vs loneliness and ends with a powerful practice of lovingkindness meditation.
