Bringing self-compassion into balance and living from this beautiful nurtured way of being we can show up more fully in our lives and businesses, and actually nurture our clients and families on a much deeper level as we are able to nurture them from our overflow.

In session four, we will be connecting deeply with our true being, creating a reference point, and learning how we can set healthy boundaries that truly serve us. Setting healthy boundaries is crucially important to live an abundant and fulfilled life.
Learning how to say no in an authentic, caring, and aligned way while honoring our own boundaries is key to embodying our power.

In session five, we will look into the different common abundance stories and how this shows up in our businesses and in relation to our earning capacity. Bringing into balance what has shifted out of balance and starting to expand our capacity to receive and hold abundantly with more ease.

Balancing Inner Work With Aligned Action Steps That Create Results
In session nine, we will be going on a deep inner journey to explore how you are wired and what your default habit is in being able to take aligned consistent action steps.
In general, human beings are wired to either do inner work or busily taking outer action steps. Neither is sustainable in the long run as both are learned default behaviors that often only create short-term satisfaction. We need to be able to bring inner and outer action steps into balance so we can truly create sustainable results that equally nourish, fulfill, and satisfy us long term.
In this session, you will start to rewire your default way of being and start to create more balance.

Putting Everything Into Practice
In session 10, we are going to bring the experiences from the previous nine sessions together and connect once more deeply to the essence of your soul business. Exploring ways of how you can integrate your learnings even more fully and work in true alignment with the essence of your business.
