Listen to this short guided meditation whenever you feel stressed or overwhelmed. This grounding exercise helps you let go of what no longer serves you and feel supported by the energy of both mother earth and the universe. Being grounded helps us be present and create more ease and flow in our lives as our nervous system is at ease.

Hello,

This is Corin Hinderberger.

Welcome to today's short grounding meditation.

When we are grounded,

We are more connected to the present moment.

And it is much easier for us to act in alignment with and for ourselves,

Instead of getting swept up by life's currencies.

Make yourself comfortable.

Sit down or lie down.

Close your eyes for a moment.

Take a nice deep breath in and fully exhale.

Take another nice deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Let go of more and more of the tension from within.

Take another nice deep breath in and exhale even more of the tension and the things that no longer serve you.

And another deep breath in and as you exhale,

You fully arrive in this point and moment.

Being fully present.

Now imagine or envision a beautiful white light coming down from the skies,

Entering your body at the top of your head and starting to slowly move down your spine.

As it moves down your spine,

It cleanses and clears everything that is no longer needed from your cells and from your physical,

Mental,

Spiritual and emotional body.

And as it moves further down to your tailbone and into the bottom of your feet,

Further down to the center of Mother Earth,

The bear connects you deeply to her while you are still connected to the universal energy from above.

Through this beautiful universal light coming down from the sky,

This light is passing on everything that is no longer needed by you to Mother Earth.

So she can make a compost out of it and create something beautiful.

Stay in this feeling for a moment.

And notice where in your body do those two energies connect.

Bear in your body do those grounding energies from Mother Earth and the universal energy from above connect.

As you build this awareness and notice the support from both of them,

It is the perfect time to set an intention for the day or task ahead.

Once you set your intention,

Take another nice deep breath in and out.

Start wiggling your fingers and your toes and slowly come back to the here and now,

To this point and moment.

You are now beautifully grounded and connected to yourself.

Enjoy your day ahead.
