The Pause
Learning to Pause is a gift you can give yourself…always. Behind the pause, something much deeper can be found. In all moments, all arenas of your life you are worthy enough to take a pause - but it requires you to choose to do so. The power of a small pause can save lives, it can uplift even the most downtrodden parts of our inner being, it can transform worlds. Learn this skill to counter Anxiety & unlock a whole new way of responding to life's challenges.

Forgiveness & Consistency
It takes time. Time to change a habit, time to change a belief about yourself and time to nourish a new way of being. A new set of pivot points await you on the other side of forgiveness. In this case we are talking about self forgiveness and how, when anxiety hits, our bodies are not accessing their full processing capabilities and are locked in survival mode. You will be able to feel the power of forgiveness and shift to a more objective, and thus practical, point of self observation.

How to Triage
We only ever have a limited amount of inner resources, focus & willpower. When we are stressed or anxious this bank of inner resourcefulness seems to deplete even faster. Learning how to triage is such a valuable skill in your toolbox in the early days of learning how to redirect your anxious patterns and habits. The body can only adjust a little at a time and as you start to learn you can change - you will want to be able to priortise where you direct your intent with this. Useful in the real world also, the skill of triage allows you to increase your feeling of competence within your inner being thus generating more safety as you progressively evidence to yourself that you are in control.

Building Presence
Presence is the cornerstone of awareness. Getting out of your head and into your body helps establish a firm foundation of steadiness from which we can explore the present moment. We are trying to get out of our concept of what is going on or what we are feeling/experiencing and back into an acceptance of what we are truly and honestly feeling in any given moment. This is a shortcut - by embracing our somatic awareness we are able to return to the innocence of our own experience and thus the body can reorder and rearrange in the absence of any pressure to perform or be a certain way.
Leçon 5
Getting Curious About Our Needs
In this session we explore a little more deeply how we relate to our needs and also explore the skill of being able to get in touch with your needs in any given moment. Our needs are fluid and change from moment to moment. What we need in the short term can be very different from what we might desire in the long term. Again we build upon the presence that is growing within you to feel honestly what we find in ourselves - you may be surprised about the solutions that your creative mind presents.
Leçon 6
Building Competency
Competency builds safety in our inner being. We explore here how the identity can really start to shift within us all as we demonstrate a growing skill set to ourselves. Our body senses our connection with it and will allow deeper and deeper communication and co-operation with you as you demonstrate that you have the skills to look after you. Shame can exist around this issue for many people, self doubt may be well established with regards to your own competency. This session allows a supportive container to feel and release some of that emotion and tension in your nervous system.

Lights! Camera! Action!
You may be feeling by this point in the course a powerful re-emergence of your imaginative mind. Your imagination, when connected to bodily sensation, is one the most powerful & the therapeutic techniques you have to completely rewrite your inner circuitry. This doesn’t have to be done with strain or an exhaustive focus but rather with a childlike lightness and smile. This session will help you build the bridge between your imagination and your sensory body. This is like adding rocket fuel to your meditations. Remember - allow yourself to have fun thus and enjoy your creative mind.
Leçon 8
Old Habits Fade Away
In this session we delve a little deeper into older and more habitual habits. The spaciousness we can achieve from letting go of old emotions, when the body is ready, can rese our physiology and psychology on a deep level. This means that stress, anxiety & even depression can begin to relieve as we reset our inner baseline. Take time after this session for yourself before you re-emerge into the world if you can. Be gentle and tender with the deeper parts of your being. You may feel tired after the session as your body seeks to rest and recover in the absence of deeper stress.
Leçon 9
Expanding the Comfort Zone
All gold exists beyond the comfort zone - growth, depth, presence, excitement, learning…the list goes on. By this point you should be feeling a little braver, a little bolder to face the inner challenges that are currently manifesting. By experiencing and modeling it internally we prepare the body and mind for encounters and experiences in the waking world. Whole new arenas of your mind will come back into operation. There is a neurological framework that can reignite in the absence of Stress & Anxiety - lets do it!
Leçon 10
Celebrating Change
One of the most important factors when trying to make long lasting changes to our habitual habits, patterns, thought structures and emotional responses is to celebrate the genuine & authentic change that we feel within our being. This is an opportunity to celebrate and collate all that you have cultivated within yourself during this course. Take it lightly but remember that this is possibly one the most important contributors to long term identity shift - noticing & reinforcing positive shifts. None of this would have happened without you - you choose to be here - and the world is a much better place for it. Well Done.
