Start by finding a tall,
Comfortable seat.
Once you've arrived,
Notice the contact between your body and the floor or cushion or whatever else is supporting you today.
Feel and observe the grounding support physically as you drop into stillness.
Now start to notice the natural ebb and flow of your breath.
Simple inhales draw you into your body.
Gentle exhales that invite a release of anything from your day that's clouding your mind.
Bring your awareness now to your heart space,
Right in the center of your chest.
Let your attention stay in this space for a while.
As you start to deepen your breath,
Notice how your heart feels.
If there's any sensation present and continue to imagine or intend for your breath to move in and out of the heart space without thinking too much about it.
See if you can just let it happen naturally.
Now repeat the following statement after me.
If you're alone and feel comfortable saying it out loud,
Do that,
But you're also welcome to repeat it in your head if that's more comfortable.
I recognize and appreciate myself as the powerful and mighty spiritual being that I am,
That I've always been,
And that I will continue to be and become.
Let's repeat that statement one more time.

Now in your stillness,
Just observe if you feel any resulting shifts in your physical or emotional energies.
There's no right or wrong,
Just notice.
Now again,
Breathing into your heart space,
Repeat after me.
I acknowledge the presence of the spiritual beings who were here to support,
Guide,
And inspire me.
Take a moment here to feel that love and support that they hold for you and share with you.
Now repeat after me.
I recognize the presence of the greater spirit,
The universe,
The creator.
I allow myself to accept the unconditionality of that presence and care that it has for me as a unique individual.
I give permission for that greater spirit to provide any healing,
Nourishment,
Or support.
That is currently needed in my energetic boundaries.
I give myself permission to sense and accept the resulting shifts and transformations.
Now take a moment to feel the sensation of love and compassion that spirit offers around you and within you.
Repeat after me.
I accept these shifts and know that any time I choose to move to a different place in time,
Spirit stays within me and the acknowledgement of myself as the light that I am will continue to evolve and expand.
Take a final moment now to observe anything that comes up in your physical or emotional environment.
Just observing and then letting it go.
Start to reconnect now back to your body seated on the ground,
Cushion,
Or whatever else is supporting you today.
Now simply focus back on your gentle,
Natural breath.
When you're ready,
Maybe taking a deep exhale or a yawn,
Releasing anything that came up for you in this meditation.
You can start to invite some subtle movement into your body,
Starting with wiggling your fingers or your toes to bring yourself further into the moment and take your time to reintegrate back into your day.
