Close your eyes.

Feel your body and readjust the position.

Make yourself even more comfortable.

Lengthen the spine but soften the shoulders,

The jaw.

Take a moment to connect to your body and notice any sensations that you might have in different parts.

Now shift your focus to your breath.

For a moment just observe.

Breathe.

Follow the path the air is taking in your body.

And gently deepen the breath.

Allow it to be slower,

Fuller.

It's so good to be in an excited,

Energized mood.

Let's locate that energy and maybe focus and direct it.

Feeling your whole body again.

Can you find where exactly do you feel your energy right now?

Can you connect it with a specific part of the body?

Or it could be outside your physical body,

In your energy field.

Just for a moment scan your energy intuitively.

Visualize your energy field,

Your aura around your body.

Imagine that with each inhale the energy from around you gathers in your heart center and with the exhale it's released back in your energy field.

Inhale and center your whole energy in your heart and your aura around your body.

Exhale,

Release it,

Share it in the space.

One more time.

Deep inhale and center the energy into your heart space.

Exhale,

Soften and release it.

Now take a second to clear your mind.

And set three intentions or goals for the day,

The week ahead.

Whatever feels right for you.

Three goals in which you will put your energy.

And you can keep a mental note of your goals in your head or you can even write them down after this meditation.

Gradually bring your awareness back to your body.

Again,

Notice if there are any sensations,

If anything shifted within you.

Take a slow,

Slow,

Deep breath.

Your deepest one today.

Feel it expanding your whole being.

And exhale,

Release it through your mouth.

And gently open your eyes.
