Close your eyes.

Feel your body and readjust the position.

Make yourself even more comfortable.

Lengthen the spine but soften the shoulders,

The jaw.

Take a moment to connect to your body and notice any sensations that you might have in different parts.

Now shift your focus to your breath.

For a moment just observe.

Follow the path the air is taking in your body.

And gently deepen the breath.

Allow it to be slower,

Fuller.

And feel your body once again.

Notice the silence within it.

The deep harmony and inner peace.

And imagine those feelings are made of light.

And light fills up your body.

Your whole being.

That light is so strong.

It emanates from you in all directions.

And the space around you becomes a light as well.

When we share our light it only becomes stronger and brighter.

And now focus your mind on your heart center.

Feel the space in your chest.

Notice a sensation of warmth filling up your heart space.

Find a feeling of gratitude for being well on a beautiful day.

Search in your mind now three things you're grateful for today.

They could be as small as the fresh air that you breathe in.

Or something bigger,

Something more personal.

Make a mental note for these three things you're grateful for.

And after the meditation you can even write them down.

Gradually bring your awareness back to your body.

Again,

Notice if there are any sensations,

If anything shifted within you.

Take a slow,

Slow,

Deep breath,

Your deepest one today.

Feel it expanding your whole being.

And exhale,

Release it through your mouth.

And gently open your eyes.
