Welcome back.
Today I will guide you to release self-limiting beliefs through a water element meditation followed by a word element journaling exercise to pave the way for a clearer vision of your desired future.
Before we begin,
Find a comfortable seated position.
If it feels good for you,
Let your eyes gently close.
Let's take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
A deep breath in and a long breath out.
One more deep breath in and a long breath out.
Allow yourself to settle into a state of relaxation and receptivity.
As you continue to exhale,
Allowing yourself to release the weight of your body on the chair,
The ground,
The sofa,
Whatever surface is holding you.
Guide your awareness inwards and start to visualize in your mind's eye.
It is as if you are standing in front of a gentle waterfall surrounded by the soothing sound of flowing water.
Connecting and hearing the sound of running water.
Slowly walk closer to this waterfall.
Slowly walk closer to this waterfall.
And with your next exhale,
Feel yourself standing under the waterfall,
Feeling this flowing water touching the crown of your head,
Caressing your face,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your arms,
Your body.
Feel the cool,
Refreshing droplets washing away any traces of self-doubt,
Fear,
Limitation that might be clouding your vision.
With every inhale,
Feel this pure crystal clear water washing over you,
Cleansing your body,
Mind,
And spirit of all negativity and uncertainty.
With each exhale,
Feel yourself releasing any self-limiting beliefs that might have been holding you back from fully embracing your dreams and your aspirations.
Each exhale,
Washing away unworthiness,
Washing away self-criticism,
Washing away self-doubt,
Washing away anxiety,
Washing away stress,
Washing away guilt,
Washing away fear.
Visualize these self-limiting beliefs dissolving into this pure,
Clean water and carried away by the gentle current as it flows downstream.
Allow yourself to surrender to the cleansing power of this water,
Feeling lighter,
Clearer,
And more rejuvenated with each breath and each unfolding moment.
Feel the weight of any self-doubt and limitation lifting from your shoulders,
Leaving you feeling pure,
Cleansed,
Renewed,
And rejuvenated.
To harness and strengthen this purifying energy of the water element,
We will now repeat some affirmations to empower you to dream.
For each of these affirmations,
We will repeat these three times,
And you can repeat these silently or aloud,
Whichever you prefer.
I let go of all limiting beliefs that no longer serve me.
I am worthy of experiencing joy,
Abundance,
And fulfillment in all that I do.
I am worthy of experiencing joy,

I am worthy of experiencing joy,

Feel yourself surrounded by the sensation of pure,
Unrestricted freedom and possibility.

When we water a seed,
It begins to take root,
Germinate,
Sprout,
And grow.
The water element gives rise to the wood element.
If and when you feel ready to conclude this meditation and prepare for the next exercise on journaling,
To clarify your vision,
Then gently and slowly,

Let them slowly blink open.

Feel within you this newfound sense of empowerment,
This unrestricted,
Pure freedom and possibility that comes from giving yourself your birthright,
Your permission to dream without limitations,
Without holding yourself back.
As you allow yourself to sit in this space of possibility,
Remind yourself that this is truly your time to prioritize your own needs and desires.
You are worthy of experiencing joy,
Abundance,
And success in your life.
You are now ready to connect with and begin to create your life vision.

What dreams have I been afraid to acknowledge or pursue that I am ready to embrace right now?
Take as long as you wish with each of these questions and allow your imagination to soar as you journal and reflect on them.
If you start to notice yourself overthinking and struggling with the details,
Remind yourself that this is just the beginning of your journey.
There will be time to map out the details and tangible action steps later on.
For now,
Give yourself the permission to dream boldly,
Authentically,
And unapologetically.
As you continue on your journey,
Know that you have the power to transform your dreams into your reality.
Trust in your vision and remember that every dreamer was once where you are now.
