Welcome to the art of allowing.
In this brief introduction I'll define what is the art of allowing and then I'll share with you a powerful practice that will help you maintain all the channels open to receive exactly what you desire in your life.
The art of allowing is the capacity to receive,
The capacity to trust and the capacity to not interfere with the natural flow of life.
Because the normal state for a human being,
The healthy state,
What we are designed for is health,
Is love,
Is abundance,
Is pleasure,
Is deep satisfaction.
And when we do not try to control this,
When we allow,
When we do not interfere,
Then this is what naturally flows through our lives.
It might take a different shape than what we thought it would,
But it happens and it always happens in a better fashion than what we imagined would be good for us.
There is an energy that is bigger than us,
That knows better than us and that delivers what we desire in the exact perfect way that we need.
Not necessarily what we thought was good but what is truly good for us and for our evolution and our growth.
So the capacity to receive is not just an intellectual thing,
It's also a physical thing.
So it's something you train in your body,
In your physical and energetical body.
And the practice I'm going to talk about in a minute will help you train this specifically.
The capacity to trust is first of all to trust yourself that you have the capacity to create what you desire.
Usually we don't doubt that we have the capacity to create problems in our lives but we have the exact same capacity for happiness.
So capacity to trust yourself and also capacity to trust life or the source,
The energy,
The universe,
God,
The goddess,
The divine.
In your own vocabulary this power,
This force that is bigger than us and that is so deeply connected to us,
That is so attentive to us,
That loves us so much and that is part of what creates for us and what we create with.
So trusting this energy that it knows exactly what we want and we don't have to tell all the tiny details.
It knows it better than ourselves and that's where it ties in with the capacity to not interfere.
When we accept that we will receive what we want,
When we accept that we have the capacity to create what we want and when we accept that it's natural for us to create and to get our creation,
Then we also accept that because it's a fact that it's gonna happen,
Then we don't need to know how it's gonna happen.
Because from the moment you decide that you want to know how it's going to happen,
You can feel your energy,
Your body's contracting already and you're interfering,
You're interfering with the flow.
So the way you know you're interfering with the natural flow of abundance and good things in your life is when you start hearing the inner critic,
When you start feeling a physical or energetic contraction,
When all your energy goes up and your voice as well because you're in your head and you're trying to think how it's gonna happen.
And the practice always is to come back to your center and to allow for all the channels to be open to receive,
Open to receive good things in your life.
And this is something I really encourage you to practice at least eight times a day,
At least.
And it's the most simple practice you can think of.
It's the sigh of relief.
Just that.
Something you do naturally 10-15 times a day without even noticing it.
It's not a breath,
It's not the pranayama,
It's just a sigh of relief with a hint of satisfaction.
Like when you've had a long day and you did all the things you wanted to do and you come back home and finally you sit,
You relax and be like hey I did all this,
What a wonderful day it was.
When you do that what you will notice is that the inner critic stops immediately,
All the mental chatter stops,
Your entire physical body relaxes and your entire energetic body opens,
All the channels to receive the energy are open and they are the channels that allow good things.
And you will,
How do you know that they are the channels that allow good things?
It's because it feels good.
It's because you've been designed for that.
So when you do that you bring your entire being,
You bring your entire being back to a state where you do not interfere and you just allow for things to naturally happen.
And when you do that of course obviously in terms of inner chemistry all your nervous system calms down.
It has a million benefits.
Even if you don't practice related to a specific desire,
You just do the sigh of relief eight times a day or as often as you can,
The more the better.
It will transform your life because this is somehow the inner teacher.
So,
Sigh of relief,
Eyes closed,
Feel all the energy that gathers in your center,
In your pelvis,
Feel your entire body that relaxes,
Feel the energy channels that open,
That connect you to the earth,
Allow you to receive from the sky and from there simply allow the flow of life to go through you and know that everything is fine.
And know that,
And know what I mean,
Know is know in your body,
Know in yourselves,
Know in your energy that what you desire will be given to you.
It's already there,
You already have it.
You don't need to think about it.
Your only job is to be,
To be the one who allows this in their lives.
This place,
Because it's a physical place in the body,
In the physical and energetic body,
Is the realm of your inner peace.
And it's from this place that you create and that you let the universe bring you your creation under the form that is the best for you.
And it's not to you to know what this form is,
That is the universe will know what the form is,
Which one is the best for you,
But it's to you to know that it's happening,
That there's no delay,
That there's,
It's just happening perfectly as it's meant to be.
And in this space,
If you feel a contraction,
If you hear a thought that it's impossible,
That it's not for you,
That you don't deserve,
Anything that makes your body contract,
That makes your energy go up again,
So high that you're not grounded anymore and your voice goes up,
Sigh of relief and make your body feel safe with the idea of experiencing your desire.
And practice,
Practice,
Practice,
Practice,
Practice,
Practice,
Until the simple thought of your desire feels so good,
Because you know you have it already.
It's there,
It's in yourself,
It's in your energy,
There is absolutely no doubt about it and you know that you don't have to do anything.
You are and because you are,
You allow,
You open all the channels to receiving and you surrender to the energy that knows better than you,
Because you know this energy will bring you exactly what is right for you.
